That completely missed the point--we didn't have time to take the food with us, which is why we asked for our money back. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and no real customer service. It was a very frustrating experience, and I was really disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Price-wise, it's not bad either - the fun gimmick is that you don't need coins, all of the machines are built to just be playable automatically; you pay by the hour, as you exit the building.
