The manager Mary and her staff were all around amazing smiles good vibes food came out right away even when the server brought the food super polite smiles and all. The food was decent came out warm fresh for a bowling alley pretty good. The manager knew it was my son's eighth grade graduation even gave us a couple of coupons on the house shout out to Mary. And the new management that's going on at Lucky strike I definitely recommend it. Going to be my go bowling alley until otherwise.... This is my local bowling alley now after Cloverleaf Bowling in Fremont closed down during covid. However, even this bowling alley has exchanged ownerships a couple of times. [[ Location / Venue ]] This location has a humongous parking lot so it should be really easy to find parking here. They did a remodel when Lucky Strike bought out Bowlero but the remodel seems to be more surface level. You'll find a nice new sign and some upgrades here and there but the bowling alley will still feel quite old. 1.) The screens are really old and look like an old TV screen (See picture). No flashy animations and no crisp text. 2.) I don't think they updated the equipment much including the bowling balls as they feel quite old and grimy. The bumpers are also not automatic and someone physically comes over and lifts the bumpers for you in the lanes. That means if you want bumpers, ever player will have bumpers too. [[ Service ]] To be honest, I thought the service was 5/5 stars here though. Super friendly staff that who genuinely try to hold a nice convo with you and they are very helpful when you bring up any concerns. [[ Other Notes ]] Other than that, you can still have a good time here as it is a big venue with a ton of lanes. I thought the lanes were reasonably priced at $9.99 per game when we went. I also appreciate they have two different bowling ball ramps depending on how big your kid is. One is toddler size and the other is for older kids. (See picture) read more

I came here for a date night with my husband. I reserved my lane online but still had to wait in a very long check-in line (even though the website says you can skip the line). There was only one cashier, and I know he was doing his best, so I'm definitely going to extend grace in that area. This location just felt like an old bowling alley. The SF Lucky Strike feels more way more updated. I did enjoy the music and the appetizer sampler. Their honey mustard sauce is really good. The drinks were okay. I drove about 30 mins to come here. I would've just went to a closer alley. But if you live in the area, it's a decent place to bowl. read more

I came here yesterday night and had a great time. Staff were very kind and respectful. They explained how the process worked & how they keep your card on file after you are done bowling. They charge per person and per lane. Luckily, there were multiple lanes and we didn't have to wait to play. We ordered only one round of drinks. A very clean bowling alley. Although some people complain that the lanes have issues and the scoreboard looks a bit odd, it's actually great for casual fun. Every time you get a gutter ball, the system seems to reward you with 5 or 6 points, which makes it all the more amusing. Everyone just plays for fun, laughs, and has a good time. Plus, their fries are absolutely delicious. I'd actually recommend this place. We walked in on a Sunday evening and reserved a lane for the 4 of us. They open a tab and charge $13 per player per game. This works out generally more expensive than booking a lane in advance (at least 2 hours ahead of time on their website) for a flat fee. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our time there and it was pretty busy for a Sunday evening. The also offer drinks and finger food which can be ordered through a tab in your lane. We spent around 2.5 hours there playing 3 games. Can't comment on the food since we didn't get any. They had a limited selection of wines and beers. read more

Made a reservation and overall was a smooth and fun experience! We ordered a few desserts, including a pizookie and some funnel cake fries. The only issue we had was that our lane seemed to have some kind of a "handicap." Any time we'd score 0 or below 3, it would give us a higher number on the scoreboard. I really want to like this bowling alley and they're the only place that has a pass of any kind, in this case - the summer pass, but unfortunately, it always disappoints me. Whether it has a bad ball return that needs to be reset 10 times and they have me switch lanes and then the problem persist elsewhere. Or maybe the ball return is terrible and I get my ball back with disgusting gunk or scratches and permanent damage on my ball. Or it's like today and last month that I last came here where there's zero oil and your ball instantly makes a turn for the gutter at the 1/3 point down the lane, one major problem that has never changed over the last decade, even as bowlero or AMF here is that they never have enough workers at one time. The positives, it's a clean bowling alley with lights and music. But other than that, I've been disappointed the last 10 out of 10 times I've been here but again, I only come here because they have a summer pass so I don't really have a choice. I had a lot of fun bowling here, mainly because of the people I was bowling with. The lanes, balls and shoes were all pretty beat up. The lane constantly needed to be reset because the balls would get stuck or it'd rack no pins. You can accomplish bowling here so it meets the minimum requirements. Hosted a last minute party for the kids and everyone had a great time. We were expecting average to below average food at a bowling alley but everything was really great. Service for the food was slow, but there was only 1 person I saw working in the kitchen initially on a busy Saturday afternoon with a lot of large parties arriving. She was doing her best. We really liked the chicken tenders (surprisingly good and not the typical frozen kind), nachos (added grilled chicken), and funnel cake fries. Burgers were solid too. Because the food arrived sporadically and a bit late, we had a lot of leftovers we wanted to pack things for our guests. The staff threw away the huge sampler platter while we were cutting cake unfortunately. We let the manager know and he was very responsive and had them make a fresh platter to go for us. My friends and I had a horrible experience at Lucky Strike. The lanes were poorly kept and didn't seem to be oiled at all. When we requested to change lanes, an employee said he "thinks" that some of the other lanes were oiled and could switch us over. Clearly, that isn't a part of their regular upkeep of the bowling alley. And the new lane didn't seem like an improvement at all. The prices are outrageous. We paid $150 for 3 games for four people. We didn't even bother sticking around for the third. Our expensive personal bowling balls were damaged because of the pin resetting mechanisms. And we walked out with multiple deep scratches to our brand new equipment. There were multiple times the reset would rise and knock over the pins itself. The pin tracker wasn't accurate either. The staff were friendly and the food was alright. But wouldn't revisit or recommend. read more

Went to Lucky Strike to celebrate New Year's Eve with the family (before the 20-somethings went out with friends for the ball drop). We had such a great time! Management and host were kind and attentive (but not awkward). I appreciate the lane management in that we didn't have another party with us until at least an hour in to our time so we weren't crowded. The management ensured that parties were well spread out. We don't typically order food, but we did on New Year's Eve and it was fresh and tasty. The facility was clean and does not smell like stale smoke (like so many other bowling alleys). Me and my friends came here after having a really good bowling experience at the last place we went to. This place does not compare to the last we went to at all. The last place we went to was bowlero at valley fair. Compared to bowlero, this place wasted me and my friends time. We bought three games expecting to have a great time, but the lane we were in kept on breaking down. We talked to the staff about it many times but no matter what we still had problems. The pins kept on falling down every time they were placed down and it would take forever for them to even be placed down in the first place. We switched lanes after the second game, only to be met with the same problem right at the start. We had to change the lane yet again. This place is also severely understaffed, having only one person at the register. It's not even the poor guys fault, he was working as hard as possible to provide for everybody's needs. The guy was super helpful with everything and I really thank him a lot. Unfortunately this place needs some major work. Worst bowling experience I have had in a long time. Something that shoudlve taken an hour and 30 minutes to finish, tool 3 hours and 30 minutes to finish. read more
