The price is also very reasonable, especially compared to other indoor playground packages nearby. The staff also helped with providing wheeled carts(?) to move our catering items and gifts. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. Had I not kept documentation, my concern would have simply been denied. The most disappointing part was the pattern of poor communication, defensiveness, and failure to honor what was promised. After sharing my experience, several friends told me they had gone through similar issues, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident. We used to come here regularly for open play, but after this experience, neither my friends nor I have returned.
