Searching for a quick & healthy bite on our trip from NY to Cape Cod, Myx Kitchen entered the radar. Long story short - it was exactly what we were looking for. Everything we had was good or better, service was friendly & helpful, so this place is definitely worth a try. Details: I'm gluten / dairy / soy free which is sometimes difficult at restaurants but this place had many options for me. My bf had a Kale Caesar with balsamic chicken & he loved it. I had a Curry Up bowl with sweet potatoes iso red peppers, which was so fresh & delicious I wouldn't hesitate to get it again. There is nothing confusing about the menu, as the number of choices could be daunting, but if you need a PHD for this menu then your parents probably paid off the web-surfing coach at the University of Phoenix. read more

i've been to this place on two occasions and ordered two different things. Both times the food was horrible.

This place is amazing. My son has terrible food allergies and was able to get his first pizza at a restaurant. read more

We had visited a few years back when it was Myx, and we decided to visit again after its rebrand to Supr Food Kitchen. Loved the vibe right away! Plenty of grab and go options to choose from. We primarily saw the menu offering salads, so we chose two, and they were both great. I couldn't help but notice they're mixed so much better than other competing salad shops in the area. We enjoyed everything, and the PB&J smoothie was actually one of the best smoothies I've had in a while! The staff prepared our food quickly, so we were pretty in and out. Definitely a great option to have in Greenwich! read more

Great food, great service and really nice clean space. This place is a gem! They changed the name from Myxx Creative Kitchen but it's still the same great place. read more

The food is high quality, healthy, delicious and seed oil free! Obsessed with the coconut cod Thai curry

Always had to make a stop at this healthiest organic eatery when in Greenwich, CT. The place wasn't busy, so we eat indoors. Most of the food items are organic, gluten free, dairy free and soy free. We had a great time in a cozy atmosphere with amazing service and food. I highly recommend their lunches, smoothies, and hot drinks. Plus, restroom is cleaned and parking lot is behind the shop. read more

Stopped by for an egg sandwich, muffins and coffee this beautiful Saturday morning. Everything was DELICIOUS! LOVED IT.

Pretty empty when I went there. Food was ok. Not that exciting or worth a repeat visit. Service was great though.

I feel Iike this is the best kept secret in town! Really healthy, great food and a big clean space. I highly recommend it!

Really nice service and really fantastic tasting food. In the smoothies are delicious, too Very happy we came in!

Saturday, noon: no hot foods, dried old chicken, dry old Mac and cheese, no hot veggies, no shrimp . If they don't want to cook, they should focus only for salads, which are better. read more

I came in at 6:45 pm. I know they closed at 7 but I was hoping to buy something healthy to take home for dinner. I was told they were already closed. So I left. As I was walking out another couple went in and were served. I watched them purchase their meals while I was told that they were no longer selling food. Unbelievably rude. read more

So mediocre. So expensive. So easy to walk by and have a great lunch at something natural instead.

This place is not only immaculate (which speaks to its inviting and appetizing ambience), but the food is delicious AND so reasonably priced - especially for its downtown Greenwich location. What a welcome surprise. We went in for the first time this morning. The coffee is organic and delicious- strong and no bitterness. We got sandwiches that were so fresh and delicious (particularly the chicken salad with kale on homemade wrap - very flavorful and filling) and we saw several items (including a sautéed salmon & rice to go dish) that was so tempting. We'd have gotten that too but wouldn't be home to refrigerate it for several hours so we are looking forward to returning and trying other things. Lots to choose from. Highly recommend!! read more

This is a SUPR amazing restaurant. Very friendly staff with healthy fare. The company is so generous. This is the second year I won the Challenge - I am provided with FREE lunch, dinner and protein shake for a month plus a nutritionist. Last year I lost 10 pounds. They are not only offer delicious healthy meals but they educate their customers. I brought many friends there. It's SUPR clean and there is no guilt ordering one of their desserts. I highly recommend this SUPR innovative place that truly cares for the people they serve. read more

I was able to get the healthiest breakfast near the Avenue! The cook was very kind and prepared my breakfast exactly how I ordered it. I was impressed, and not to mention the place is very bright and clean. I had a good experience here - hopefully you will too. As I do not eat pork, it was good they had turkey bacon and it was good too. read more

Been coming here for years and it's sadly gone downhill. Showed up at 6:39 when they closed at 7. All the food had been put away and they were cleaning the place. Asked the lady "are you open?" And she replied "we close at 7." So yes....you're open? They paid zero attention to us. So we had to ask them to take our order. When they begrudgingly took it, they disappeared to the back to make our food. Very sketch. We were an annoying inconvenience to them the whole time. If we showed up with 5 minutes to go, I would understand. But we were over 20 minutes before closing and we left by 6:51 -- 9 minutes before they even closed! Shame. read more

Yummy and healthy. Very clean and great service. Everything on the menu is delicious so you can't go wrong with anything you order. The chia pudding is to die for. Most definitely my place to have lunch every time I visit Greenwich :) read more

Bugs in the salad mix! Not one to be annoying about this but after bringing the salads back inside the manager promptly asked us "What would you like me to do about this? What's the plan?" Sorry? We found an insect in our salad and did not cause a scene to the other 8 or so people in the café, we were happy to silently be refunded and exit. Embarrassing management. Clearly was irritated we brought both salads back inside and were asking for a refund but apologies for not wanting to eat bugs! read more

It seems like a great place to grab lunch near Greenwich Ave. I was next door getting coffee so I walked over to check it out. The place is really nice inside and they also have parking in the back. Plenty of eating space inside and lots of to-go food options. Priced very reasonably too! I did not get to try the food since I already had eaten lunch but I did find a tasty chocolate avocado pudding. I walked over to the register to pay and it seemed to take forever. Only 1 person behind the registers and she was helping a customer for over 5 minutes. No one seemed to acknowledge that I was waiting in line and didn't seem to care. I was on my lunch break so I have limited time to spend there. The staff there needs to pay attention more to the customers! And no apology either for the wait. read more

Had a delicious lunch here today. I tried the sautéed curry bowl. Quite pricey for a vegetarian lunch but it was very fresh and filling with tons of veggies. The concept here is great and I'm sure they will be competition for B.Good, Green & Tonic, and the many other food spots near the ave offering quick and healthy food. The website and printed menu makes it hard to order remotely bc they don't list out all the "Veggies, Beans, Fruits, Grains, Nuts, Cheeses" that you can customize with. read more

Went here for my first time. Who knows how the food is generally because it is monstrously confusing to figure out how to place an order. The staff was very friendly and nice but it is clear even they don't understand the menu. (They argued over which sauce I could have based on having a flatbread vs a sauté, and then just told me to pick whatever.) I got a flatbread sandwich because I couldn't begin to figure out how the bowls worked, and the signage is confusing and unhelpful. (The sandwich was only so-so -- kind of greasy, but maybe my fault for picking the wrong ingredients.) I thought maybe it was just me, but the woman behind me in line asked what she could order, and the man behind the counter said, "Well, we're not Burger King but basically you can just have it your way." To which the woman replied, "Yes, but I don't even know WHAT I can have my way." So clearly they need to redo signage (maybe get some input from an information architect), train the staff to effectively guide patrons, and make ordering accessible. Bottom line: Next time I will go the sandwich and catering place next door, where I don't need a PhD in dish construction to place an order. read more

My first and last time: Overpriced food and very unfriendly server behind the counter. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time.

I love coming here! I am not a person who usually like vegetables, but MYX has changed the way I view vegetables. I get there personalized sautéed bowl and every time it exceeds my expectations. Fresh food with amazing, unique flavors. Great options for people who are GF or who like healthy food. Try the energy balls too!! Seriously so tasty. read more

This is such a good find off Greenwich Ave. It reminds me of a Mom and Pop sweetgreen or Dig Inn (More the former). You can choose healthy green bowls that they stirfry, salad or gluten free pizza. I had the Sofrito Verde bowl and added charred chicken on top... You get a lot of protein here. This bowl had Spinach, peppers, quinoa, tortilla strips, chorizo. Chorizo was kind of eh and not smoky. Everything else was really good. Husband had the good as gold bowl which was healthy turmeric broccoli slaw with quinoa and asian pork atop. The pork was good like Asian BBQ. I preferred my bowl but he really enjoyed his bowl but both were good. I would definitely come back to try a salad or a pizza or bowl. You can build your own or choose among many chef selections, which I prefer Because it seems like they have combinations that take out the guesswork on what goes Together. Also they have a lot in the grab and go section- Parfait's, specialty drinks, and these energy balls which are raw chocolate, peanut butter and oats for desserts. Prices are $12-15. I think the the operations could be better i could see it being very slow during a busy rush lunch hour. Just think the team could be faster me or move down an assembly line faster. But overall very positive experience and will be back. read more

So healthy! Tasty! Gluten free galore! Healthy home cooking cafeteria. They have many yummy roasted vegetables that are seasoned and different kinds of grilled meat. I just got rosemary sweet potato wedges, spicy roasted broccoli, and grilled balsamic chicken. It was sooo good! read more

Love their salad/bowl bar. The employees are very nice and helpful. If you are stuck and unsure of what you want they will suggest some of customers favorites/most popular choices. If you don't know how a dressing tastes ask them for a taste sample and they will let you taste it. You can also kindly ask to have different dressing flavors put in small plastic cups instead of tossing one into your salad. I like how this location is conveniently near my house and stays open until 9pm. I also appreciate how clean and tidy the inside is. Another plus, the bathrooms smell good and are very clean! Major key! Ha! read more

I walked in here with my family on Saturday, 3/31/18 at 5:30 pm. We were acknowledged by a man behind the counter. Being that we had never been here before, we spent a few minutes looking at the menu. Once we got out orders together, we approached the counter. The same man acknowledged us again and asked me if we had ever been there before to which I replied, "No. This is the first time". His response to me was, "Oh. We are closed now". On Yelp, it said that they were opened until 6 pm. He said that the kitchen was closed and that they couldn't prepare any food. Which, of course, begs the question of why did he watch us walk in and spend some time looking at the menu before approaching the counter without just coming out and telling us that they were closed to begin with. Very poor customer service. We won't be going back. read more

This place was amazing. I say "was" because it used to be a totally gluten free facility, up until a couple weeks ago. For people like me, with celiac disease, this was a game changer. They changed this under the radar, so luckily, I did my research before they finished my breakfast sandwich order. As of this moment, though, the only thing that is no longer gluten free is the bread (crazy that they would change their values for a little bit of bread). They still seem to take the necessary precautions, but since all the ingredients are laid out in the open (similar to Subway), mistakes may be made. That being said, for everyone else, this is still a good place for healthy, tasty quick meals. For people with a gluten intolerance or celiac disease, it is not. read more

The food was pretty good and kind service, however we were not blown away and had stomach aches after eating here.

Delish. My daughter usually does not like quinoa, but after eating a bowl here, she loves them. I also enjoyed my cauliflower crust pizza. And the pizza box that converts to plates and leftover container was great touch. Wish I lived closer to visit more often. read more

NEVER EVER GO TO MYMIX IF YOU ARE GLUTEN SENSITIVE OR YOU CARE ABOUT INGREDIENTS. IT'S NOT 100% GLUTEN FREE. Last Sunday (10/15) I went with my husband and two daughters for brunch to this place. My daughter is gluten intolerant (celiac) so it sounded like a good idea to go to a place that markets themselves as a place with numerous gluten free options. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, and as it was not explicitly clear whether they contained gluten or not, I specifically asked about it before ordering, and they assured me it was a gluten free meal option. Once we got the sandwiches, I asked for a second time if the English muffin was gluten free and the lady on the counter re-confirmed it was gluten free. Because it was our first time there, I asked her to triple check, so she asked another employee and again he re-re-confirmed it was gluten free. My 9 year old daughter had a severe reaction and spent the afternoon vomiting, to the point where we almost check in the local ER because of the severity of the reaction. When consulting yesterday (Monday 10/16) with Fausto, the Greenwich store manager, he told us the English muffins were not gluten free. He apologizes very lightly and promised to talk to the employees, showing total lack of understanding of what a reaction to gluten is. This place employs totally clueless employees when it comes to gluten and its consequences for gluten intolerant and celiac people, which is absolutely unacceptable for a place that markets themselves as a health conscious place. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS PLACE AT ALL WHEN IT COMES TO GLUTEN OR ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS THEY USE. read more
