    Parking: 5/10 - Shared parking, very busy on Sunday Outside appearance: 6/10 - Basic strip mall look Inside appearance: 5/10 - Pretty basic, similar to other KBBQ places Staff service: 10/10 - Very friendly, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable; food arrived in a decent time Food and experience: - Tried the silver set for $35.99 - Good meat quality, especially enjoyed the beef bulgogi and brisket - Rice could be stickier - Cucumbers were good but could use more spice - Dumplings were basic - Didn't like the canned drinks, prefer tap system - Restaurant felt hotter than most KBBQ places - Bathroom was humid and floor was slippery, seemed like it hadn't been cleaned recently Overall, good staff and decent food, but some improvements needed in parking, cleanliness, and ambiance.

    Best KBBQ spot I've tried so far! Drove by one day and the parking lot was insane so I made a point to check it out. Love that Ziggle has a great wait-list/check in system and online ordering process. We upgraded to the premium seafood lunch and it did not disappoint! Well seasoned meat and fresh seafood options. Can't wait to go again. The service was fast. Everyone was so helpful to answer questions, bring out food, and quickly change the grill tops. I'm still thinking about the bulgogi chicken & beef, canjun shrimp, and steamed egg dish. Everything tastes great here. Tip - try to visit during the early week days to avoid high wait times and limited parking.

    It was Saturday so we joined the wait list on the way there. We seated after a few min. The meats were well seasoned. The Korean Dumplings were the best. You order from your phone once your seated. The servers came by frequently. Water was already there at the table in a pitcher. It was a nice cozy location. We would definitely come back.

    If you're reading this and looking for an AYCE KBBQ, look no further! The universe has aligned you to go here and when you do make sure you order the Platinum menu. This way you won't have to worry about paying additional $$ from the silver menu. They have plenty of friendly workers who are not lazy and they will bring your orders out faster than you can chew & swallow that big giant short rib meat. Parking lot is small but somehow we always find parking. Don't forget to put your name on the waitlist because they can get pretty packed! Aside from that, happy eating and enjoy.

    I'm going to have to be honest and say I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed this place lol I've been here before with the previous establishment and it was mediocre to me. I know this place has been open for a couple of years now and never had the chance to try it out even after all the reels I've seen of the place. I also went off based on what my sister had told me after trying the place. I knew I'd give it a try myself, but I didn't think I was going to take me years to finally give in lol Waitlist is on Yelp! So checking in a saving a spot was a breeze. I got here about 1P on a Sunday and beat the rush as the line stacked up after I arrived. I was able to be seated within 10 min or less. The server has you input your phone number and it sends you a link to place your order on which I thought was really cool. Now I don't have to wave someone down to place my order each time. It does limit you to 4 items at a time but once you send in the order, you can immediately place another order right after. We did the gold menu which was about $40pp and it had a good amount of choices. It is on the pricier side and there was an even higher tier than that. The meat quality was really good and fresh. You could tell by the way it cooks and tastes. Even all the sides and sauces were able to be ordered thru the phone which was nice. Portions were good sized. The servers were really fast and efficient. We kept getting delivered items we didn't order. We think there was a mix up of codes that were being sent to our table but the server was so nice and understanding about the ordeal as well. The restaurant itself is fairly small. It doesn't seat a ton of parties so the wait could be long. But the food and service makes up for the wait. I would definitely come back and eat here again. At the moment, this is definitely on my top 3 favorite ayce kbbq places at the moment.

    The restaurant is located in a small plaza. Parking is a little small but seems to be plenty for the restaurants located in there. I love that we were able to join the waitlist prior to arriving. The BEST part of our dining experience was ordering through our phones! No need to call the waiter each time we needed something. We just ordered ourselves. The food and items came out quickly, as well. Service was great and the place was clean. 10/10.

    Found a kbbq near me I've been wanting to try. They just changed over to an online system and it's nice to be able to order plates as we eat. I get full really fast and they bring everything out in a nice timely manner. And you can order sides refills. The food was delicious and will be back! Small place but has 20 tables i believe.

    i was very impressed that ziggle offered a variety of delicious cuts of meat! i would highly recommend all of the "spicy" meats. for our group, those definitely hit the spot. the banchans were quickly filled upon request and the servers were highly attentive. i would definitely return to ziggle again for a kbbq night out! however, if you are planning on visiting, i recommend planning ahead of time and joining the yelp waitlist. the wait can get pretty long.

    Absolutely love this Korean BBQ spot! It has been my go to for the past 2 years, regardless of where I'm at. From service, to pace, to the main part... KOREAN BBQ! All of it is excellent and worth the price. As for price, they have a week day special and on weekends they have their regular prices. From three menu options silver, gold, or platinum. I usually do silver as it includes a good portion of options. I haven't had any bad customer service since the first time I've been to this place. Servers are always polite & willing to help with anything. They are fast pace so don't worry about waiting for food. They have a great and easy ordering system. You get sent a link where you begin to choose everything you want and once your order is submitted you can re-order food right after. Ambiance is usually noisy because of the cooking and conversations going around which I don't mind at all. I guess it would be preference based at that point. Everytime I go it's usually pretty busy, but you can join the waitlist before you even get there which is awesome. Overall, my absolute favorite All You Can Eat Korean BBQ to go to. Definitely recommend if you are around the area or are willing to travel just to eat Korean BBQ!

    As I sit here, I already regret it. Service is horrible. Waiter was defensive about switching to a bigger table, 2nd couldn't order drinks until we chose a package. 3rd My son asked for a lemonade and they said he'd attend him last because he didn't know which flavor he wanted.. 4th Have to submit your order on their mobile app and still waiting to have meat served 30 minutes later. We like trying different kbbq spots every other week. This one will be our first and last visit.

    4.5 stars rounded up for our new local KBBQ spot in rotation. The service here is absolutely the highlight of this KBBQ spot! You scan a QR code and order on your phone (limit 4 main items, unlimited sides at a time, every 2 minutes) and the food comes out SO FAST. The servers are always checking in and the grills are changed frequently. Meat quality is another highlight, we always get the premium menu because the marinated short ribs and wagyu beef belly are amazing and we also love getting rib finger and large intestines here. Other reasons for getting the premium menu? To get unlimited green onion salad, soup, and egg (fluffy and the way I loveeee it) without the extra charge! I also love their corn cheese. Both the green onion salad and regular salad are great here and really helps balance the meat portion. The only items that are so-so to me are some of their banchans (potato salad, bean sprouts, cucumber), but everything else makes up for it. Located in an unassuming strip mall with other restaurants, you can park in the lot or on the street. From the outside, it looks small but inside is large with different areas. On weekdays waits are short, weekends, I've waited up to 45 minutes for a larger group. If you do get premium, check your receipts in case there is an upcharge on the items and let the servers know, they always graciously fix it for us. Great spot for AYCE KBBQ. Highly recommend!

I came in to celebrate my brother's birthday and was immediately met with poor service. Our server never greeted us, never introduced himself, and showed little to no engagement with our table from the start. The only reason I even know his name is Isaac is because I overheard him properly introduce himself to the table next to us. What made this worse was the clear inconsistency in how service was given. I'm Latino, and the Caucasian family seated right next to us received a warm greeting, a full introduction, and noticeably better attention from the same server. Meanwhile, we were essentially ignored. That difference in treatment was obvious and unacceptable. Throughout the meal, we had to repeatedly track people down for basic items like bread and ketchup. Instead of our server doing his job, we relied on bussers and food runners just to get simple requests handled. At the end of the meal, I asked for more bread--something minimal--and it was treated like an inconvenience rather than a standard request. We spent around $200 for what was easily one of the worst service experiences I've had at this restaurant. I've been coming here for over 10 years to celebrate special occasions, but after this, I won't be returning. This wasn't just inattentive service--it was inconsistent service, and that's what makes it unacceptable.

To be fully transparent, I arrived at the restaurant extremely concerned. I had been experiencing difficulty securing a reservation and was worried I would not be able to accommodate my large party of approximately 20 guests. Given the last-minute nature of my visit, I fully expected to be turned away. Instead, what I experienced was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I walked in, the staff demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and a genuine willingness to help. They immediately recognized that I was doing everything possible to make my daughter's birthday special and went above and beyond to ensure our family was taken care of. Manager Jonathan Delgado elevated the experience to an entirely different level. As a 17-year combat veteran, I am very mindful of environments that can sometimes feel overwhelming due to my PTSD. Without hesitation -- and with remarkable awareness and respect -- Jonathan made sure I was seated in an area where I felt comfortable and at ease. He approached the situation with professionalism, discretion, and genuine care that meant more to me and my family than I can fully express. Jonathan did not simply accommodate us -- he led with empathy, situational awareness, and true customer-first leadership. Throughout the evening, he remained engaged, attentive, and proactive. He made my entire family feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. His interaction with my children -- especially on my daughter's birthday -- showed a level of heart and authenticity that is rare in today's customer service environment. I have been dining at GEN for over 13 years across multiple locations, and I can say without hesitation that I have NEVER experienced the level of attention, care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that Jonathan and his team delivered that evening. We came on a Monday around 5 PM with a party of 8, and the place was already packed. After about a 30-minute wait, the hostess walked us toward our table, then suddenly turned around and walked back to the cashier without saying anything. Naturally, we thought the table next to us was ours and started sitting down. She came back and said, "Hey, that's not your table," then walked us to a booth that was technically for 8 people... if everyone skipped breathing. One grill for 8 people also felt like a team-building exercise. Our server zipped back and forth for about 10 minutes avoiding eye contact. Then he finally came over and said, "What do you guys want to order?" No intro, no menu explanation, no "Have you been here before?" Just straight into business like we eat there every Monday. For 8 people, we got four tiny sides of kimchi and had to ask for more. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because maybe they were short-staffed, but even the basics felt missing. Then a busboy dropped off 8 bowls of white rice we didn't order and disappeared like he was in a rice delivery speedrun. The meat came out fast, but quality was disappointing. The brisket was thick and chewy, the short ribs were paper-thin and mostly fat, and the purple steak was about 50% fat. At that point, I was just grilling regret. I do give them credit for bringing out the meats quickly. Overall, Gen feels like it has gone downhill in both food quality and service. It seems like they're still busy enough that they don't really have to care. I left wishing we had gone to Ziggle or Mr. Lee's instead.
