This was my second time. All fresh ingredients, chopped as you liked. They have tofu, organic chicken and a variety of greens and dressings . This place is crowded all day and it is best to call in your order. They are reasonably priced and you get what you pay for. read more

I came to pick up my order to go : grilled chicken Palm beach salad... After paying $10... No grilled chicken, no cotija cheese, no peppers... Just avocado, tomato, and cucumber... Disappointed Because I came back to work and unable to go back I called and spoke with the assistant manager who apologized for the mistake. Its portion is quite big although it could get expensive if you are doing a la carte. It is much better if you choose one of the already selected items. I enjoyed the salads last two times I went there. Very casual place. I do not know how the salad tastes for take-outs so I cannot say the people who gave bad review, but my experience has been good (both times eat-ins). We went here the other day and at first the line seemed too long, but it was NOT a problem. Very quickly I found myself at the counter ordering a Po'Boy salad. It was delicious. The bottled iced tea/lemonade was a perfect addition and don't miss the salty caramels either. I'm looking forward to going again and exploring the other salads. This was a perfect place for lunch. I wish I got off work earlier, otherwise I would blow all my money here everyday! I have tried chopped salads at various places, but this is the only place where it actually tastes right. I honestly feel as if the ingredients here are all fresh; and I always feel perfectly satisfied after a meal here. Showed up to chopt an hour before it closed. They had no chicken so I'd decided to get a cesar salad... They didn't have the dressing. So then I decided to get a different salad but they didn't have the cheese. So I went to the chipotle next store. This visit left much to be desired. read more

GO TO DIG INN. The first and second time was great, however after becoming a repeated customer 2x+ a week, I have noticed some patterns that are concerning. 1st, one of the employees had removed a topping from one of my salads without saying anything. I still paid for the topping only later discovering it was not in the end product. This happened again a second time. On the next few visitis everything was fine dispite a few rude stares from thisnsame person. Today I am writing this review because this same individual had intentionally given my the incorrect dressing. This is the last straw, my recommendation: go to Dig Inn, its right next store, and they actually give you the correct order without playing games. If you want to go to Chipotle then - GO TO CHIPOTLE...variety is the spice of life and there is lots to offer at The Rye Ridge Shopping Center www.ryeridgeshoppingcenter.com . I love the food at Chop't. What I don't love is when I take my mother out for Mother's day dinner at Chop't at 7:00 and the store is supposed to be open until 9:30, the store is mysteriously closed. This well known NYC specialty salad company just opened it's first Westchester location in the Rye Ridge Shopping Center in Rye Brook. Today they offered free salads as part of their test run and it was great. Lines were long but they moved quickly. I had a Grilled Asian salad with the low calorie asian spa dressing. The salad was large enough for 2 people and was fresh and crispy. They have lots of selections and a place where you can pick your own ingredients is a welcome addition to the area. My office is located in building adjacent to the center so I look forward to a short walk to get a nice healthy salad. read more

Super fresh, delicious salads. A large variety of choices and food I love. A bit pricey but worth it because the ingredients are fresh and high quality. I agree with some reviewers that it can be confusing the first time you go-it is hard to understand the assembly-line system and what you are supposed to do the first time you go and when it is crowded you can't see the signs, but do it once and you know how it works! Worst delivery ever! My office has a recurring order 2x a week through Seamless for a 12:15pm delivery. Consistently arrives 2+ hours late! When we call they say the same thing "it is on the way" Awful customer service. read more

Chopt is awesome. The food is obviously amazing. It is a great environment with great people. It is a great location. Port Chester Middle School is a very easy walkable distance from Rye Ridge Shopping Center and students go there after half days. It is great and kids are eating healthier ever since it opened up. There is an assembly line. There are three parts of the line. The salad part where you pick what you want in your salad then they give you a card and tell you to go to part 2 of the assembly line which includes station 1, 2 or 3. Thats where they have 3 people chopping up salads and putting on your dressing. Then they give you your salad and you go to part 3 which is the cash register and you pay! read more
