I had a recent experience with Prime Pizza, and I genuinely want to highlight how impressive their customer service is. The manager was extremely responsive, professional, and understanding. My BBQ pizza wasn't cooked the way I wished. They handled the situation with real care, ensuring everything was taken seriously and addressed promptly. It's rare to see this level of accountability and willingness to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, which really speaks volumes about how much they value their customers. Great food is important, but great customer service is what builds trust, and they absolutely delivered on that. Looking forward to ordering from them again.

Less than 1 week ago I had finally tried Prime and I'm already ordering it for delivery . Still very good, just had to warm it up in the oven a little, in any case the pizzas were delicious! Thank you and I'm also excited to see you're opening a location near me (Whitsett & Magnolia)

1 large slice pepperoni for a little over 5 bucks.

5 bucks for a BIG slice of pepperoni pizza is a really good deal. The pizza is really fresh and they use really good ingredients. I have always been greeted right as I enter. It's great for people who want to get in and out with their slice. The crust is exceptional! Nice work.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to check it out. Upon arriving, I noticed that the restaurant was very small. They offer both outdoor and indoor seating, but there are only a small number of tables available for dining in. The parking lot for this restaurant is an absolute mess. The lot itself is small and only offers a few spots to park. This restaurant offers pizza, wings, garlic knots, salads, and much more! I decided to order a pizza and some wings. As usual, my two go-to toppings are pepperoni and jalapeños. For the wings, I ordered their buffalo wings. Let's start with the pizza. This restaurant serves New York-style pizza. I like the fact that their dough is made in-house. I also like the fact that their slices are pretty big. You can order the pizza by the slice or as a whole pie. I chose to order the entire pie. The cheese-to-sauce ratio was just right, and they were generous with the toppings. The crust wasn't too thin. This pizza was truly a hit! Now let's talk about the wings. I specifically asked the server to bring the wings out together with the pizza, but the wings ended up arriving before the pizza. By the time the pizza arrived, the wings weren't as warm anymore. I personally love my wings extra coated in sauce, and that is exactly how they were served to me here. These wings were in no way, shape, or form the best in town, but they were decent enough to pair with my pizza. I might try their lemon pepper wings next time instead. Overall, this restaurant is a solid, no-frills local pizza spot with some standout pizzas and slices, good for casual meals, takeout, or late-night cravings. Prime Pizza has hands down the best vegan pizza by itself -- and the vegan pepperoni takes it completely over the top. And I can say this with authority because I love pizza. I could eat it every day, every meal... and honestly sometimes I do. Don't judge me. Also, I was born and raised in NYC, so trust me when I say we KNOW good pizza. The crust, the flavor, the balance -- it hits. This isn't "good for vegan pizza," this is just good pizza, period. If you're vegan, vegan-curious, or just love great pizza, this place is a must.

Wow that grandma slice doesn't mess around. I'm normally a traditional ny slice guy but it was no doubt today at prime they cook that grandma with love. So much garlic so much burnt cheese and so much goodness. Don't get me wrong the ny cheese still hits but today grandma was queen.

REALLY GOOD!! I've had Prime in DTLA but it wasn't too memorable since I just got a reheated deep dish slice. This time we wanted to try takeout and their regular crust. Omg so good!!! The cheese one is super good. I LOVE that their Parmesan packs come in sealed baggies and that it's FRESH! Same with the crushed red pepper. We also got the sausage one and it was really good. Even tho it is thin crust, it fills you up! Def will be adding Prime to our pizza rotation.

This is the worst NY-style pizza in LA. Gluten free is great! BUT the regular round pie is a waste of calories. I've had the misfortune of eating around five separate round pies over the years from here and each one is more disappointing than the last. I've even tried modifying it by adding more cheese or sauce, but it is the most lackluster, flavorless over-priced disc you can spend money on. You'd have a better meal printing one at Kinkos. Also: Grandma pie is OVERPRICED AF & The Gluten free is great! But for the love of god - add some seasoning and give some love to your regular pie; it's more disappointing than my parents political choices.

When you get out of the car immediately, you can smell the pizza!! The place is small and cute. Limited indoor seating and limited parking. There is outdoor seating but it is also limited. The establishment is super cute and small. The cleanliness of this place is up to par. Beautiful establishment. When you walk right in you can see a dozen of workers behind the counter working away to make the best pizzas for the community of Burbank. The service was absolutely great! They bring you your pizza to your table. Drinks were great! I love how they really go all out on the toppings. They do not skimp here. The slices are huge too. Prices are great! I love how the mushrooms aren't tiny pieces. They're more like whole pieces. Unlike other pizza parlors they skimp you out. The pizza was cheesy, fresh, and delicious. I would definitely recommend this pizza parlor to anyone in the area of Burbank.

Finally had a chance to check out Prime Pizza! We ordered slices of the following: white pizza, pepperoni, spicy pepperoni (square), and Hawaiian pizza. Everything tasted great! My husband really liked the spicy pepperoni. My daughter and I loved the white pizza. Inside the store itself is very small. About 3 tables that can fit 3-4 people each. Outside has more seating, but we aimed to sit inside as it was a little bit windy. The shirts that they sell have really cool artwork. My husband bought the one with the pizza on a bicycle. We will definitely be back at prime if we find ourselves in the area again.

Stopped by Prime Pizza tonight (5th and best visit yet) and grabbed a cheese slice, a white slice, and a Sicilian square, and this visit was a solid win. The cheese slice was classic New York-style -- great crust, good chew, and a clean balance of sauce and cheese. The white slice was creamy and well seasoned without being heavy, definitely a strong slice. But the Sicilian square was actually my favorite this time. The crust wasn't burnt like it's been on past visits, and it had a much better balance of sauce and cheese. Super satisfying and finally hit the way a proper square should. Prime Pizza can be a little hit-or-miss with the squares, but when they get it right, it really shines -- and tonight they got it right. Still one of the better spots in LA if you're craving legit NY-style pizza.

    Jessica M.

It was my last night visiting my sister, so we decided to grab pizza. I ordered online after she insisted Prime Pizza had the best NYC-style pizza and that I had to try it. We ordered a half Grandma pie and half Sicilian pie, plus a side of ranch of course. I had to try the ranch, especially since it's advertised as "world famous"! We had been on the go all weekend and didn't feel like going out, so we opted for delivery. I received notifications the entire time, which was nice, and Uber delivered the pizza. It took about an hour to arrive. This pizza was honestly some of the best I've ever had. Both pies were absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese, the crust had the perfect crunch, and the ranch was so good. Prime Pizza did not disappoint at all. I'm so happy we decided to order from here!

There are some rules about ordering chicken wings vs regular chicken with the half/half combo. We ended up ordering 8 "secret sauce" chicken wings, 8 of the cheeslings (the guy said it was popular for kids" and an order of fries. Food took a while as we were the only ones there but it was fine. He brought out of food but did not provide ketchup for our fries. So I went up to the counter to ask for some, he gave us 3 packets. My daughter loves ketchup so she wanted more - every time we asked - he'd give us two packets and made a face. One - you should have ketchup bottles to save on packaging but if you are going to offer ketchup packets - stop being so damn cheap! Assumed he was the owner but who knows. Wings were pretty good. The cheeslings weren't actually wings - they were boneless and had a lot of breading. Overall alrite but dude needs to chill out and smile once in a while of this place is not going to last!

I get to that place and no Wingstop. I call, only to be told they are across the street from their old location. GAH! Apparently, the sign in the window was for a UPS STore that used to be there. I saw NOTHING about the Wingstop move. Anyway, the address in the email was correct, so I have to take responsability for not checking before I went to the other spot, but it would have been nice if there was something, ANYTHING that was clear about the move. New location isn't as visible from the street and is in a parking lot that has 1 entrance and 1 exit. Store was clean and service was friendly enough. As for the sandwiches, I liked mine, my wife was not at all a fan, so a 50/50 reaction. It was worth it to try as a BOGO, but it won't be something I'll have to go back to with a million other places that offer chicken sandwiches that are as good or better. But, it's a fair price without the deal at $5.99 each.

Spencer was sprinting around trying to keep everyone happy while his coworkers magically vanished. There were three other servers at one point... then suddenly none. No teamwork, no urgency, no accountability. Just Spencer holding the entire operation together. He stayed kind, professional, and on top of everything while being completely unsupported. Management needs to wake up, because Spencer deserves a raise and this location desperately needs a lesson in what "team" actually means.

I usually enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but this visit was disappointing…read more Our server, Melina, at the Burbank location, had poor attitude and talked back when we asked questions, which felt unprofessional. I had ordered 30 bone in wings, 6 flavors: Jammin Jalapeno, Mango Habanero, Original Buffalo, Hot, Lemon Pepper dry rub and Golden Fire. I also ordered a kids meal: teriyaki boneless chicken and 2 fries ( Regular and Large). We waited nearly 20 mins before getting our food: wings and fries, which was already cold and another almost 10 mins for the kids meal. Upon getting our order, they gave me BBQ instead of Original Buffalo. Also the 2 order of fries, which looked both regular size. I brought it up to our server and she immediately talked back to me in a rude manner telling me: "I clearly heard you say Original BBQ and so I put it in as honey BBQ". I told her that I had written down my order and was reading it so I wouldn't forget what flavors I wanted. She then said again : "I know what you said and was Original BBQ not buffalo". She said she gave us 2 larges fries, which was cheaper due to happy hour. I wish she had relayed the info to us about the fries so I wouldnt have felt dumb asking about it. Good service goes a long way, and unfortunately this experience missed the mark. Long wait time for service also I was very uncomfortable with our server during my family time at BWW.
