I found this park via maps when looking for spots to take my pup, Twinkle. McCambridge Park is fairly large, with tennis courts, a large lawn with some picnic tables, playground, etc. I've come to prefer parking near the tennis courts, as that keeps us off the street parking, and the side near the courts tends to be more clean. The lawn area can sometimes be littered with some trash, or a few transients rolling through. Overall, it's very open and safe feeling. We do enjoy our walks here!

Very nice, relaxing park! I stopped here and found a bit of shade just to relax for a bit while waiting for my cat to get groomed. It was quiet, with a nice breeze and very relaxing to take a moment and just enjoy the outdoors for a bit. They have many sporting areas such as tennis, baseball, basketball and a pool that is open in the summer. Stop by and get your chillax on! I will return! Enjoy!!!

First time taking the time to walk around the park and explore what's happening at this recreational park and I would visit again. Overall, it is adequately clean but there are some areas that are neglected such as the areas further away / behind the Mccambridge Pro Shop and the entrance. The front of the shop area and the grass at the front seem to be well maintained with little to no trash. Again, the back of the park could use some more work with the litter and I saw some big piles of dog poop not picked up after in the grass area of the ballpark. Also, I also encountered a chewed up rabbit's hind legs at the back of the park on the concrete walkway. As a tennis player and swimmer, I would love to be active at this park and be involved but I looked into this and it seems the only way is to pay for one-time usage/ monthly/ or annual pass and checking out the prices, it looks costly...speaking as a Burbank Resident. The resident/ non- resident senior discount isn't attractive either quite frankly compared to the regular pricing which is disappointing to the aging community! I'm glad this park is open to the public and hope some improvements can be made to get this place a little more affordable and accessible for people to have incentive to check this place out and stick around!

This park is definitely the best in town for recreational activities. Playground is new (2025) and amazing! BBQ / picnic areas, Olympic sized swimming pool, the courts: baseball, basketball (indoor and outdoor) , tennis and a lot of space to run around and shade to relax. There's some quiet places as well in corners where one has to find.

Park and recreation center with pools, tennis courts and softball field. Playground for the kids and picnic tables. You can BBQ here as well. A great place to walk.

I wanted to say it's 5/5 but it was quite a strange feeling when I went to the restroom. There as several homeless people here and you definitely should be aware of your surroundings. I thought the park looked clean. I use to go to day camp here in the 90s. I've been here over 500 times just never Yelped it. I first had RC Cola here and went swimming. I never did learn how to swim though, had lessons.

City of Burbank offers wide variety of classes for kids & adults. There are art, dance, music, sports, fitness, etc. The price is super affordable too!! Parking: Private parking lot

One of my favorite parks in the city of Burbank. It's a huge park with lots of inside and street parking available. It even has three facilities on site that includes Burbank Tennis Center, Recreation Center, and Aquatic Center. Among the many amenities here are Ball Fields (lighted), Tennis Courts (lighted), Basketball Court (gymnasium & outdoor), Bocce Ball Court, and Aquatic Pool. There's also two playgrounds here, one for toddlers and the other one, for young kids. This park is perfect for picnics because there are several Picnic Areas. There's also a nice Gazebo in the middle of the park. Lots of mature trees that give a lot of shade. Well maintained lawn with green grass where you can lay down and rest. In case you get hungry or thirsty, you don't need to leave because there's a restaurant inside the park. It is conveniently located by the tennis courts. This park definitely has everything you need so come by and check it out.

There are two different very large areas for different age groups and every time we go it's very early in the morning so it's completely empty and I'm sure it gets busy but there's so much to play with it I don't think that's an issue

This is a nice park, lots of open space & it is well maintained. The playground is nice for kids & the lawn makes for a nice stroll when you are in the neighborhood. It does get crowded though, especially on weekends when there are often birthday parties or other gatherings. One caveat, make sure you understand the tennis courts are not public. They are pay-to-play and not very cheap. You can get a membership if you want to play often though, and the courts are very well maintained.

Amazing, shady playground

Lovely park in Burbank that is safe, clean, and perfect for any park event. Great playground that's all shaded with lots of benches for parents (but it has sand! Be prepared.) Lots of grass and we saw a birthday party being set up nearby. Super clean bathrooms with warm water and actual soap! There is some parking by the tennis center with easy access to the playground. The clientele at this park is definitely nicer than the average park - lots of people exercising, walking dogs, families with kids. There's a cafe in the park but we didn't check it out this time. We spent all morning here and my kids had so much fun. We'll definitely be back!

McCambridge Park in Burbank has been a favorite place for me to hang around since moving here in 2014. There are plenty things to do to keep active here. I usually just walk in circles. It's like 2 blocks big of full park (horizontal & vertical) and everything has a place. People picnic, they have group exercise classes like yoga/crossfit/step aerobics... Softball, baseball, tennis, joggers, walkers, playgrounds for tots to preteens, basketball courts, movies in the park, and there's plenty more... I'm relaxing writing this Yelp Review at the park. The Fitness Center Store is always closed on Mondays. They changed the Cafe name. So maybe the menu is different. It used to be an American and (Asian like) Thai Menu. And there are vending machines too. McCambridge Park in Burbank is simply gorgeous.

Like most community pools, it's in a beautiful neighborhood of Burbank and has some playgrounds and tennis courts near the pool. The locker rooms are kept up really well and the pool's temperature is kept at just the right level of cold and the chlorine level doesn't feel drastic as some places. The staff are great and helpful. The day rate depends on if you live in Burbank or not ($6-8) for lap swim and keep their schedule updated on their website. Bring your own swim gear as they are not provided by the aquatic center! Depending on time of day and when you go, the lap swim can be metered or by yards, as the layout of the pool can change (with kids swim, open swim, aerobics) nearby. Theres also a nice outdoor area for family events or kids birthday parties. Theres street side parking and they have a good size parking lot but it's pretty busy on weekends; people leave frequently and usually are waiting for your parking spot when you head out! A local who has been coming here for years encouraged me to try Mccambridge Recreation Pool (which I have yet to)!

The area is fairly spacious, and there's a pool you can jump into if the playground gets old. The downside, though, is the time limit they impose. They have two playtime slots: usually from 11:30 to 1:00 and 1:30 to 3:00. That's only an hour and a half of playtime, which my kids absolutely hate. Every time their playtime is interrupted, it leaves a bad impression. They enjoy the place, but once they have to leave due to the time limit, I hear about it nonstop. I personally prefer the Santa Clarita Aquatic Center. It offers unlimited play from open to close, but they do a quick equipment check every hour, which is understandable. It only takes about 15 minutes, and once that's done, you can go right back in. Here, you have to leave and buy a new wristband, about $3 per kid to return, meaning you're paying double if you want to stay longer than 90 minutes. This is definitely something they should reconsider, as I'm sure many people aren't happy with this setup.

It brings me joy! What's weird is people like using the green faux grass strip (aka the sled track) for sit-ups and such. It's not their fault tho, as all the low impacts weights are in the corner right next to the strip. The locker room has a sauna, and there's a nice lounging area just outside the locker room with quality stocked vending machines. The free book library is right there as well. The one problem was the cycle class. It's so so sad because they created an amazing space. It looks like one of those cycle clubs, with a raised area for the instructor, track lights around the mirror, and newer bikes. But we tried a class and realized very quickly why it's only moderately filled. The old dude started by saying we were going to have a cheer off, saying he was working on our public speaking (aka WHAT I DO FOR A LIVING). He kept saying just wait til we get going, that the class would be challenging, but ten minutes in and we were still stretching to classical music. How dumb is that!!!! I attended the gym last night Feb 26th, guess what the Zumba class music was blasting right out the door. The students were having a blast! Marjorie's personal energy that she brought every single time to class was the reason I kept going. Her class is the ONLY one that allows me to sweat and release all my work related stress. This is absolutely a personal pick directly at her. Again, the Zumba class music is just as loud. Both Marjorie's & Zumba classes have at least 40-60 students every single time. A group of us regularly attending Bodycombat went to the front counter after class ended to complain. NO MGR around for two straight days in a row. Tell me why?????? You can tell when a disinfectant has been used! The sauna has NEVER smelled clean. The floor is always "wet" from the swimmers. Why does it get mopped up so no one will slip while wearing their flip flops? The ladies RR is being maintained but again why is there NOT a cleaning/disinfectant solution being used?
