Renovations & new management= a better experience! Although they still have a very long way to go, this location is much better than it was! There are two levels of games for kids of all ages to enjoy! You can load up your play card by minutes or coins. There are no more physical tickets! All tickets will be electronically loaded onto your play card and can be used to redeem to prizes. The pizza and wings here were better than expected. You order at the counter and they give you a buzzer. The buzzer will alert you when your order is ready and you have to go to the back to pick it up yourself. There's an open salad bar but I wouldn't suggest eating from it. This place can get crazy! It has always been and will always be a germ fest going on so be prepared. Sadly they were severely understaffed so the wait time for everything was triple! The young man checking families in and out was also helping run the counter so they door was left unsupervised most of the time. They stamp you & your child's hands when you arrive, and are supposed to check your stamp before exiting for safety reasons. Unfortunately that was not happening.

I've come weekly to this Chuck E. Cheese location for almost 2 years now and I have to say that overall I have a pretty good experience with cleanliness and customer service. I highly recommend the fun pass. Makes it worth it. Most staff is friendly and helpful when I have had an issue with games. Most games are fixed within a 2 week range so that's a bonus. Videos and music changes seasonally as well. And it's always a party fun time at this location with parties almost every weekend. Only issue is that occasionally the temperature is off (AC isn't working or heater isn't working) but overall this location is where a kid can be a kid!

Didn't know these place still existed. Let alone knew they were still this much fun!! You won't see employees cleaning machinery as expected coming out of a pandemic era. Nor was there sufficient ice cream to chose from as most was out of stock. You find a bunch of games tailored for all ages. Games are located within the use of 2 floors. I personally recommend the first floor tailored to you get kids and the second floor to older kids. Birthday parties are thrown within other parties. There is no private rooms. You do get to reserve tables. Children get a party cup, pizza and unlimited access based on the package picked. Chuckie Cheese himself does come out every so often to sing and dance. Kids enjoyed it. The party we attended was a Sunday. I recommend a Sunday as it wasn't packed and all our kids had the opportunity to enjoy all games.

This place still exists somehow. All those other food and game places seem to have shut down. Chucky keeps on kicking... everyone's butt. They seem to have updated the games into the new century. However many of the games still appear to be of the last era. The kids still love it and have a blast running around and playing cruising USA or whatever version they have now. Chuck E cheese pizza is still Chuck E cheese pizza. Decent quality, nothing I would come running in for. They do have the salad bar option as well as candy options including cotton candy. They've moved their tickets to card form to make it easier for kids to keep track of. And easier to count at the end of the day. The toy prizes are always hit or miss under 20 but they get pretty good once you get over a hundred tickets.

I been to different chuck E cheese's through out New Jersey though this one looks the cleanest, the food quality was disappointing. It's no surprise I do come to CC for its pizza. Very sad when I was serve the side of fries. I paid 3.99 plus tax for this. Management I would suggest a good morning huddle regarding serving food the way they would like to be served; regardless if at CC or an upscale restaurant. What you put into life if what you get out. I don't think the person who serve the fries likes their Job very much

This is the best branch of Chuck E. cheese we have been in, in the past 7 years. We checked many branches and the employees are very nice and helpful. The place is clean and the pizza is good. Highly recommended!

    All the games worked.

The staff were very nice. The restaurant is pretty clean. Lots of parties. The games all worked. Didn't try the food, just came to game.

Very fun birthday party for our 6 year old! Our party coordinator gave us great service and the kids loved the pizza.

It's such an incredible place - with an almost overwhelming amount of Magnatiles lol - to activate children's creativity and imagination. The Magnatiles are helpfully sorted by color and shape in wooden bins. Kids can complete builds and challenges, and collect tokens to trade in for prizes. There were some pretty impressive structures in progress there. In addition to the main Magnatiles room, there is also a separate playroom with different activity stations and play/exploration areas, suited to younger kids. The recommended age range is 4-12, but my under-3 toddler had a great time as we play with Magnatiles at home and he loves them. He also spent some time in the playroom with the wooden train tracks and checking out various things to do. The admission charge for adults is slightly cheaper than the child pricing. A couple of parents - way more skilled and inventive than I - were building some pretty grand castles and towers as they waited while their kids played. The space is bright and clean, and the staff are very nice. For parents who don't wish to be "in the trenches" with their kids, there is a small cafe area with chairs and tables where they can hang out.

We checked out many places in the area but chose Exceptional Explorers. The facility is new, clean, bright, open, and inviting. There is a multi level giant play structure to explore, with several slides, plenty of open play areas, noodle structures, a lego wall, ball wall, and a huge peg board. When we met with Boris he stated their goal is to have families enjoy the event and to let them take care of everything which is exactly what happened. They coordinate everything, food (many options to choose from), balloons (bouquets, giant arches), and even have someone available to take photos. I think this is what we appreciated most. We didn't have to worry about taking photos, and really enjoyed watching our son and his friend play. We couldn't have been happy. For an extra fee you can add on balloons and catered food, so you really just need to show up with goodie bags and cake. The space isn't huge, but I would say it's perfect for a 2/3/4 year old birthday party. There are lots of slides and play areas toclimb, and for an extra $100 charge they will blow up a bounce house. Leading up to the event - it was extremely easy to communicate and ask questions via email. Everyone was so responsive which was really amazing. At the party there were four staff members onsite to assist for around 20 kids. They handled absolutely everything and I hardly had to lift a finger. The party length is 1.5 hours which I thought was perfect. An hour of play time and half an hour of pizza and cake. Only knocking off a star because you can't bring in your own balloons, and the balloons they sell are incredibly expensive for what you get. Ballon cost aside, it's a great place for a party and I really appreciated having to do minimal work with a wonderful outcome. Most importantly - the birthday girl had the best time.

Remember to bring socks - if you forget (like I did) they have kid and adult pairs for sale for just a few dollars. You're also welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks in - they have designated areas for food in there. Our kid started coming around age 13 months and is 2.5 years now. There are endless things to do - from small breakout rooms to explore and stimulate imagination, to a massive climbing and jungle gym area that even adults can easily maneuver. There is a small cafe for water and snacks, as well as very clean, accessible restrooms. The only "complaint" I have is that it's not right around the corner from me, otherwise I'd be there every day with my daughter. My 2 year old daughter had a blast at Tagalongs. I would say this is her favorite play place. She is not a physically active child and really prefers to use her imagination so Tagalongs was the perfect place for her. She would run back and forth to all the different shop fronts pretending to be a waitress at the diner, camping in the camper van, fishing from the boat, doing hair at the salon, and even fighting fires on the fire truck. Her favorite place to hang is the Vet Office where she can take care of all the furry friends there. They even have a cool lego wall which kept her occupied for quite some time. Tagalongs also has a physical component to it where kids can climb, slide, and bounce on the trampoline. We were there on weekdays and it was never super crowded. Kids were running all over, but it was never overwhelming. All the kids were having a great time. The play place is immaculate and the staff is very very friendly. You pay their entrance fee and then you can come and go throughout the day. Most play places give you a 2 hour time limit and then you have to leave or pay extra. I love that you can come early, then go out and grab lunch, and then come back in the afternoon. Everything about Tagalongs is perfect!
