Horribly understaffed. Came by on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30. Ordered food to go at 2:15 pm. I placed the order before we were done playing games. We finished playing games and waited for the food to come out. The food came out at 3:15. It took exactly an hour from ordering. They had a bunch of birthday parties going on and lots of people waiting for food. Ordered 4 orders of wings. 2 lemon pepper, 1 bbq and 1 sweet chili. They didn't tell us they were out of lemon pepper until 2:45 pm. Smh. When we finally got them, they were the smallest wings I have ever had in my life. More like parrot wings. I never had wings smaller than my pinky and my pinky is not that big. Don't judge. All around a horrible experience. I would never order food from this location again.

This location is a hot mess... quite literally a mess. They are so understaffed that there wasn't enough people working to buss the tables, check tickets, stamp the door, take food orders, manage the trampoline park. This location doesn't have nearly as many games as other locations so it was quite disappointing to come back and see it was still lacking after their grand reopening. Many of the games were out of order too. From the moment I entered I couldn't wait to leave. It was pure chaos with one person running the cash register, then to the door to stamp folks then back. Brianna helped us check out and count our tickets for the prizes. She was patient and kind and the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. Overall, if you have a chance trust me go to another location.

Honestly way better than I expected. Took my kids and ended up having fun myself. The place was clean, games were working, and the staff was actually really on top of things. My kids didn't want to leave and are already asking to go back.

Came here on Friday with my god daughter, it was nice that it was not busy at all! The pizza was actually very tasty for my first time. Quite a few of the games were under maintenance which was a bummer. Warning to adults, parents that go here don't hold their kids accountable when they lie and hit a kid in the face. Keep your kids close and if you have one of don't kids that do hit and then lie. Hold them accountable! My kid did not hit her face herself! Other than that... it was a decent time.

Sure I loved Show Biz Pizza and the Rock-a-fire explosion more - but this is what we got. Gotta make the best of it in all situations. Sure I miss Linda a whole heck of a lot too... but Tiffany is what I got. And she knows how to make the hot dog spaghetti that I love so much. We come here for the games and the pizza and the Chuckmeister himself. We always get a picture with Chuck. Sure I want one with Mickey, but this is the mouse we get. The last time I was here I got a cool balloon that shouldn't pop this time. Thank you.

The terrible looking pizza they gave me after waiting more than an hour

I come to Chuck E. Cheese for my son but every now and then we get food this is the only place where I've waited over an hour for my food and it looked so bad. I'm almost 99% sure that they just forgot our order because like I said this is the longest I've ever waiting for one single pizza at a Chuck E. Cheese. The games and area for kids is nice and spacious too I'll give them two stars for that.

Amazing store! The staff are extremely nice and took time to talk with me. The food was delicious and came out quickly, the games were fun and in working conditions. And of course they had the main attraction the studio c alpha animatronic! It's such a nostalgic and cool Chuck E. Cheese's I 100% recommend visiting this location.

Short staffed and poorly ran . Long wait to get in , out , order , get anything needed .

This is an older Chuck E. Cheese and it's on the smaller side. It's prime location in the heart of Burbank's shopping district makes it a good reprieve for parents with antsy kids in tow. We came here for my kids' cousin's fourth birthday. Parking was ample in the old K-mart mall. The actual buildings in the mall looked tired and could have benefited from an exterior refresh and were a stark juxtaposition to the more modern shops and eateries across the street. The main play area was smaller than most and the party area followed the same profile. My kids all had fun and didn't mind or really notice the difference in size compared to OC Chuck E. Cheese's as they were more concerned about playing with their cousins and having a good time. The pizza, according to them, was good. I, personally, am not a fan, not just of this location, but all. It's good kids' pizza and we'll leave it at that...

Last time I order from this place. ****Response to the snarky comment from the pizza boy below: 2nd time I order today with hopes I get the correct pizza--I ordered a Texas and an Armenian. You sent me a Texas and a sad, lonely cheese pizza like I asked for disappointment with extra crust. I had to go through the hassle of getting a refund from Uber Eats just to maybe get the right thing this time. Amazing. But you know what's really sad? You reaching out, not to own the mistake or fix anything, but to get defensive. Like, that's your move? Not "sorry we messed up," but "let me double down on being clueless." Iconic. If this is your idea of customer service, I genuinely hope your business thrives--in the same way Blockbuster did. Keep it up. You're one wrong order away from becoming a cautionary tale. ********* 2nd response: Looks like I struck a nerve. Also, the sarcasm going over your head is all I needed to know pizza boy.. Parking was a bit tricky to find because the restaurant is at the street corner and there is no designated parking lot. We tried to find parking in the alley area, but those are designated for another restaurant, so we got lucky and a street parking spot opened up on Alameda. The restaurant has a couple tables inside and some tables in their outside patio. The tables inside are bar height. We were greeted with menus right away and was told the pastas weren't currently available. We ordered two of their pizzas, Pazza pizza and Prosciutto pizza, and two of their salads, Caesar and Antipasto. I really enjoyed the salads and the prosciutto pizza. The Pazaa pizza was good too but the cheese was very filling for me. If you love cheese, you have to try the Pazza. Ingredients are all very fresh! I would recommend ordering ahead of time because the pizzas did take awhile to make and bake, but luckily they had TV on so we watched TV while waiting. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely order takeout from here.

My better half and I have been to the Studio City location, but it was our first time at the Burbank one. There's street parking all around but it's not mission impossible in these parts. Inside is not too big but not too small (just right!). You order at the counter and they bring the pizza to you. We ordered the Pepperoni Ultimo (pepperoni, green bell peppers, pineapple, buffalo sauce) along some Mexican cokes. It took a bit for the pizza to be ready, but anything worth doing is worth doing right. The pizza is definitely on the doughier side, so if that's how you enjoy you zza this is the place to be. Lucifer's Pizza is pretty damn good, so if you're around and feeling like a slice, give them a shot!

Other reviewers have commented that the pizza is very "doughy," but I love that. It has a perfect crispy/chewy consistency and thickness, I think. I've ordered delivery a few times and the pizza is so freshly made that you had to hold each slice to keep the ingredients from sliding off. My fave pizza is the Zucha, which has pumpkin, olives, feta, zucchini, red bell pepper, and spinach. I know it's a little bit of a weird pizza and for parties, I'll usually order just a personal Zucha for myself and anyone who wants to try along with the more crowd-pleasing pizzas. But I love unique menu items and this combo is just so delicious together. Lucifer's is just a tad pricey to be our usual pizza go-to, but I always look forward to ordering from here.

Original review: I went here a few times and found the food to be good, mainly the wings. Sadly that is not the case anymore. It seems the quality for their wings have nose-dived in quality. The pictured wings are raw. On top of this, when I picked up my food no one assisted me for almost 10 minutes and there was just this rude employee staring at me through the kitchen area. It's a shame that this place has tanked in food quality but also service. I was going to bring my out of state friend here to give her review on this food but now I don't think I will ever return. Lastly, the owner has no problem shoving his beliefs down our throats with the flag hung up outside. Making food political is cringe. Worshipping a felon like Jesus is also anti-christian.
