By mentioning our issue to employees, I would expect them to check on the status and prioritize our order ahead of those arriving after us; but unfortunately they don't and continue down the tunnel vision path of preparing orders while ignoring missed orders. As we waited for our food, we watched a stream of customers come, place their orders, get their food and leave before us. After 40 minutes and numerous attempts to get employees' attention, we're basically the last ones left to get our missing sandwich. This place consistently falls short every time we visit at noon.
