The capitalistic world achieved its goal, but that is because I used to play violin in middle school and I don't typically do anything or go out - I wanted to surprise Ronnie and show him I appreciate his patience. It definitely isn't easy to be w/ me. We cohabit yet he rarely sees me. Anyway. Doors open an hour prior but it seems that lines started forming before that. It is incredibly hot and stuffy, so dress light, and bring a coat for afterwards. You will need your jacket to hold your chair once you are seated because if you get up to use the restroom or to the bar, the usher will not remember which seats are taken. The performance was great, nostalgic. The performers played 90s hip hop which is music and not the crap being played now. I do agree w/ another reviewer that they ought to place speakers around so that way gusts in the back can hear. We were seated in the 2nd row and it wasn't loud to me. Beautiful venue, loved the candles, and the performance but this place needs A/C.

We held our wedding at the Glasshouse recently and can't stop reliving the day. From the moment we…read moreset foot at The Glasshouse, we knew we had found the perfect venue for our wedding. The venue itself is simply breathtaking. With its floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a serene and airy atmosphere that feels both intimate and expansive. Every corner of The Glasshouse was picture-perfect, and the clean, modern aesthetic offered endless possibilities for decor. The space is versatile and adaptable, allowing us to personalize it in a way that felt uniquely ours. There is also a patio outside perfect for cocktail hour. It's also situated walking distance from all the major DTSJ bars/clubs so access to an after party to readily accessible. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue to celebrate our special day. The staff at The Glasshouse went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our wedding was flawless. From the very beginning, they were incredibly attentive, helping us with every step of the planning process. On the day of our wedding, the team was professional, warm, and always there when we needed them. Thank you so much to Savanah, Whitney and Oswaldo for all that they do. They made sure everything ran smoothly, so we could relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. If you're looking for a stunning venue that offers both beauty and impeccable service, we wholeheartedly recommend The Glasshouse! We loved our experience at Glasshouse, and there is one individual that we would like to specifically mention. Our event coordinator, Savanah, was incredible and really made the entire process and day as memorable as can be. From the moment she took over for our previous coordinator, Savanah exceeded all of our expectations and brought a level of dedication, care, and professionalism that made our wedding day unforgettable. Our previous coordinator was nice but often offered empty platitudes. We didn't feel like she really heard our questions or request and would often have to remind her of our previous conversations and agreement, also constantly having to send reminders for updates - she is no longer with the venue. When Savanah took over, it was a huge blessing. We had actually met Savanah prior when we were touring the venue and loved working with her instantly but the event coordination was handled by the previous coordinator at the time. We couldn't be more thrilled to have Savanah take over as our event coordinator. She was personable, responsive, and always available for questions. Savanah's attention to detail, communication, and responsiveness was second to none. She made sure every aspect of our wedding was flawlessly executed, from the smallest decor elements to the smooth coordination of the entire event. It was clear that she not only understood our vision, but also cared deeply about bringing it to life in the best way possible. Beyond her exceptional organizational skills, Savanah's kindness, generosity, and personable character made for a truly exceptional experience. She was always there for us, offering support and coordinating with our wedding coordinators to make sure everything was well thought out and ran smoothly. Her thoughtful approach and genuine care for us made the entire planning process a pleasure. We always felt at ease knowing we had such a competent and compassionate professional in our corner. Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more, and we owe so much of that to Savanah. Even after the wedding, she was still checking in on us to make sure everything was what we hoped it would be and even went out of her way to offer us her congratulations. What more can we say to express how much we loved working with Savanah except simply thank you for making our wedding day the best we could have imagined. We are beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you, and we could not recommend you more highly for all to-be-newlyweds. Savanah is a gem, and we will always remember her as an integral part of our special day.

GlassHouse is a beautiful venue with a modern feel that allows one to plan for a great event. But all of that comes with a cost. Dealing with the management who run the place will make your planning a nightmare. My wife and I very recently got married at the GlassHouse. It ended up being a beautiful event and a wonderful party. However what should have been smooth planning turned out not to be due to new management coming in. They caused unwarranted stress, charged additional excessive costs, and ultimately were not pleasant to work with. Right before our wedding, it felt as if they were trying to make it unsuccessful by their actions. We will never forget our wedding. It was a memorable and a once in a lifetime event. Also a once in a lifetime event, and never to happen again, is booking an event with GlassHouse.

I made multiple payments throughout the year and trusted that everything was set. Just two and a half weeks before the event, I received a text message from the owner saying he had accidentally double booked my date and was asking if I could move the event to another day. I was completely shocked and devastated. I have family traveling from Mexico and Los Angeles, and I've already paid for the caterer, DJ, decorator, cake, and photographer. When you plan an event like this almost a year in advance, it's not something you can just change last minute. He offered to refund my money or try to find another venue, but how could I trust him again after such a huge mistake? I had no choice but to start over and look for another place, which means paying extra fees, delivery charges, and the inconvenience of relocating everything to Gilroy. Because of this, my daughter will no longer have her church ceremony, and that breaks my heart. This experience has been stressful, costly, and deeply disappointing. I do not recommend doing business with this person or this venue. They were unprofessional, careless, and completely unreliable with something so important. He doesn't even deserve the 1 star !!!

Interior was clean, neat, organized and decorated impeccably! Tables were presented elegantly with spotless dinnerware and glassware. Now, unfortunately a twist in my review regarding dinner. All dishes start to finish came out lukewarm, like around 80-90 degrees; the DF fish filets was soggy, and the slices of jalapeños were wilted. Lobster had a kick but also came out lukewarm and looked overcooked. I certainly hope nobody goes home with issues due to time temperature abuse. The servers were friendly but not always attentive to empty dishes and water level of the pitcher until the latter part of the evening. It's too bad that the food temps didn't match the the ambiance of the Hall, otherwise Maji would've easily gotten 5 stars. I still recommend this Hall for those who want to host up to 250 guests (10 per table); just do your homework and ask about the food selection, etc.

From…read morethe start, the team responded quickly to all our questions and made planning feel straightforward. We were drawn to the place as it allowed for Ceremony, Cocktail, and Reception to all be in one space, with a super smooth flow, and allowed our pet to walk down the ceremony aisle. Chrissy gave us a tour and was SO warm and welcoming taking time to answer our questions and even graciously scheduled a second tour with the parents. She was super honest and open about anything we asked, providing solutions to concerns, and the day worked out exactly as she described. We had a 165 person wedding, and was worried about it feeling cramped but it honestly felt very roomy and comfortable for moving around and dancing. There was enough room for all the chairs, tables, and even had a nice space for vendor table! The included tables and chairs saved us time and money, and we loved how our other vendors raved about the venue too--it made coordinating everything so much easier. The bartenders really impressed us with their skill, and those signature cocktails were delicious even though drinks came at a premium price. However, right after the ceremony, Chrissy immediatley found the bride and groom to give us our signature drinks, and even gave one to the nervous parents. It was such a personal touch that we will remember forever. Being in San Pedro Square, parking was a breeze at only 10 dollars for the whole day, and a easy spot to Uber to. We had a world cup watch party coinciding with our day, but the team proactivley warned us and helped us have alternatives on communicating with guests to make sure everyone made it smoothly. Overall, Blanco delivered on quality and service, and we'd recommend them to any couple looking for a polished, all-in-one venue.

The space itself was beyond stunning! So many of our guests commented on how perfect it was. We truly felt taken care of every step of the way. Happy to answer any questions. What went well: - The food from Grill was surprisingly phenomenal. The event food matched the exact high quality of our initial taste test, and multiple guests confirmed how great it was. - Their customer service was excellent. They even handled last-minute backdrop fixes to ensure everything was exactly as agreed upon. - Since I was doing my own DJing, they kindly provided a media testing session a week before the event. - While friends warned me that the in-house decor options could be constrained, it saved me the time and patience of doing external research, and I was very happy with how the decor turned out. Tips for future guests: - Go over every single minute detail during your initial consultation call to ensure expectations are perfectly aligned. - Double-check specific aesthetics, as the wall lights had changed from what was pictured on their website.Overall, it was a fantastic event and I am very happy with how it turned out!
