First time trying this KBBQ spot and wow... I've seriously been missing out. At first, I thought the whole ordering-through-your-phone setup would feel confusing or take away from the experience, but it was actually super easy and everything came out fast!! The side dishes were all delicious -- especially the spicy cucumbers, potato salad, bean sprouts, kimchi. But the meats were definitely the highlight. I went with the Silver Special and the bulgogi (top favorite here), beef belly, and brisket were all so good. The meat looked and tasted really high quality too, and they changed the grill quickly and often which I appreciated. Honestly, the whole menu looked amazing. I came in hungry and left completely full, but still wished I could've tried more definitely a sign I need to come back. I also noticed they had tortillas on the menu which was a cool fusion touch. I personally stick to rice paper, but still thought it was a fun addition. Everyone was really nice, the place was clean, and the prices were excellent for the quality and AYCE delicious food. I've driven past this place 1000 times and finally decided to give a try with my family and was pleasantly surprised. We arrived at about 6 o'clock on a Friday night and had to wait about 15 minutes. They have an electronic check-in system and you just enter your name and number in your party and wait. We tried to do it in advance, but it had been taken off-line from the Yelp app. The place was very busy and bustling with activity. It's a no nonsense resturant that is clean. Some of the tables are shared so you will have a table with two burners that can accommodate two parties of four. While we were close to our neighbors, we had enough separation that we felt like we had a private table. Once we were seated, we were presented the menu that has essentially three AYCE menu options. Our waiter was very attentive and explained the online ordering to us and we were off. When we ordered the the food, it came out quickly. The meat was tender and flavorful. The banchan was pretty standard, but good. I particularly liked the spicy pork and the glass noodles. My family really enjoyed the brisket and the kimchi pancake. My daughter ordered the spicy Ramen, which was her least favorite thing. It was very peppery tasting. All in all, it was a great place for a family meal. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this one is deserved. At Ziggle BBQ, I was served meat labeled as "ribeye" that was clearly not ribeye. It was a thin-cut short rib (flanken-style), complete with small bone sections--something anyone familiar with beef cuts would recognize immediately. Charging ribeye prices while serving a cheaper cut is misleading, plain and simple. It feels like they're counting on customers not knowing the difference. That alone killed the experience for me. If a restaurant isn't honest about something as basic as the cut of meat, it makes you question everything else on the menu. Ziggles has lost its Seoul.... Going out for All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ is supposed to be more than just a gluttonous feast--it's a cultural experience and an absolute blast. Korean cuisine is easily some of the most flavorful food on the planet, and a huge part of the joy has always been the unmatched hospitality, the energy, the music, the drinks, and the fun of engaging with the staff (even practicing a few meat orders in Korean!). It is second to none for a great night out with a group. Unfortunately, my most recent trip to Ziggles proved that the experience is no longer what it used to be. While the wait staff themselves were very patient and kind, the overall vibe was deeply underwhelming. The legendary, attentive Korean service we once knew and expected has been replaced by a soulless app on a phone. The interface is complicated, the sorting order is odd, and some buttons don't even show up consistently. Worse yet, if you don't know the exact English names for certain cuts, it's incredibly difficult to find what you want. It completely sucked all the fun out of the evening. We constantly tell our kids "no phones at the dinner table," yet here we are being forced to stare at screens just to get fed. To make matters worse, the usual table setup has suffered; none of the traditional, vibrant ramekins of banchan (side dishes) showed up on the table like they used to. I also noticed a very concerning red flag: there were no Korean patrons in the restaurant. Typically, you know an establishment is authentic and quality when you see people from that culture dining there. I fear that Ziggles' poor attempt to "fine-tune" a machine that was already running perfectly is not only ruining their own business, but it might actually turn newcomers off from trying AYCE Korean BBQ altogether. Ziggles has officially lost its Seoul. I won't be returning. Moving forward, I will gladly seek out more traditional places--even if they cost a bit more--because dining out should be a fun, engaging experience, not a painful, digitized chore. read more

I'm going to have to be honest and say I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed this place lol I've been here before with the previous establishment and it was mediocre to me. I know this place has been open for a couple of years now and never had the chance to try it out even after all the reels I've seen of the place. I also went off based on what my sister had told me after trying the place. I knew I'd give it a try myself, but I didn't think I was going to take me years to finally give in lol Waitlist is on Yelp! So checking in a saving a spot was a breeze. I got here about 1P on a Sunday and beat the rush as the line stacked up after I arrived. I was able to be seated within 10 min or less. The server has you input your phone number and it sends you a link to place your order on which I thought was really cool. Now I don't have to wave someone down to place my order each time. It does limit you to 4 items at a time but once you send in the order, you can immediately place another order right after. We did the gold menu which was about $40pp and it had a good amount of choices. It is on the pricier side and there was an even higher tier than that. The meat quality was really good and fresh. You could tell by the way it cooks and tastes. Even all the sides and sauces were able to be ordered thru the phone which was nice. Portions were good sized. The servers were really fast and efficient. We kept getting delivered items we didn't order. We think there was a mix up of codes that were being sent to our table but the server was so nice and understanding about the ordeal as well. The restaurant itself is fairly small. It doesn't seat a ton of parties so the wait could be long. But the food and service makes up for the wait. I would definitely come back and eat here again. This is my favorite spot to get Korean bbq! I love going for the lunch special. All of their side dishes are so yummy. You can put your name on a waitlist ahead of time or at the restaurant. Absolutely love this Korean BBQ spot! It has been my go to for the past 2 years, regardless of where I'm at. From service, to pace, to the main part... KOREAN BBQ! All of it is excellent and worth the price. As for price, they have a week day special and on weekends they have their regular prices. From three menu options silver, gold, or platinum. I usually do silver as it includes a good portion of options. I haven't had any bad customer service since the first time I've been to this place. Servers are always polite & willing to help with anything. They are fast pace so don't worry about waiting for food. They have a great and easy ordering system. You get sent a link where you begin to choose everything you want and once your order is submitted you can re-order food right after. Ambiance is usually noisy because of the cooking and conversations going around which I don't mind at all. I guess it would be preference based at that point. You scan a QR code and order on your phone (limit 4 main items, unlimited sides at a time, every 2 minutes) and the food comes out SO FAST. The servers are always checking in and the grills are changed frequently. Meat quality is another highlight, we always get the premium menu because the marinated short ribs and wagyu beef belly are amazing and we also love getting rib finger and large intestines here. Other reasons for getting the premium menu? To get unlimited green onion salad, soup, and egg (fluffy and the way I loveeee it) without the extra charge! I also love their corn cheese. Both the green onion salad and regular salad are great here and really helps balance the meat portion. The only items that are so-so to me are some of their banchans (potato salad, bean sprouts, cucumber), but everything else makes up for it. Located in an unassuming strip mall with other restaurants, you can park in the lot or on the street. From the outside, it looks small but inside is large with different areas. On weekdays waits are short, weekends, I've waited up to 45 minutes for a larger group. If you do get premium, check your receipts in case there is an upcharge on the items and let the servers know, they always graciously fix it for us. Great spot for AYCE KBBQ. Now comes service if you're the type of person that needs an attentive server at all times this is not the place for you most of the staff floats around in case you need help but don't stop at your table frequently. I want to start off by saying this review has been way overdue. I have lost count of how many times my partner and I have visited this place and they never fail to exceed our expectations! All of the meats we have had here have been delicious and of great quality. We always leave very happy and with full bellies. The highlight of every visit though is definitely the service. Amazing meat and service at a local strip mall. Interior was very clean and they played upbeat music the entire time. The meat quality was exceptional, I recommend the brisket, beef belly, and pork belly. Note that all ordering is through their app website which you can access from a QR code at your table, and the entire time can join in on the same ticket for easy group ordering. The food comes out pretty quickly. Cooking is done by the customer and all the tools are ready for you upon arrival. We have been trying a lot of different Kbbqs lately due to parting ways with our original spot due to many changes to the establishment/food choices. We still get nervous to try new places but we have been on a lucky streak and have been very happy with the choices and food we have been eating. They haven't disappointed just yet. But back to this restaurant. I know one of the questions they asked for this page was if this place was super noisy. I can see it get noisy but I wrote it was quiet and pleasant because when we went it was beginning of lunch and there were about 4 other parties with us but we were all on a nice and reasonable noise level with music not being so loud (which was great because usually I have to be yelling to my party or we can't hear each other.) it was nice! One things I fell in love is being able to order through tablets or the phone. They have that! You can order a great selection of meats and sides. Kids are half off with specific height requirements and free if below also another height requirement (I didn't get to see the height numbers for all that.) Ventilation was great I feel, we didn't come out smelling like smoke. Great portions on the meats and sides! We also ask for corn cheese at these places but they didn't have any and plus the parking was a bit crowded, therefore we dropped a star. The server was very attentive, very friendly and we never had dirty dishes piled up and they kept an eye on the grills and we never had a burnt one for long. We did not wait long to get our food upon ordering. Quick and easy! A friend and I were in the mood for AYCE KBBQ and thought we'd try a new place for a change. Ziggle sounded interesting with the ordering with your phone concept so we gave it a try. It is located in a small strip mall with mostly other Asian restaurants. The parking stalls are very narrow and it felt like a high risk lot to park in for getting your car dinged so I parked on the street and took the short walk to the restaurant. They have a few benches out front which was nice since I was the first to arrive and it made waiting for the others to arrive more comfortable. They have a Yelp live waitlist which is also helpful, although there was no wait around 6:30pm on a weeknight. We were seated and handed a QR code on a piece of paper which is what you scan to order for your table. My friend ordered a bunch of meat and almost fifteen minutes went by and no food had arrived. The food ordering page was a little confusing at first and the server showed us that you have to go through a final step to confirm your order. Once we figured it out, food finally started coming out. Even with ordering food via your phone, the food seemed to arrive slower than just ordering verbally like at most places. The banchan was fine and the quality of the meats was pretty good. We went with the platinum menu and some of the items we ordered were prime ribeye, marinated short rib, wagyu beef belly, beef tongue, pork belly, various bulgogi, garlic shrimp, mussels, baby octopus, glass noodles, and corn cheese. The mussels, one of the shrimp items, and the corn cheese are delivered to the table in a foil topped jiffy-pop sort of pie tin that you put on the grill. It takes up a good portion of the grill and kind of grinds everything to a halt while you wait for it to cook. Our grill was changed out regularly, but overall it seemed like everything went kind of slow. They play music in the background which was kind of loud and made it difficult to talk with others in our group. I was so busy working the grill and trying to hear my friends that I forgot to take any pictures of the food. Overall 3.5 stars. The food was fine, but the overall experience just didn't do it for us. We will stick to our regular KBBQ places. read more

Love this spot! Easily one of the best AYCE KBBQ joints around. I've come with big groups a few times and the wait honestly isn't too savage. Silver tier already has plenty of goodies, but I've splurged on the higher tier just for the beef tongue--worth it every time. Meat is fresh, marinades hit, and don't forget to ask for the hot sauce + extra sauces to mix your perfect concoction. Cass beer? Crispy, cold, and dangerously easy to down. Only downside: the ordering system is a lil whack. Not sure if our orders vanish into the grill smoke or what, but a few items definitely go MIA.
