How many times will you read a review from me that says "I don't like pizza, buttttt...." Suffice to say, I don't go get pizza on my own, but I will honor my daughter's pizza requests every time, so I'm becoming an unwilling pizza connoisseur. We grabbed a couple of slices from the ready made section (cheese, grandma's, and bbq chicken). The crust was nice and crispy the cheese. I was pleasantly surprised as I expected slightly soggy crust from items that were pre-made. My daughter loved the cheese and grandma pizza, which was a thicker crust pizza and I think more complex cheese topping. I liked the jalapenos on my bbq chicken pizza - added extra kick. Those of you who know me, I am not much of a pizza person. I am more of a burger type of gal. I do crave pizza every now and then; and since I happened to be in the area, I decided to stop by at this lovely, small, yet cute, quaint pizzeria. I am so glad that I did! Place was very clean, with some nice decor/art to go with it along with cool, nice merchandise. I was there yesterday afternoon. Walked in and placed my order at the window with a nice female employee. She was sweet, kind, and helpful. I ordered Hawaiian Pizza - that comes with Pineapple and Ham. I also got an order of Caesar Salad, with light dressing on top. Last, but not least I got their Lemon Pepper wings-with side of Ranch dressing that also came with celery, and carrots. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. My pizza was nice and crispy, and the cheese was nicely melted. Just how I like it. Prices for the food that I got was very reasonable, affordable for their portions. They have inside and outside seating, along with a small parking lot in the back. They also have gender neutral restrooms. I ate outside, it was a bit congested inside; and since the weather was bright and sunny, took my food to enjoy in the arms of nature.. They have knots, sliced and whole pizza, subs, salads, desserts, drinks, and wings. I asked for my pizza to be medium size, since they have different sizes along with square pies, which I am not a fan of. Ate whatever I could, and took the rest to-go. Finally tried Prime Pizza and really enjoyed it! I ordered a slice of sicilian, a slice of grandma's and garlic knots. They accidentally gave me a cheese slice pizza instead of the grandma slice at first and were super nice when I let them know. They kindly let me keep the cheese pizza slice and brought out the grandma one. I enjoyed the pizza slices and the garlic knots. You can damn near count the specks of cheese used, pineapple was sloped on with no uniformity in the pieces (even with fresh pineapple it can be done) and then too boot it was undercooked. The crust was the perfect amount of softness and crunch. The garlic knots with the marinara definitely stole the show though. I live for garlic and these were so moist and garlicky that I almost got a second batch. This place definitely gets busy though so if you have a large order I would definitely call ahead and if you plan on "dining in" you'll need to sit at separate tables outside or take it to go because the inside space is pretty small. I should start by saying after my first disappointing trip to this location the manager reached out on Yelp and offered to make it right. I never took them up on this. My girlfriend saw that there was a butter chicken special edition pizza out and we wanted to try it and this is the closest location so I decided to give them a try again and this time everything was good. I like the fact that their dough is made in-house. I also like the fact that their slices are pretty big. You can order the pizza by the slice or as a whole pie. I chose to order the entire pie. The cheese-to-sauce ratio was just right, and they were generous with the toppings. The crust wasn't too thin. This pizza was truly a hit! Now let's talk about the wings. I specifically asked the server to bring the wings out together with the pizza, but the wings ended up arriving before the pizza. By the time the pizza arrived, the wings weren't as warm anymore. I personally love my wings extra coated in sauce, and that is exactly how they were served to me here. These wings were in no way, shape, or form the best in town, but they were decent enough to pair with my pizza. I might try their lemon pepper wings next time instead. The establishment is super cute and small. The cleanliness of this place is up to par. Beautiful establishment. Prime Pizza has hands down the best vegan pizza by itself -- and the vegan pepperoni takes it completely over the top. And I can say this with authority because I love pizza. Finally had a chance to check out Prime Pizza! We ordered slices of the following: white pizza, pepperoni, spicy pepperoni (square), and Hawaiian pizza. Everything tasted great! My husband really liked the spicy pepperoni. My daughter and I loved the white pizza. Inside the store itself is very small. About 3 tables that can fit 3-4 people each. I got a text saying it was ready and sent my wife in to grab it. We waited for 15 minutes in the car and thought it was odd so we went to check on her. She had been told The order wasn't ready and watched as at least many other groups got their orders. I was annoyed to hear she got attitude for asking about it. As a loyal customer with over 10 orders, I've continued returning to Prime Pizza Burbank because they truly make great pizza in the area. However, my recent experience has unfortunately ended my patronage at this location. Despite consistently incorrect orders--pizzas not cut properly, not cooked well done as requested, and missing cheese and peppers on UberEats deliveries--I remained a faithful customer, always tipping over 20%. Yesterday's $100 order for a gathering with friends was the final straw. I tipped 12% upfront when ordering online. Upon arrival at 5pm, the cashier was shockingly rude with poor customer service skills and an unfriendly demeanor. When I requested cheese and peppers, she handed me only two packs of each. After asking for extra, she gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes, and made me feel terrible for a simple request. After numerous chances and continued loyalty, this treatment is unacceptable. I'll now order from the Little Tokyo location instead. While less convenient, they consistently get orders right and treat returning customers with the friendliness and appreciation that paying customers deserve.
