This is a cute little spot perfect for takeout or eating your slices on the patio. I say slices because you're likely going to want more than one. I had their spicy pepperoni and another one that had garlic but I can't quite remember. There wasn't that much spice in their pepperoni slice but it was still tasty. The crust was the perfect amount of softness and crunch. The garlic knots with the marinara definitely stole the show though. I live for garlic and these were so moist and garlicky that I almost got a second batch. This place definitely gets busy though so if you have a large order I would definitely call ahead and if you plan on "dining in" you'll need to sit at separate tables outside or take it to go because the inside space is pretty small. As a loyal customer with over 10 orders, I've continued returning to Prime Pizza Burbank because they truly make great pizza in the area. However, my recent experience has unfortunately ended my patronage at this location. Despite consistently incorrect orders--pizzas not cut properly, not cooked well done as requested, and missing cheese and peppers on UberEats deliveries--I remained a faithful customer, always tipping over 20%. Yesterday's $100 order for a gathering with friends was the final straw. I tipped 12% upfront when ordering online. Upon arrival at 5pm, the cashier was shockingly rude with poor customer service skills and an unfriendly demeanor. When I requested cheese and peppers, she handed me only two packs of each. After asking for extra, she gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes, and made me feel terrible for a simple request. After numerous chances and continued loyalty, this treatment is unacceptable. I'll now order from the Little Tokyo location instead. While less convenient, they consistently get orders right and treat returning customers with the friendliness and appreciation that paying customers deserve. The cheese-to-sauce ratio was just right, and they were generous with the toppings. The crust wasn't too thin. This pizza was truly a hit! Now let's talk about the wings. I specifically asked the server to bring the wings out together with the pizza, but the wings ended up arriving before the pizza. By the time the pizza arrived, the wings weren't as warm anymore. This is such a gem in the Burbank area. We love this place so much that we will order a few times a month, all for delivery, and we've never had any issues. Our go tos are the grandma square pizza, those crispy edges are to die for! The regular cheese pizza, and lemon pepper wings, extra crispy. Everything is with a side of ranch and some jalapeños. Recently, we tried the White Pizza and it is delicious, I wished we had tried it much sooner because it is really that good. As always, delivery is very fast and our order is always accurate. This is the worst NY-style pizza in LA. Gluten free is great! BUT the regular round pie is a waste of calories. I've had the misfortune of eating around five separate round pies over the years from here and each one is more disappointing than the last. Finally had a chance to check out Prime Pizza! We ordered slices of the following: white pizza, pepperoni, spicy pepperoni (square), and Hawaiian pizza. Everything tasted great! My husband really liked the spicy pepperoni. My daughter and I loved the white pizza. Inside the store itself is very small. About 3 tables that can fit 3-4 people each. Stopped by Prime Pizza tonight (5th and best visit yet) and grabbed a cheese slice, a white slice, and a Sicilian square, and this visit was a solid win. The cheese slice was classic New York-style -- great crust, good chew, and a clean balance of sauce and cheese. The white slice was creamy and well seasoned without being heavy, definitely a strong slice. But the Sicilian square was actually my favorite this time. It was my last night visiting my sister, so we decided to grab pizza. I ordered online after she insisted Prime Pizza had the best NYC-style pizza and that I had to try it. Ordered ahead on a Sunday night. Got the supreme pizza, it took about 45 minutes, which was fine since we were out running errands. We received a text when it was ready which was pretty on par to when the estimate said the food would be ready. The inside is quite small and extremely cramped with everyone waiting around for their take out. We ate in side the car in the parking lot. It's a very small lot, that's in an abstract shape, but we were lucky to find a spot. I went in and was helped pretty immediately. The person helping me was very nice, she even held the door open with me as I walked out with an 18" pie. The pizza was good, it's thin crust but good quality. All the other ingredients were fresh and good quality. I had a couple tough pieces of sausage but outside of that no real complaints. While I liked the pizza, it honestly lacked a wow factor for me to love it, especially for $30.50 for a pie. I'm glad we tried it, but I dont think ill be back again soon. This is a very small pizza parlor is on a corner and has a VERY small parking lot. A lot of the spaces are in a one-way kind of direction. They have a few small tables inside but they have a patio with some picnic style benches. We loved the pizza, but we wished there was more sauce.
