I came here for a date night with my husband. I reserved my lane online but still had to wait in a very long check-in line (even though the website says you can skip the line). There was only one cashier, and I know he was doing his best, so I'm definitely going to extend grace in that area. This location just felt like an old bowling alley. The SF Lucky Strike feels more way more updated. I did enjoy the music and the appetizer sampler. Their honey mustard sauce is really good. The drinks were okay. I drove about 30 mins to come here. I would've just went to a closer alley. But if you live in the area, it's a decent place to bowl.

I came here yesterday night and had a great time. Staff were very kind and respectful. They explained how the process worked & how they keep your card on file after you are done bowling. They charge per person and per lane. Luckily, there were multiple lanes and we didn't have to wait to play. We ordered only one round of drinks. I got the skinny watermelon Red Bull Rita and my friend got a blue moon. I really liked my drink!! Didn't get any food so I can't review that. Great spot for bowling and arcade games!

A very clean bowling alley. Although some people complain that the lanes have issues and the scoreboard looks a bit odd, it's actually great for casual fun. Every time you get a gutter ball, the system seems to reward you with 5 or 6 points, which makes it all the more amusing. Everyone just plays for fun, laughs, and has a good time. Plus, their fries are absolutely delicious. I'd actually recommend this place. Though to be honest, the bowling alley inside a certain university still ranks number one in my heart! lol

Made a reservation and overall was a smooth and fun experience! We ordered a few desserts, including a pizookie and some funnel cake fries. The only issue we had was that our lane seemed to have some kind of a "handicap." Any time we'd score 0 or below 3, it would give us a higher number on the scoreboard. We asked for help on this and said it was just going to reset on its own but it continued to show the incorrect scores.

Hosted a last minute party for the kids and everyone had a great time. We were expecting average to below average food at a bowling alley but everything was really great. Service for the food was slow, but there was only 1 person I saw working in the kitchen initially on a busy Saturday afternoon with a lot of large parties arriving. She was doing her best. We really liked the chicken tenders (surprisingly good and not the typical frozen kind), nachos (added grilled chicken), and funnel cake fries. Burgers were solid too. Because the food arrived sporadically and a bit late, we had a lot of leftovers we wanted to pack things for our guests. The staff threw away the huge sampler platter while we were cutting cake unfortunately. We let the manager know and he was very responsive and had them make a fresh platter to go for us. Everyone there was very hardworking. The music and playlist were great as well for the adults, and arcade was fun for the kids. Really well run and would return and host more parties there. The bowling pin souvenir was a nice touch!

I've been a regular here for a good minute and this review has long overdue. The staff here is too notch. Shout out to Matino, Ariana, and JB from the bar.

Plenty of TVs to watch games. The few bowling alley's in the front are meant for parties. Last time we went bowling, the service was nice. They have QR codes on the tables so that you can order when you're ready and it links to what aisle you're in. You can keep the tab open until you're done. Food was pretty good. The platters were way larger than we thought, but I guess we should've known from the price...Beer is about $10 for 16oz. Depending on if there's games or parties, parking can be harder to find. Overall, I do like this place and I'd rather come here than D&Bs.

Our group had a private area roped off and a plethora of food laid out for a buffet feast. There was salad, chicken kabobs, plates of antipasto, cheese, peppers, hummus, and of course nachos. Everything was delicious, as well as being lovely to look at. In fact, I think it was the first time in my Yelp history that I was so busy eating and having fun that I forgot to take photos! *eyes crossed* The area we were in had pool tables and shuffle board. I think there was pingpong too. I didn't interact much with the servers since it was a buffet and I was there for a function, but we had everything we needed while there. Be prepared for a lot of noise when you go. We had to use a karaoke machine in order to hear our main speaker. Lots of TVs blaring sports, video games and music. It's a great place for families or groups.

Came here with the Fam for a birthday party for one of the Little One's school friends. I swear I haven't been to Golfland in probably 20+ years (maybe even closer to 30. That's how old I am). Glad to see it's still up and running and still a lot of fun. Young children are still a bit too small to really enjoy mini golf, or laser tag, but they had a blast running around and playing the video games. It's great to see that some things about this place haven't changed. The host of the party also purchased game cards for everyone, and each card came loaded with 100 credits. Dang! that's a lot. They were only valid for the video games, and none of the ticket or prize games, which honestly makes sense, as buying in bulk probably comes with a big discount, and no arcade wants you racking up a mountain of prizes off a party package. Still, it worked out fine because the little ones had a blast on the video games, and I even snuck in a round of Space Invaders myself ;) Even for Golfland, I can't write a review without mentioning food. Yes, it was party food, but I'll try to be nice: - Pizza: Cheese, chicken, and Veggie. Choices were great. However, the pizza quality was pretty mediocre. Akin to Little Caesar's. I'd say Chuck E. Cheese, but honestly I've never tried theirs so can't really say. - "Famous Thick Shake": I did go rogue a bit and purchased my own order of this shake that they advertise on the posters. First thing you notice? The size. It's huge! They offer a small and a large, but the "large" is about three times bigger for just $1 more. And that's how they get you to buy the large. At $9 vs. $8, of course you wouldn't order a small! The "shake" is really more like soft serve ice cream in a cup, almost like a McFlurry. I wouldn't try sucking it up through a straw though. That's futile. You get to choose three toppings. I went with two: cookie dough and coconut, which kind of makes a coconut chocolate chip cookie? It was pretty good, though way too much for one person. The Mrs., The Little One, and I together couldn't even finish it. Of note: the receipt labeled it as an "IG Thick Shake," which made me curious. I assumed IG meant instagram. So I hopped onto Instagram and searched "Golfland Thick Shake" to see what the hype was about. Let's just say the search results ended up being NSFW. Not what I was expecting. Overall, Golfland is still a solid spot for birthdays, family fun, and nostalgia. The food isn't why you come, but the golf, games, and sweet treats definitely make it worth the trip.

They have a lot of popular games, but they don't have Time Crisis! I was also pretty bummed that quite a few machines were broken. The ticket to prize ratio is very high. The price per try for a claw machine is ridiculously high as well, so probably not attainable for casuals. The arcade games seem reasonable in comparison, but 8 credits still maps to around a dollar per play. $20 each and a lot of walking around lasted us maybe 2 hours. Jenny and Chris are not at work. The thing was, I got charged another 16 dollars after paying the first time at the counter when I first got the balls and the rack. I overtime an hour. That was what the charge was about. I had no problem paying another 16, but this shift leader failed to prove that she was responsible for noticing that my time was up. It was 30 seconds to have someone coming up telling me, "Hey, time's up, pack your shit and leave." Then I'd be happy to pounce, but no. She argued that it is MY responsibility to have my time managed, and their employees indeed wrote down the time I have to be out ON THE RECEIPT. Well, I never pay attention to my receipt but the amount I have to pay. And by that handwritten note on the receipt which was in the trash can 15 seconds after I took it. I have no idea I got overtimed. Well, $16 is not a big deal to me. It might be somebody's wage for an hour, it might be a good meal for a homeless person, but today there is a reason for me to write down this review about having bad customer service at the overpriced place in the arcade. Thanks for spending time reading this stupid complaint. If you are looking for a place for billiards, try Jimmy's or California. Trust me, they might be a bit distant, but they got a cheaper rate of 11.5-12.5/hour compared to what I paid, 16/hour. And got diamond tables ;) To be fair with round1, they got shitty brunswick crown fucking 10-20 years old. Cushions are busted on #2, 3. Clothes are filled with food and drink. TOUCH it, and you will feel sticky :))) Well, it is "well maintained"!!! The ONLY table having no problem is #6. Why? Because nobody wants to be put in the corner, and there is no space at all for the shot :))) but I handled it. Jenny and Chris, this is not just a complaint. I am also a manager and I DO care about my customers, because I put myself in their situations. I do sympathize and learn about my business's mistakes. Finally, this is a trick of trade. If you actually do care, try coming into your place and enjoying service as a customer. Don't let your employees know you were there. Then you can find problems and fix them.
