I wrote a review for Chuck E Cheese in Natick and this store is just crazy. The store is dark, with lots of games. But, it is overly crowded, unsupervised with some kids too old to be playing there. The crowd here is just undisciplined, almost like letting a cage of animals loose. Parents don't even pay attention, which shows how much they care. Kids get injured by running teens, who are too old to be running around there. The staff can't throw them out. It is located in a plaze with stores like Target, Home Depot and Kids R Us. I never seen a birthday party there, so I cannot comment about that. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place as there is obviously a safety concern and getting a huge headache afterwards. read more

One of the most disgusting and filthiest place for children. Went in and returned in 5 mins. Damn shouldn't have bought 5 dollars worth of tokens beforehand. I mean it's very small for the amount of kids they get. No family restroom in a place this. Restroms are filthy. It's just crazy. Every games are occupied by kids without tokens. I am here to disspell the aweful reviews that other ppl have placed on this establishment. What I will say is that my daughter and I had a wonderful time celebrating her 2nd birthday last saturday. Lets start with the negative and end on a positive note. I will say that they are very money hungry and everything is ridiculously expensive. They plan like 10 parties at the same time, which gets really crowded on the weekend and once ur table time is up, another family is already coming in. It wasnt all chuck E's fault, some ppl in my party showed up extremely late but we managed to eat, cut the cake and open presents before we got the boot, lol. The food was delicious, we had 4 large cheese pizzas, 40 buffalo wings, and a sandwich platter with fries. My mom also got the salad bar and its true the lettuce was wilted but with them being understaffed, underpaid, and under recognized. I can see why. I just chose to make a caesar salad with bacon, tomatoes, croutons, and caesar dressing, it was DELICIOUS, and worth $7 of my mom's money. My daughter received tons of gifts and i was very emotional and very thankful. She was deathly afraid of chuck E so no dancing with him in the front with the teens or cutting the cake. By the end of the day, she was sound asleep. I had to open her gifts for her. Overall, we had a great time and our helper Jasmine gave me a serious discount. I asked her if we could tell her manager that she did an amazing job but she said unfortunately NO...WHAT? these teens deal nicely with screamin kids, rude parents and they don't even get recognition....typical. I walked out with the Super package for 8 kids and 14 adults spending exactly $250.26....still expensive but hey, nothing is too good for my baby girl. I probably won't do another birthday party there but just going for fun would be better. The location is great, lots of other stores and restaurants around...Loved it! p.s. I guess im not as afraid of Chuck E as a I was when I was a kid, can't say the same for my friend who hid herself under the table and threatened Chuck E's life...LOL...good times. Chuck E Cheese's great with interactions with other kids are awesome but the customer service was horrible young kids either get older kids who know how to respect adults or just don't hire them at all always on their phone its ridiculous. read more

I was certainly not looking forward to this place for a birthday party on a Sunday afternoon. We arrived at 1:40 (traffic!) for a 1:30 booking and were promptly seated. Our server was great, she brought over cups for drinks and took a food order. While waiting for the food all the tokens were dished out and the kids went off to play. The food came out relatively quickly and we dug in. Pizza, chicken tenders and sandwiches were all devoured as the group was hungry. With that said, the food is awful...I mean really bad. They put on a great birthday show for all of the kids with Chuck E Cheese coming out and lots of singing and dancing. By 3:30 the game floor was absolutely packed. At this point all of the ticket machines were broken and it was starting to melt down, with the police even getting involved. If you are going to go there for a birthday party, have an idea of what you want to order ahead of time and make sure you book the early party. The later one is simply too crowded. read more

We have been here for so many many times. They offer cheese reward program for customers to sign up now. If you sign up you can get a free personal pizza with any topic. But the thing is it doesn't tell you what size (actually is small one). And you can not combine you coupons. That means if you have 1 free pizza coupon, birthday, and 3 times for 1 free pizza. You have to visit there for 3 times. The lady who help me today is very rude after she hear I want to use my coupon. read more

Let be real. My parents allowed me 2 year old sister to go. The whole family went it was what i would call an amazing downgrade from just eating food at burger king. Everywhere was filth. With each step something would either be stuck on your shoe or the game. It was amazing to see how a place like this could fall apart. I used to come here when i was younger and i was never this bad. They do a nice job on parties and the pizza is decent. I wish more of the rides worked, and they could also be cleaner!

NEVER AGAIN. worst manager ever. this is not usually on my favorite things to do. however my son wanted to go there. after spending over $40 (2 kids, 2 adults), my son was denied a cup for water. the reason is that they ran out of water cups. the worst part is that the manager was there and when the cashier asked him if she can give a soda cup instead, he told her to ignore them. i was furious, and thank God it was a good day till then, .... read more

I've taken my kids here a few times. It's small not always very clean. It ends up being around 40+ for pizza. It's not my most favorite place but the kids love it and that's all that really matters to me. read more

This place is the absolute worst place. Extremely horrible service. No one cares or even wants to help. The staff are lazy. Except for 1 kid that helped when the tickets wouldn't print. The pizza is frozen. Expensive and not worth the service or effort. NEVER COME HERE read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Any children's place with a police detail is a red flag. But that's not it. I would say over 20% of the games were broke. And of the remaining games 10-15% didn't give out tickets. We went to the manager and we were blown off. We were also there for a birthday party, and though the party we were at got some attention, the party next to us didnt get any and it was clear the father was visibly upset. Took my 5 year old to this place. First time to a chuck e cheese. Was excited initially to see the layout. What follows is a disaster. Food orders took 40 minutes and still not coming. The waiters we asked just pretended to speak on his earphone and food are nowhere near the sight. My son is starving. Finally I went directly to the kitchen and picked them up myself. All I can comment on is the noise level- and that's from being at the Panera next door, where the floors, tables, and walls were all shaking from the bass coming from this Chuck E. Cheese. Someone should look into the covenants contained in the lease for the place- pretty sure there's something about a reasonable noise level (which they are NOT adhering to). read more

I will never go back to the Everett location, although some of the staff was friendly, the rest were not. The salad bar looked disgusting, evrything on it was old and mushy looking, spent 3 hours and over 50 bucks, never saw chucky, I asked 3 different people when he was coming out and they all said sometime today....Burlington store however smaller is much nicer, far cleaner and chucky came out on a consistent bases.... read more
