    Matcha oat milk latte
    Car S.

They have a vegetarian menu and I was particularly interested in the savory buckwheat crepes. I opted for 4 seasons which had a thick crepe. It was like pizza but with a soft crust. While I loved all the veggies and overall still good, I wasn't a big fan of the thick crepe. Next time I will opt for a regular thickness - it is indicated in the menu if an item has "thick" crepe. Server is all business and professional ready to take your order no small talk here - may make you feel you need to hurry up but it's all good. Efficient! The juices looked fantastic and I want to come back here. Matcha latte, no soy just oat milk but it was good. It wasn't sweet.

If you are looking for a light, casual lunch in Downtown Greenwich, I will recommend Meli-Melo. My wife and I ordered and shared a Norwegian sandwich with smoked salmon and a Sicilian with smoked mozzarella and prosciutto. Both were very good! I am sure that anything else we might have ordered would be the same. Service was quick and attentive.

Ordered a milkshake with vanilla and passion fruit sorbet: 10/10. Waitress did not give great recommendations, I got the 4 seasons crepe. Sort of just mixed vegetables on a plate with a crepe beneath it. I did not love the buckwheat crepe, and it was difficult to cut on the plate. The dessert crepes, however, looked fantastic. The gelato and ice cream was also great, especially the passion fruit. The mango was very sweet. The place is difficult to navigate, seating is really tight and crammed in there. It's difficult to hear your own conversation, and is generally very loud. The lights flicker.

Scoop of mango and scoop of passion fruit ice cream

Fast upbeat place that is very popular. Crepes were not what we expected. Not rolled or folded. I got valentine crepe and the parts were good but did not blend together and there wasn't enough goat cheese. The curry chicken salad sandwich was quite good. The soups looked amazing and will get that next time. Shared two scoops ice cream. Mango was fine but passion fruit was epic! Cute place. Service was great.

Crêpes served fast. What can be so bad about that? 30 years ago, this place was hopping. Lines to wait for crêpes et cidre as good as you get in Normandy. Oh how things have changed. The crêpes aren't fresh. Like the were pre made and reheated. As a result, they are dry, not succulent. If the toppings don't have a sauce, then you're almost gnawing on cardboard. A long ways from being in Normandy. The place is still cute. Service nice and fast. But not gastronomically fulfilling. Oh how times have changed.

    Turkey Club

Very cute cafe in Greenwich for a casual brunch! The menu is huge so I had a hard time deciding but opted for the turkey club because I saw someone at a table nearby had ordered it and it looked amazing. Incredible value for this sandwich, felt like 2 whole sandwiches! The Nutella crepe with banana was a little underwhelming but a good sweet treat to end the meal. Not a lot of Nutella and I thought the bananas would be inside. Overall, really liked this place, would come back for sure!!

    Californian Crepe and norway sandwich

Have come here a few times and always enjoy! It's usually pretty packed but having outdoor seating does help move things along quickly. The staff has always been very friendly and check in often to make sure everything is good. The inside is very cute and has plenty of tables. We ordered the lobster bisque to start and it was delicious! Really creamy and the bread on the side is a nice touch. For our main dishes we got the Californian crepe and Norway sandwich on ciabatta. The crepe is packed with veggies and has a really nice texture. The sandwich was crispy and packed with salmon. Would definitely return!

Been going to Meli melo for years. During the summer is the best time to go here - generally good plus they have my favorite soup - avocado crab. Delicious!

I went here with my niece while visiting her at college. We had breakfast sandwiches (not pictured here) that were good...not great. We enjoyed this signature dessert crepe more than the sandwiches. This place appears to be a local favorite as it was recommended to me by someone I approached in the area and it was packed. It has a cute diner-like atmosphere. The service was good overall. I probably wouldn't rush back, but with so many creative menu options, I see the appeal. I just wasn't blown away by the quality of the food/flavors.

    Vegan California Crepe

You can't go wrong with the fresh juices and crepes here. I got the Cardiovascular Juice and the vegan California crepe. The service can seem a bit unhappy but I can't blame them. The servers are making minimum wage in a town full of millionaires. I always tip very generously here, although I'm not a millionaire :-) I like my life, though, in spite of being middle class.

    Smoked Salmon Salad

For how full place always is, I was sorely disappointed by the food here. Hubs got the Duck Roll Crepe and he said it was a hoisin heavy mess. BIL got the Cubano sandwich and Chicken Noodle Soup and said it was very average. I got the Smoked Salmon salad which I was more satisfied with than the boys were with their meals but I did wish they weren't so skimpy with the Dijon vinaigrette. I also ordered the Lobster Bisque (hot but it's available cold too) and for a $14 soup you'd think there'd be some sign of real lobster but nope just all blended. Decent but a little fishier tasting than I like my lobster bisque. The most unfortunate part of the meal though was the dessert. Mint and vanilla gelato were flavorless and my banana Nutella sorbet was just so strange for that flavor to be not a creamy dessert. On the upside their cone is a good flavor or texture.

The Female Busser's were very friendly. The food is overpriced. Server Milagros N was bitter and argued with both of us when we expressed our food did not come as ordered. No dressing and sandwich was not made the way it was said on the menu. Thankfully the manager took it off the bill. Was not checked in again on by server to make sure everything was ok. With so many restaurants around this block, I would go somewhere else. If management reads this I would like a full refund. You can clearly see both items ordered are dry and the sandwich was missing 4 Ingredients!!

Savory crepes are offered Breton style using buckwheat flour. These galettes bretonnes are light and crispy with an earthly toasted flavor, the ideal counterpoint to the fillings that accompany them such as hearty European cheeses, charcuterie, tangy pickles or spicy arugula leaves. Among them, galettes Choupette (fig, arugula, prosciutto, goat cheese), Ractiflette (potato, watercress, Raclette cheese, charcuterie) and Complète Jambon (Gruyère, organic egg, country ham) are super delish and totally worth a try. Sweet crepes, made with whole wheat flour, are the soft fluffy crepes we are more familiar with around here. Personal favorites include the Traditionnelle (butter, sugar), Hugette (pear, dark chocolate, almonds) and the Amour et jalousie (Nutella, banana, strawberry). Lots of beverage options here! The coffee is great, as are their ciders and their freshly squeezed (orange or grapefruit) juices.

We ordered two sweet and one savory crepe as our "snack" after dinner lmao. Veggie crepe: love the vegetarian options. I also love how customizable it is. We didn't want the onions and mushrooms and were able to take those out in our order. This was amazing, gruyere was a really good choice of cheese here. Romeo and Juliet: vanilla cream, sliced bananas, strawberries, chocolate sauce, chantilly cream. Also very good, you can't go wrong with this combo. I do wish the bananas were actually sliced horizontally rather than vertically because it is hard to consume that large of a banana in a bite. I suppose I could cut it but don't give me more work to do. Chocolate brownie: holy shit this is genius. I don't recall there being dulche de leche drizzle like it says in the menu but basically it's a crepe with a fucking brownie on it and vanilla ice cream. Incredible. And I wonder why my weight went up on the scale today. Definitely need to order from here again when I'm feeling naughty.

As well as counter space inside the shop if you don't mind standing and crowding with other people waiting for their orders. I ordered the Strawberry and Banana crepe as it seemed to be a popular option. Size-wise, this crepe is pretty hefty and filling. Comes in an aluminum container so it's much less messy to grab and go. Although sweet, I felt the crepe itself was just ok. Nothing about it really stood out nor made it particularly memorable. They offer both sweet and savory crepes here if you want to make a meal out of it.
