We had visited a few years back when it was Myx, and we decided to visit again after its rebrand to Supr Food Kitchen. Loved the vibe right away! Plenty of grab and go options to choose from. We primarily saw the menu offering salads, so we chose two, and they were both great. I couldn't help but notice they're mixed so much better than other competing salad shops in the area. We enjoyed everything, and the PB&J smoothie was actually one of the best smoothies I've had in a while! The staff prepared our food quickly, so we were pretty in and out. Always had to make a stop at this healthiest organic eatery when in Greenwich, CT. The place wasn't busy, so we eat indoors. Most of the food items are organic, gluten free, dairy free and soy free. What a welcome surprise. We went in for the first time this morning. The coffee is organic and delicious- strong and no bitterness. We got sandwiches that were so fresh and delicious (particularly the chicken salad with kale on homemade wrap - very flavorful and filling) and we saw several items (including a sautéed salmon & rice to go dish) that was so tempting. This is a SUPR amazing restaurant. Very friendly staff with healthy fare. The company is so generous. This is the second year I won the Challenge - I am provided with FREE lunch, dinner and protein shake for a month plus a nutritionist. Last year I lost 10 pounds. They are not only offer delicious healthy meals but they educate their customers. I brought many friends there. It's SUPR clean and there is no guilt ordering one of their desserts. Been coming here for years and it's sadly gone downhill. Showed up at 6:39 when they closed at 7. All the food had been put away and they were cleaning the place. Asked the lady "are you open?" And she replied "we close at 7." So yes....you're open? They paid zero attention to us. So we had to ask them to take our order. When they begrudgingly took it, they disappeared to the back to make our food. Very sketch. We were an annoying inconvenience to them the whole time. If we showed up with 5 minutes to go, I would understand. But we were over 20 minutes before closing and we left by 6:51 -- 9 minutes before they even closed! Shame. read more

It seems like a great place to grab lunch near Greenwich Ave. I was next door getting coffee so I walked over to check it out. The place is really nice inside and they also have parking in the back. Plenty of eating space inside and lots of to-go food options. Priced very reasonably too! I did not get to try the food since I already had eaten lunch but I did find a tasty chocolate avocado pudding. I walked over to the register to pay and it seemed to take forever. Only 1 person behind the registers and she was helping a customer for over 5 minutes. No one seemed to acknowledge that I was waiting in line and didn't seem to care. Went here for my first time. Who knows how the food is generally because it is monstrously confusing to figure out how to place an order. The staff was very friendly and nice but it is clear even they don't understand the menu. (They argued over which sauce I could have based on having a flatbread vs a sauté, and then just told me to pick whatever.) I got a flatbread sandwich because I couldn't begin to figure out how the bowls worked, and the signage is confusing and unhelpful. (The sandwich was only so-so -- kind of greasy, but maybe my fault for picking the wrong ingredients.) I thought maybe it was just me, but the woman behind me in line asked what she could order, and the man behind the counter said, "Well, we're not Burger King but basically you can just have it your way." To which the woman replied, "Yes, but I don't even know WHAT I can have my way." So clearly they need to redo signage (maybe get some input from an information architect), train the staff to effectively guide patrons, and make ordering accessible. This is such a good find off Greenwich Ave. It reminds me of a Mom and Pop sweetgreen or Dig Inn (More the former). You can choose healthy green bowls that they stirfry, salad or gluten free pizza. I had the Sofrito Verde bowl and added charred chicken on top... You get a lot of protein here. This bowl had Spinach, peppers, quinoa, tortilla strips, chorizo. Chorizo was kind of eh and not smoky. Everything else was really good. Husband had the good as gold bowl which was healthy turmeric broccoli slaw with quinoa and asian pork atop. The pork was good like Asian BBQ. I preferred my bowl but he really enjoyed his bowl but both were good. I would definitely come back to try a salad or a pizza or bowl. You can build your own or choose among many chef selections, which I prefer Because it seems like they have combinations that take out the guesswork on what goes Together. Also they have a lot in the grab and go section- Parfait's, specialty drinks, and these energy balls which are raw chocolate, peanut butter and oats for desserts. Prices are $12-15. I think the the operations could be better i could see it being very slow during a busy rush lunch hour. Just think the team could be faster me or move down an assembly line faster. If you don't know how a dressing tastes ask them for a taste sample and they will let you taste it. I walked in here with my family on Saturday, 3/31/18 at 5:30 pm. We were acknowledged by a man behind the counter. Being that we had never been here before, we spent a few minutes looking at the menu. Once we got out orders together, we approached the counter. The same man acknowledged us again and asked me if we had ever been there before to which I replied, "No. This is the first time". His response to me was, "Oh. We are closed now". On Yelp, it said that they were opened until 6 pm. He said that the kitchen was closed and that they couldn't prepare any food. Which, of course, begs the question of why did he watch us walk in and spend some time looking at the menu before approaching the counter without just coming out and telling us that they were closed to begin with. This place was amazing. I say "was" because it used to be a totally gluten free facility, up until a couple weeks ago. For people like me, with celiac disease, this was a game changer. They changed this under the radar, so luckily, I did my research before they finished my breakfast sandwich order. As of this moment, though, the only thing that is no longer gluten free is the bread (crazy that they would change their values for a little bit of bread). They still seem to take the necessary precautions, but since all the ingredients are laid out in the open (similar to Subway), mistakes may be made. NEVER EVER GO TO MYMIX IF YOU ARE GLUTEN SENSITIVE OR YOU CARE ABOUT INGREDIENTS. IT'S NOT 100% GLUTEN FREE. Last Sunday (10/15) I went with my husband and two daughters for brunch to this place. My daughter is gluten intolerant (celiac) so it sounded like a good idea to go to a place that markets themselves as a place with numerous gluten free options. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, and as it was not explicitly clear whether they contained gluten or not, I specifically asked about it before ordering, and they assured me it was a gluten free meal option. Once we got the sandwiches, I asked for a second time if the English muffin was gluten free and the lady on the counter re-confirmed it was gluten free. Because it was our first time there, I asked her to triple check, so she asked another employee and again he re-re-confirmed it was gluten free. My 9 year old daughter had a severe reaction and spent the afternoon vomiting, to the point where we almost check in the local ER because of the severity of the reaction. When consulting yesterday (Monday 10/16) with Fausto, the Greenwich store manager, he told us the English muffins were not gluten free. He apologizes very lightly and promised to talk to the employees, showing total lack of understanding of what a reaction to gluten is. This place employs totally clueless employees when it comes to gluten and its consequences for gluten intolerant and celiac people, which is absolutely unacceptable for a place that markets themselves as a health conscious place. Myx Kitchen wasn't great. It was the first time we've tried it and had high hopes as it's hard to find good healthy meals on the go. My husband and I looked over the giant menu wall and a guy working there asked if it was our 1st time. We said yes and he told us that a girl coworker would explain everything, she gave a very fast and unclear explanation. The 1st station is the base, we chose spinach, so far so good. Then she asked what we wanted to add in saying pick 4 from here and here. This made it sound like we were supposed to pick 4 items from each counter. We chose 4 from each and moved on to the sauces, rice, protein, etc. Because of her unclear explanation, we were up charged for 4 additional items. This left us with a near $30 sauté bowl! The quality of the food was pretty good but the poor explanation, rushed service and lack of care from the employees ruined the experience. We also got a big chocolate chip cookie. It was so dry and tasted terrible, maybe it was gluten free but there was no visible sign to indicate this. Overall extremely disappointed. Providing a welcoming and warm environment and taking the time to provide great service to guests is just as important as food quality. read more
