Pitbull is THE MAN. Absolute homie from start to finish. Dude made the whole experience that much better. Great energy, awesome personality, attentive as hell, and just genuinely made sure we were having a good time. You can tell when someone actually enjoys what they do, and Pitbull definitely brings that energy. Chubby Cattle, if you're reading this, give this man his flowers because he's a legend. We'll definitely be back. Ask for Pitbull when you go. HELL YEAH!

Still one of the best Jbbq in the area, of course :) Celebrated my birthday here with the Fam. Freddie took care of us through everything. Meat still fresh and delicious, vibe always right. First time I had them come out and sing too. It was a night I wouldn't forget. Thanks Chubby Cattle!

10/13/26 - Our Monthly Fancy Meat Fix with the Family We had Neil A. as our server tonight, and he was absolutely SUPER! From the moment we were seated, he treated us with genuine kindness, attentiveness, and efficiency. He made sure our meat was cooked just right and even looked out for our girls' safety while we cooked the high-marbling meat at the table. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and knowledgeable he was. Sometimes, we've had servers in the past who came across as a little too stuck-up, but Neil was the complete opposite. He knows his stuff, is confident in what he does, and carries himself with such humility. That combination is refreshing! He consistently checked in on us and paid attention to the little things, whether it was adjusting the fire level, changing the grill, or asking if we needed anything else. Those small gestures really add up and make a dining experience extra special. Tonight was also our first time using our Plus membership benefit for free boba drinks. Neil patiently walked us through the redemption process and explained how the monthly points work. We learned that the points don't roll over, so it's a use-it-or-lose-it situation. He even recommended redeeming our free drinks during our monthly visit. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything so genuinely without making us feel rushed. I truly hope Neil gets the recognition he deserves! It's not every day you come across someone who is both highly competent and genuinely humble. His kindness and attention to detail made our family's monthly fancy meat fix even more enjoyable. Thank you, Neil, for such a wonderful dining experience tonight! Side note: A big shout-out to the birthday song team! They were full of energy and so enthusiastic, making the celebrations entertaining for everyone. We loved hearing them sing for other guests, and my girls especially loved the jam! It was such a fun touch that added even more joy to the atmosphere. We left with happy bellies and smiles on our faces. Thanks for another memorable family night!

Came here recently with my husband as a little treat, and we'd had a really great experiences at their Rowland Heights and Little Tokyo locations. I think Rowland Height's overall decor and presentation blows this location out of the water, but I doubt maybe other places could beat it. This place is a ways smaller and a bit more cramped. Still, they do a decent job with the amount of space given. We got the highest Diamond tier as a splurge and it was good, but I do think the upcharge wasn't necessarily worth it. This is more of a personal preference. I just feel like I've gotten similar quality meats/experience for a lower price point. I wasn't wowed by the drink choices/variety and ended up just going with the pepsi from the soda fountain for the majority of the meal. The employees are nice, but I do think they push a little hard on downloading the app and trying to get you to become a member. We don't come here often enough, so passed on membership. Parking is plentiful as it's a shared lot, but I'm pretty sure it gets really busy during peak hours.

I went to the DTLA location with my friend Conrad and we both swooned with glee. That is not true. I am the swooner. He is more straigt-forward and does not express himself with color or clap. He just says things that are true in a monotone way. I often have to wonder what he feels inside. Like how much did you like going to DTLA Chubby Catttle cause I had bites that had star quality. I cannot remember the exact bite. But it was Wagyu meet on top of some sushi roll or something close like that, but like the sushi roll was made of beef, not fish, and it was so good I described it as me eating the bell of the herd. These bites were brought by the highest tier in terms of price.. During this occassion I also became a meber of their club and as a result on the day of my birthday, plus the day before and the day after I could get a free tier, there lowest one. Now I have heard that billions are lost in gift cards that are not use, and thus I was committed to get what I paid for, especially on the day after my birthday. So my friend Conrad and I went to this place, and each of us had their chepeast tier. The cattle club corportation did not grab me from the horns and a way from my prize. So before I get to the meal and how the meal is klnd of a shopping buffet, I will hihglight that this place offers a top-notch birhtday song. It would be hard to feel embarrased when the song uplifts a party vibe. And the birthday song, hot pot birthday, we love you! It felt like they had macaras and pinanats with a boombox but all they had was spirit and props and a rehearsed joival chant. Kudos to this place for making a duo feel like they were in a club on the strike of fun. I will almost admit that Conrad and I made the cardinal sin of going to a buffet and not managing our expected intake well. We got more meat than we needed. I felt guilty. Saying my bad does not seem to assuage my guillt. Especially, when I imagine the food wasted collectively by many diners like me might feed a banquet hall of eaters that do not have the luxury of turning food away just because they are too full to further eat. So in terms of speicific bites, I cannot recall. I could recall the bites from the other spot here I remember the experience more. Like going to the rice machine and pressing the button and the rice not coming out. What is happening? I found out that the rice machine needed to be re-loaded with rice. But when I eat asian I also want white rice, unless I am doing dumplings, then rice can stay inside the kitchen or broken machine as the case may be. But the point is that there was a broken machine that was suppose to give me a bowl of rice, without it, the dinning experienced suffered. Again, how lucky I am, because a broken machine in a prison might result in a riot. I really enjoyed the cheesen with corn. One put it in the grill untl the cheese became all gooey and the corn hot. The corn did not roast because it was inside a container. In terms of the other food they have a wide selection of goodies that are typical. I just realized something, I have had the super good tier but it really racks up a 200 bill and the cheapest one was fine because it was part of the bigger experience, now I am thinking that the middle one might be just right for me! Hopeuflly, it is not too expensive, and the food from it, does give some heavy hitters. That will be my next attempt. But if I were to be a first time eater here, I would go for the most expensive tier. Not because it costs more money but because it had bites that I remember fondly and plan to eat another day after the middle grtound expeirment.

Came to celebrate another birthday. This time I brought my sister for her birthday. Since the membership is only good for two people, I kept it just us two siblings. Service snd food is top notch as always. This visit we had Josh as our server. He was again one of the best server we have had here. I love how he truly made sure the kitchen was aware of my sister's allergies and also he made sure I knew about my earned points since they do not carry over. So he suggested I used it to get a free milk tea drink on top of my free boba drink I get every thirty days. From my first visit to this current visit, I can truly say that every visit has been a five star rated service. I not only recommend chubby cattle but I highly recommend the Chubby Club. With all the benefits you get, it is well worth how much you pay. In my first year of membership, I have gotten more than my monies worth.

I just want to keep showing love to this location. Food is great, quality of meat is amazing but really boosts this place is the staff. They are on top of changing grills, clearing plates and touching base consistently without being intrusive. Tonight we had Ryant and he was top notch...great service and fun personality. Hard worker for sure and excited to see where he goes in the future. When he went on break we were lucky to have one of the managers to watch and it was Sam who had been our server in past. It was great to see he had been promoted and it was well deserved. Service across the board is top notch and is a key reason we return. Thanks for a great date night.

Overall nice experience here. The special A5 Wagyu are indeed delicious and tender. This mainly pertains to the gold tier. The rest of the AYCE section meats were ok mostly while some are above average. Service was nice and attentive Love the myriad choices of desserts, vegetables, drinks and fruits. Not so sure if I'd come monthly to sign up for the membership. But for those that love to eat here frequently then I think it's worth getting. Overall I'd recommend this place for your wagyu cravings.

Back again.... Less than an hour wait time on a Friday at 5ish, which was great. This time Ryant was our server, and he was wonderful. Cooked our Full Blood to perfection. He also was super sweet in between our rounds, helping us continue to cook our meat well. Not too stuffy tonight. Great ambiance. Will be back soon.

Chubby Cattle is still my preferred place for BBQ. However, if you have a party of five or more people, that's probably not worth it, because you will probably be seated for one grill, as we did, for seven people, which is not ideal, because we ended up being bottlenecked by the speed of the cooking, which the staff brought out the orders as much as possible, but we couldn't cook them fast enough, and since we can only order 10 plates each round, with seven people, one person per plate, it was not really enough food? The set up itself, wasn't ideal moneywise. If you have a party of four, I would leave it at that maximum, anything more, you're not going to be able to eat all that much. The Wagyu burgers kept running out. However, the staff did what they could to help. The ambience is pretty chill.

V is a great waitress! So attentive and nice! We have enjoyed the few times we have gone here and honestly the lowest tier is just fine. You get some great meats and the other food like the Wagyu burger and the potatoes, is so filling to add with your meats. The place is clean and usually pretty packed but you can't feel it too much but I have also never been there where it's completely packed. My kids love the drinks and desserts too! Who doesn't love sweets ahaha but for sure it's nice to come once in a while and for occasions. After trying Niku X before coming here though... it's a difference for me. I think that $40 differences definitely show with their different meats and what you are able to get from each place. Also getting the membership does help especially when they have specials running! Take advantage of it!

This place was amazing. The quality of the meet and the cuts were something else. Since getting back from Japan we've been looking for a place to get Wagyu beef. The kids already asked to go back again. The included drink selection, fruit and deserts were all bonus since the meal itself was well worth it! I'll call her our "handler", Chae, was so knowledgeable and nice. She helped us through the menu and tiers. Because of her we ended up getting the membership as well. I mean....free meal on your BDay is always a plus. Would highly recommend. Left super full but not uncomfortable full.
