This location previously had a similar menu but closed during the pandemic. It had an old school vibe, definitely quieter. This reopened spot is geared towards a younger crowd of barflies pocha eats spot. Music is quite loud but I hear that makes patrons eat more or faster. Our family came here for dinner, and it was quite busy and loud. Not the typical AYCE Korean bbq, but the kind where your server also cooks your food on the tabletop grill. Food menu features pre grilled meats that get a final sear on an iron grill heated by sterno packs. We got a mixture of snowflake pork belly (it's pre-scored to tenderize) , thin sliced beef and a side of small intestines. The server brought out the raw beef and the pork and intestine half done , to finish cooking on the grill. The dumplings with beef stew is brought out arranged very carefully on a round metal plate, then hot broth poured over all to keep cooking, also using sterno packs to heat. Delicious. The table shared a cabbage stew, and a cold noodle soup. The meal included steamed egg that had some fish roe and seaweed. Side dishes of white kimchi, sliced onions with bean sprouts & potato salad. Very satisfying meal. Parking is shared with apartments in the rear, so watch where you are parked - some spaces are designated tenant only. Be prepared for a smoky experience, recommend very casual wear (translation: check your hamper for cleanish clothing, lol).

Food- excellent. I normally am not a fan of intestines, but the sauce kept me coming back for more. I guess it's a love hate dish for me. The thinly slices porkbelly was like a roller coaster of fat and spicies taking me on a trip to flavor town. All of it went down the hatch with a crisp glass of cold Cass beer. Very nice meal on a cold night. Service- good and attentive to.our needs. Ambiance.- small and cozy. Great place to meet up with a small group Cleanliness- i would eat here. Bathroom- clean , one for men and one women. Parking - decent more than 10 spots, but tight. Cost- reasonable

If you're looking for a spot that absolutely delivers on flavor, vibe, and portion size, Seoul Belly is a MUST. Came here with some friends and we ordered a mix of dishes to share, and everything that hit the table was . The standout for me was the sizzling spicy platter--perfectly cooked, coated in a rich, bold sauce that had just the right balance of heat and sweetness. The meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can literally hear it sizzling as it arrives, which just adds to the whole experience. We also tried a combo platter with grilled meats and crispy pieces that were insanely good--smoky, well-seasoned, and paired perfectly with fresh greens, garlic, and dipping sauces. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and the portions were super generous--definitely great for sharing. The atmosphere was lively and fun, perfect for a night out with friends. Add in cold drinks and great service, and it's honestly hard to beat. Seoul Belly is one of those places you leave already planning your next visit. Highly recommend if you're craving legit Korean comfort food done right.

This brand new Korean restaurant really set the bar high when it comes to BBQ. Seoul Belly just opened in Artesia and already this small but mighty restaurant is filling up fast with patrons. They start you off with jiggly steamed egg and cabbage soup before they bring out a beautiful plate of your choice of meats to cook on a stone grill. The staff here cooks the meat for you tableside to utter perfection. All the cuts of meat are so high quality, but my favorite had to be the thick-cut pork belly that you can get mala spicy. It was not too spicy at all and the marinade was a 10/10. They also have everything from spicy cold noodles to volcano mala intestine stew that has intestines, pork belly, thin rice noodles--what a flavor bomb. And don't forget to leave some meat and veggies for the best part: order the cheese fried rice and they cook everything together at the end of your meal right on your stone grill! Thanks for reading! ^-^

If you're looking for a spot that nails both the food and the vibes, this is it. I came specifically for the pork belly and the small & medium intestines--which they are famous for--and they did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious and lived up to the hype! The Vibe: The interior is the perfect blend of cozy and modern. It feels upscale but comfortable. A huge plus for me was the music volume; it's kept at "just right" levels, so you can actually have a conversation without shouting. It's an ideal setting for a girls' night out or a big group gathering. The Details: * Family-Friendly Perks: The bathrooms are spotless and--importantly--separate for men and women. As a parent with a daughter, I really appreciated that extra level of comfort and cleanliness. * Service: The staff is impressively fast and incredibly polite. We never felt neglected even though the place was buzzing. * Parking: We visited at night and had zero issues. There is plenty of parking available, which is a rare find! Bottom line: Great food, professional service, and a thoughtful layout. I'll definitely be bringing my friends back here soon!

Ended up here on a random Wednesday night since the place we had planned to eat was too busy. The place was quiet and rather empty, We ordered corn cheese, pork belly, and beef brisket. The banchan served included a steamed egg, soup, kimchi along with radish and sauces as well. Food was delicious and portions were generous. The service was top tier. The servers were attentive and helped cook the meat. They even torched the corn cheese so it would stay cheesy after it got cold. Overall, service was friendly, food was good, and I would definitely come back to drink and eat again!

First time going to Seoul Belly! Went there for dinner last night, it was better than I had thought. The vibe is great, perfect amount of people inside with no wait. Our server was kind, professional, and comfortable to interact with. He recommended the main a little bit of everything entree with one of the belly sides. KBBQ is in my top 3 all time meals along with Italian and Japanese, so very excited to see what this is all about. The best part of the experience is all of the items were home style. The sauces, salad, dips, and sides were uniquely flavorful compared to some of the other chain bbq establishments. My favorite was the large or small intestine, delicious! Definitely looking forward to coming back for the thin sliced spicy belly and one of the soups. Saw other people ordering them, it all looked worth it.

Second time coming here and my fiance and I love the place. Both times we got thin pork belly (we love pork belly). I love the mix you get on the meat platter and its perfect amount for both of us. It comes with side dishes and on the platter is bean sprouts, corn cheese, egg, onions, garlic and mushroom mixed. Then there is one item on there that we are not too sure what it is, but it seems like white kimchi. The service was very quick and the staff was very attentive to make sure all of our needs were being met. I would definitely recommend this place. If you are craving something korean bbq style but not too hungry and dont want ayce, definitely try the place out!

Love a spot that cooks for you. While it's not an all you can eat its simple but filling. Sides are generous enough.

This place took over Songhak, which also served intestines. It was the favorite restaurant my friends and I loved to go to every so often. We were very sad to hear Songhak closed but were ecstatic to see that it was replaced by another intestine restaurant. The inside didn't change very much, if at all. I think the tables were switched out and that was it. The restaurant itself is not very spacious and can seem crowded if it is full. There are many small tables and only one table for a large group of 8 (adding more chairs to this table would make it overcrowded). Service is fast, but the restaurant wasn't too busy when we went on a Saturday night. We got an order of the spicy small/large intestines, thin pork belly, and then added on an order of regular large intestines. At the end we ordered fried rice to finish what was left. I would say the spicy intestines is very saucy with a medium level of spice (probably very spicy to those that don't normally eat spicy). It's actually pretty delicious, but it's definitely drenched in sauce. The regular intestines didn't stand out to me unfortunately, and that's odd because I LOVED the regular intestines from this restaurant's predecessor Songhak. I don't think I would order the pork belly again, but it was a good "filler meal" if you got tired of eating only intestine. It came with some corn cheese, grilled onions, kimchi, egg, and some bean sprout banchan-style. Anyway, this is a close contender for Songhak and I hope as time goes on, they can improve even more with their delicious intestine dishes!

I found out that this became a new kbbq place specializing in large intestines, and I was super excited to check it out. Warning parking is limited. Inside, they set up the interior Korean pocha style with metal round tables. We ordered the large intestines set doing half regular half spicy and large pork belly set (choosing thick cut). The food came out already cooked which was nice. It's not on an actual grill but over a fire, so I thought I wouldn't like it. But because it comes already cooked, I didn't mind. Everything was good but I enjoyed the spicy large intestine the most. When we go back, we said we would only do the spicy. They also have fried rice at the end and that was nice too. Highly recommend if you like intestines!

My favorite pork belly. Intestines were soooooo good...!! Omg the cabbage that comes with it.. can't stop eating. Service was amazing. Very kind and fast. It felt like we were in Korea. I missed this vide! Amazing place to drink. Everything seemed new and very clean as well. Highly recommended

My mom also tried this place and recommended it, so I felt confident this would be a spot I would be coming often. We ordered the naengmyeon combo with spicy marinated pork and a side of soybean paste stew. The lady was nice when she seated us, but seemed a little bothered when we only ordered the above items, because she coldly asked "if that was all" and we said yes. She walked away then yells back asking if we wanted rice because rice wasn't included, and we said no. Despite the rough start with the vibe of the lady who took our order I was still hopeful the food itself would make up for it. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. I've never had naengmyeon that had so much chili flakes, and as someone who doesn't mind them, it was weird. The soybean paste soup was bland. And the side dishes were just okay. After the meal, I got really thirsty and my face was puffy so they are using msg. If it was a good meal, I wouldn't have minded the msg, but for food that was mediocre at best was not worth it. Although I won't be back, I did see people ordering for take out nonstop, so there must be some other dish that is giving them customers.

It's in a small, almost empty-ish plaza, but it's a little mom-and-pop gem. Ambiance (5/5): Walk right in and you'll see that it's on the small side, but a cute and simple restaurant with family vibes. Depending on the time of day, it can feel somewhat empty while at other times somewhat busy. Service (3/5): It's nothing too special, but the workers are always friendly. It's somewhat self serve. You order at the front and then you wait for them to call your order. Then you pick up your tray of food, eat, and place the trays towards the front when done. Food (5/5): Everything we have eaten here over the years is so yummy. Their hot stone bibimbap is chock-full of ingredients with just the right amount of sesame oil and flavor; we often have to pack some of it to go. Their army stew (budaejigae) is my absolute favorite, and I've compared it to a lot of other Korean stew places, some way pricier and this one still takes the cake. It has a wonderful roasted flavor from all the meats they put in and I love going for the ramen first. I always take extra to go since it's small but filling. The best part? Let's not forget that they have self serve all-you-can-eat banchan (side dishes) and they do not skimp on variety. There's your usuals like the napa kimchi, radish kimchi and fish cakes, but they also have mac salad, potato salad, japchae and other goodies which works well for your picky toddlers. We had stacked all of our dirty side dish plates together to help clear space on the table. When we asked for refills on the banchan, instead of bringing fresh plates, the server literally unstacked the dirty used plates from the pile and started refilling those same dirty plates. That felt extremely unsanitary and honestly like something a health inspector or corporate would not be okay with at all. To make things worse, when we asked for a water refill, the server spilled water all over my Crocs and socks. Accidents happen, but there was barely any apology or urgency after it happened. The floor was also super dirty and the entire restaurant just felt poorly maintained. We came in excited to finally have a comforting meal after a long weekend and left completely disappointed.

Okay service is great. It's the first time I've been to a restaurant where I don't need to ask for…read morerefills of water because the lady kept replacing our carafe! Thank you for that! It "looks like a typical burger joint inside with Booths. There's a side door for to go orders. Food service was quick and the portions are big. For their price, I would hope so. We ordered the following: Bulgolgi Fries Garlic Steak Noodle Egg Cheese corn Ranking in best to so-so, I'd have to say is the steamed egg. Yes, I was surprised too. I thought the Bulgolgi fries would be number one. Sadly it's not. If you mess up steamed egg, ima gonna say no to the rest of your menu. I would order two next time and just stick to that. The cheese corn was okay, but compared to PaDak and other local Korean spot I say skip this. The cheese tasted weird to me and I did t like that it was also a kraft American cheese. As a cheese lover, I only expect that square cheese to be on a burger or cheese melt. The Bulgolgi Fries could serve 3 people. But it was drenched with sauce, and spicy sauce. Not enough Bulgolgi to pay $20. The cut of fries were this nd tasted like sweet potato. It just didn't fit my taste buds. The Garlic noodle okay. That's Al I have to say about that. I'm glad I finally tried this place, but I don't know if I would come back for anything on their menu. I would rather go next door or across the street.
