The communication was great between the group chats and emails in keeping us informed of crews coming out, jobs planned, and in addressing our concerns and questions. Everyone was professional, had an expertise in their scope of skill, and worked well as a team. The pool was completed ahead is scheduled time and with quality' construction. We would like to give a "shout out" to the team we worked with including our sales rep, Jeff, superintendent, Ruben, Selection Specialist, Natalia, JLC Concrete, Juan, Scheduler, Lori, and Orientation Tech, Kevin. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you for a beautiful pool! ~Denise & Joe (4/2026)

My wife and I attended a Premier Pool Open House at their offices with the intent to just "to…read morelook". We met Jeremy and he gave us an idea of what to they do, what to expect, and some light design options from the showroom. He offered to visit our house to make measurements so that he could create some design mockups of possibilities. Within a week or two, Jeremy sent us a "first look". We asked for a few edits here and there given we had no ideas where we wanted to go with it as we completely leveled our existing yard and kept nothing. We were amazed by the first drafts given that we didn't think a pool would fit in our yard comfortably. Jeremy was extremely patient with the design iterations as we played around with ideas. The designs sold us and we were all in! Initially we thought it would take 6-8 weeks for permits to be pulled after we gave the green light to proceed. They ended up being approved in less than a week and we broke ground about week later. Premier was extremely fast with their team of contractors and subcontractors from demolition to full completion. From breaking ground to filling with water was less than a three-month turnaround. With several of those weeks the result of Christmas to New Year's vacation and time it takes for various components like decking or pool interior to cure. Premier was great with communication in terms of letting us know each morning who was coming on any given day. Usually we heard from Jeremy and our construction manager Teo a day or two earlier than Premier's automated emails on next steps. While Jeremy and Teo were clear, it was nice to receive the emails to make sure we heard everything correctly. Pros: Showroom has too many option to choose from! LOL! From textures to colors, there was almost too many. They even recommended visiting tile shops if we wanted to explore other colors. Jeremy was extremely polite and patient. He was readily available by both text and email for any questions we had. Teo was also great at stopping by to check on progress and see if we had any questions. He was also readily available by text message. We had them install a specialty BaduJet Turbo Pro. We pointed them to the website and they took care of all specs to fabricate the pool around it, all additional electrical work, and all additional plumbing. Recommendations for Premier: It would be great if some of the subcontractors were brought "in house" to provide full wraparound services. We opted to install tempered glass so that the pool could be enlarged and moved closer to the house. But we had to coordinate that on our own with a window contractor. We will use their subcontractor to install rock facades on our house. It would be great if they could have done in under the Premier contract at the same time they were doing the pool facades. I get it, they do pools, not houses. Premier took care of all the electrical, water, and gas hook ups that were related to the pool. We had to work with a couple of the subcontractors on the side to add additional sprinkler lines and move some electrical wiring on the side. Those also would have been great if it was done under the Premier contract as well. Premier's contractors and subcontractors obviously knew what they were doing so they pool just kind of came together. It would be great if Premier had a larger portfolio album of actual photos of pools so that we knew in advance what we were getting. We "trusted the process" and it all came together, but I could see some clients desiring to know more in advance. We subcontracted out the construction of a custom kitchen island because Premier doesn't build them (again, because they build pools), providing subcontractors provides another opportunity for Premier to be full service.

Tommy was very professional. Listed options on plumbing and went with unions vs hard gluing 2" PVC schedule 40 connections. So if pump were to have issues in future no more cutting pipes. Tommy worked digitally and had it in just under 2 hours and helped me set optimized pump program settings on mobile app. He painted the white PvC pipe so that the suns PVC don't harm the pipe. I would highly recommend Dynamic pools for installing bare pool pump. Price was fair and install was smooth without any hitches. 5 stars

I had been using Dynamic Pools for regular pool maintenance since September 2023 and had never…read moreexperienced any issues with the technician who serviced my pool. For over two and a half years, routine visits went smoothly and I was a satisfied customer. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Edward, when a problem occurred completely changed my opinion of the company. During a recent service visit, the technician used a hose to clean the pool filter. This same hose had been used during previous visits without any issues. However, when he went to turn the water on, the handle broke with light pressure. Edward later came to my home to try to fix the issue himself but was unable to repair it. At that point he suggested that I either call a plumber or use his handyman. His handyman also told me that the repair cost would be covered. Because the water to my house had to be shut off for the entire day, I needed the problem resolved as soon as possible. A plumbing company was able to come sooner than the handyman, so I had them complete the repair. The total cost ended up being about $500. When I sent the invoice to Edward, his response was immediately defensive. He stated that he was not going to pay for the repair and began bringing up unrelated examples instead of addressing what had actually happened. In an effort to resolve the situation fairly, I even offered to split the repair cost with him, but he refused that as well. Edward repeatedly claimed the handle broke because it was plastic and "bound to break eventually." However, this same hose had been used during past service visits without issue, and I had never been told that the part was fragile or at risk of breaking. If a component used during routine service is known to be fragile or near failure, that would be important information to communicate to a homeowner before it breaks during service. Mistakes can happen in any service industry. What matters is how they are handled. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, the situation was dismissed and no responsibility was taken. After being a loyal customer since September 2023, it was disappointing to see how quickly the tone changed when a problem occurred. When you hire a professional service company, you expect them to stand behind their work if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Situations like this are important for homeowners to be aware of, because they show how issues may be handled if something goes wrong during a service visit. Because of how this situation was handled, I will be finding a different pool service moving forward.

The crew was professional, hardworking, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Special shoutout to Angel, the form setter -- he took the time to measure, check, and adjust every line, which made a huge difference. The concrete came out perfectly straight and clean. And thanks to Jeff, the owner -- his team's attitude really reflects the kind of leader he is. Everyone was respectful, accommodating, and clearly took pride in their work. We also feel the project delivered great value for what we paid. Even our designer, Mel Hatch, mentioned that the quality of the concrete work and the size of the boulders we received were impressive -- details that other contractors often skimp on. Overall, we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend ProScapes to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and reliable service.

I hired him for chemical service only & that is all that is given for less than 5 minutes per week. Over a year ago, the pool sweep filter began developing debris, which John indicated was due to a tear in the filter. I also purchased a new pool sweep when he was first hired. I repaired the filter with RTV silicone based sealant. This cured the issue for 1+years. Recently, I noticed the debris recurring in the pool sweep filter. I left a note with his check inquiring (no reply). Then, today I telephoned him to ask why he had not given me a heads up. My husband witnessed the entire conversation. John accused me of yelling at him when I merely questioned him, & further stated he did not appreciate my tone. For a man who takes such pride in his work, it was surprising at his reaction. I've recommended him & secured a client for him. He said he has clients who love him & is now turning away others. I apologized (for nothing as my husband said I had every right to question him). John said we had this discussion previously & it was not his job to look nor does he even observe such issues. I wonder if he takes the same attitude for full-service clients. I know several who use him & they say he doesn't even let them know if water level is low or any other such basic care concerns. A simple handwritten note near pool equipment or in the mail slot is too much to ask from this guy. I get the responsibility, but for a guy who brags about himself, put in the real quality service that makes you stand out. In addition, shortly after hiring John, sent out a lengthy letter asking for a full month's payment for less than a full month's service due to a personal issue. That was a first. After my unwarranted apology, & his fractured ego unwilling to see me as a customer of value (purchased pool sweep, which could have been bought for less elsewhere, referrals), I said, "we're done." Beware of the guy that tells you how "impeccably honest" he is. That should speak for itself. He has mastered the art of omission in quality service - knowledge but no business sense if "he" feels offended.
