My little guy LOVES playgrounds and is the kind of toddler who wants to do everything, especially since he's a pretty low-sleep-needs kid . He had a great time here, especially on the blue slide. He was still talking about that slide afterward, and I think he was so exhausted from playing that he actually slept really well that night! One thing I appreciated is that, at least on the weekend afternoon we went, there weren't a bunch of birthday parties taking over the space. It was also open later than some of the other indoor playgrounds we've tried, which is a big plus if you have a toddler who tends to keep late hours. That said, it did get very crowded, and I think the layout could be better. The play area is fairly narrow and not as open as some other indoor playgrounds we've visited, so it can be difficult for parents to sit back and still have a clear view of everything their kids are doing. There's also a mix of activities that seem geared toward slightly older kids, including video games, which weren't really my thing. The biggest issue for me was some of the older kids running around and going up the slides the wrong way, particularly the purple slide. With toddlers, that can be a little stressful because they're smaller and you can't always anticipate what's coming down the slide. I understand that parents are ultimately responsible for supervising their kids and there's a waiver, but I do think staff could be a little more proactive about discouraging behavior that could create a safety issue for the younger children. Food options for adults were also pretty limited, and the seating arrangement made it harder to comfortably hang out while keeping an eye on the kids. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars. It's a fine option for a playdate, especially if you're looking for somewhere that's open later and available on weekends. My toddler definitely had fun, and apparently the blue slide was a major hit. I just wouldn't say it's the best indoor playground we've been to.

Calls and texts often went unanswered for over a week, and because they do not offer face-to-face meetings, there was no reliable way to resolve questions. When I voiced concern, I was told my event was still months away and I was "not a priority," which was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel dismissed as a customer. Unfortunately, the problems continued with the event itself. I was promised three party helpers for an event with 80 guests, including many children, but only two were provided, which was inadequate support. While I have payed for their highest full party package they did not have a lighter to light the birthday candles. They also told me that I have to bring my own ice for beverages. I had also specifically requested a fairy character, and only a few days before the party I was informed the fairy was unavailable. Even more concerning, I was told I had never requested one in the first place. I had to provide screenshots proving I had made that request. Had I not kept documentation, my concern would have simply been denied. The most disappointing part was the pattern of poor communication, defensiveness, and failure to honor what was promised. After sharing my experience, several friends told me they had gone through similar issues, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident. We used to come here regularly for open play, but after this experience, neither my friends nor I have returned. The facility may be enjoyable for children, but based on customer service and event coordination alone, I would not recommend booking a party here.

My daughter was so excited. They had a reptile zone. Saw bald eagles! Through out the walk way there are plenty of benches under trees. We had over 20 kids (about 60 ppl total) and did the weekend 3hr option. We had kids ranging from 1.5 years to 4 years old, and literally everyone had something to play with. I was worried it'll be too crowded, but it wasn't! Many of my guests commented how non-stimulating the environment was and complimented me on the venue choice. The price is also very reasonable, especially compared to other indoor playground packages nearby. The staff also helped with providing wheeled carts(?) to move our catering items and gifts. The kids were all sweating, and I asked twice if someone could turn the A/C up. After my second request, the room finally started to cool down, and we could definitely feel the difference. Despite the heat, the kids had a great time jumping and playing. A few of them ended up with minor scrapes, which isn't too surprising with inflatable play areas, but it's something parents should be aware of. After playtime, we headed into the party room for pizza and cake, and everything there went smoothly. My biggest suggestion would be to have the A/C running well before guests arrive, especially during hot weather, so the space is already at a comfortable temperature when the party begins. No complaints about the equipment at all. My son loved the curly slide into the ball pit and the little building block area. The only thing I don't love is that the seating area/eating is behind a wall so you can't sit down and watch your kids at the same time. There were some kids doing things like climbing up the slides when other kids were trying to go down and no parent was in sight to help reel them in. There's also virtually no seating in the play area for adults. Myself and a few other parents were sitting on the floor. Also, it is kind of pricey. Entrance fee is comparable to other places ($25) and it is for an unlimited amount of time. However, I bought a small bag of chocolate mushrooms for my son to snack on and it was $3. This was the size of a snack bag you would get in like a Costco multipack. Party prices are some of the most expensive I have seen at an indoor play place. Highly recommend bringing in your own food and drink! The staff was nice and they did a decent job checking in and making sure kids weren't doing stuff that was unsafe.
