I am highly recommend this new place for all your events types. Best decoration included in your packages deal. Food is delicious with generous portions. Best services with stunning atmosphere surrounding. There is plenty of parking lot right in front of the venue.

What went well: - The food from Grill was surprisingly phenomenal. The event food matched the exact high quality of our initial taste test, and multiple guests confirmed how great it was. - Their customer service was excellent. They even handled last-minute backdrop fixes to ensure everything was exactly as agreed upon. - Since I was doing my own DJing, they kindly provided a media testing session a week before the event. - While friends warned me that the in-house decor options could be constrained, it saved me the time and patience of doing external research, and I was very happy with how the decor turned out. Tips for future guests: - Go over every single minute detail during your initial consultation call to ensure expectations are perfectly aligned. - Double-check specific aesthetics, as the wall lights had changed from what was pictured on their website.Overall, it was a fantastic event and I am very happy with how it turned out!

They were very responsive with my questions during the entire process. On the day of the party, I was running late and they let my sister in to start getting set up. Ted, one of the managers, even helped us get set up before hand and was really helpful. Highly recommend this venue for a cute little birthday party or event!

Birthday girl had a great time exploring, playing and eating. The team were so easy to work with from the email correspondence on my Cinnamoroll themed table vision to day of set up. The staff were super quick & accommodating when they were assisting me with the set up. They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. However, being smaller means more intimate events and those who are invited should feel super blessed and lucky to have made the cut!

Make sure you enter the correct address in your gps accordingly. It was a comfortable stay, with plenty of free parking. There is a large entrance with lots of tables and chairs to hangout and lots of lounges throughout the hotel grounds to sit outside and enjoy coffee or just the sun. We were kindly allowed in our room early as our flight arrived around 12pm and we got to the hotel at 1pm. The hotel is situated next to the freeway with the back of the hotel right against a hillside where people exit the freeway. Being on the first floor, and being able to see the off ramp just gave me uncomfortable vibes. My wild imagination, painted a picture of someone getting out of their car, walking down the small hill and trying to enter my room. I asked to switch to another room and was granted this with no push back. I really appreciate that. The hotel itself is within walking distance of so many restaurants including IN N OUT. If you did not have a car this would be a very practical location. Our room was on the first floor with vaulted ceilings. Despite this, the walls are very thin. I am not sure if the people above us were playing hide and seek. But there was lots of running around and stomping as they walked. So if you're staying in the first floor be aware it can be loud. Pros about the room: -Includes a microwave, mini refrigerator, and Keurig coffee machine -lots of drawers including 3 in the open closet and underneath the tv -small bench built into the tv cabinet, great for putting your luggage -large counter space in the bathroom -lots of lighting options -two hooks for towels (not sure why more hotels don't do this they only offer 1 hook if any) -Crabtree and Evelyn bath products which smelled nice) -breakfast buffet offered but not included unless you pay for it. It was $19.95 a person during my stay Comfortable stay and great location. I would stay here again while in San Jose.

I was happy with the location of my room because it was close to the entrance. I could park nearby and it was easy to load and unload my car. However, the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was so tiny and the toilet was positioned right in front of the mirror so you had to either position yourself on one side of the toilet really close to the counter or you stood to the right of the toilet, but far from the counter. The shower door had a gap so the water leaked from the shower onto the floor. It is just a matter of time before the flooring will warp because of this water. The bed was okay. I wish they had firmer pillows The hotel is located behind an In-N-Out. I thought this would be cool cause I could just easily walk to In-N-Out for food. However, it was so crowded with people going through the drive-thru and people hanging out in the parking lot behind it. The hotel is located at McCarthy Ranch, which has numerous restaurants both sit down and fast food and shop. This usually meant that the area was pretty busy. As far as Hiltons go, this wasn't the best. I was hoping that the location would make up for it, but it actually worked against it.

Apparently, someone had sat there ordered, and left. But the tab was still opened when we got to the table. After a few clarifications, we got a new tab without anyone else's drinks. We had the funniest staff help us throughout the night. Too many cocktails to remember his name, but Big Al's definitely hires great personalities. The cocktails were good. The beer is hit or miss. The eggrolls were not my favorite. But the pretzel bites with the queso was great. We ordered the quesadilla and then a second because adults and kids loved the dish that much. Great space, lively for a group outing, and fun arcade for the kids to run around.

We sat for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged before I finally had to flag down a waitress for a menu. What was most frustrating was that there was a male waiter actively serving the entire section around us, yet he never once came over, made eye contact, or even acknowledged that we were there. The waitress I eventually flagged down was great and did her best to make up for the lost time, which I really appreciated. The food is decent--pretty standard bar food--but overall, I was disappointed with the service. Sitting for 15 minutes while watching the tables around you being served and not even receiving a simple "hello" or "I'll be right with you" is unacceptable.
