We tried a little bur of everything off the menu :)

We got a whole bunch of food for a celebration, and some of it was better than others. The good stuff hit between 4 and 4.5 stars but a couple main dishes were closer to 2. (It was soft, soggy and didn't have much flavor.) So that's why I ended up with a 3. Good: Crab Rangoons Lo Mein Spring rolls Fried rice Not so good: General Tso's Tofu Garlic broccoli

Food was good. Easy online ordering. Pickup food outside at a window. Got the general tso's and it was nice and crisp and delicious. Will order again.

Best Chinese food around. I usually get delivery from Chopstick House every few weeks. But this week they exceeded expectations. We ordered sesame chicken, garlic beef, dumplings and spring roll. The flavor in the garlic beef was just amazing. Very rich, full on taste of garlic, creamy. The vegetables tasted amazing as well. The dumplings as always are a big hit. I recommend this place to all of my friends 10/10. It's a must try.

When my chicken wings finally came out they were covered in feathers . I almost threw up ... unacceptable . How on earth can you as a chef put this on someone's plate and think it's ok ?

Chopstick House is your typical run-of-the-mill American food restaurant run by Cantonese people who cook flavored down versions of Mainland Chinese cuisine. The food here is unsurprisingly mediocre, but not entirely unpalatable -- their delivery is pretty prompt to the Fort Dix/McGuire AFB area (which is about 90% of their business) and how affordable the food is here (especially for lunch) I would definitely recommend that over the other eating options here. If you do decide to eat in, however, the interior of Chopstick House is surprisingly modern and well-thought out in decor -- whoever thought of the store front gave considerable thought to every detail of the store, even down to the dishes and bowls. Their fried rice is decent for the area (I can only say this because I've had much much worse) and the mapo tofu wasn't half bad. Though when I asked for them to make my dish extra spicy, I didn't quit mean for them to simply throw in extra unground black pepper grains into my food, and add SUGAR as a counterweight. There's so much more they could be doing wrong, but they've been able to exercise appropriate levels of damage control. I recommend this place only for a quick fix.

Mapo tofu with pork. Extra spicy.

What is this??? Authentic Chinese food in the middle of white, rural America. I love it. It's the most authentic cheap take out Chinese food in a 20 mile radius. I got the mapo tofu tonight and ordered it extra spicy (because American places don't make anything spicy) and it came out the perfect amount of spicy. It usually has ground pork in it but they put roast pork in it. It's probably what they have on hand. It had the mouth-numbing mala pepper which is a staple in real Sichuan food. It was very tasty. It had other complex spices I couldn't tell. They also have salt &pepper dishes which I think is a Taiwanese style dish and it's fairly hard to find in a common Chinese restaurant. Everything has been good so far. This is coming from someone who works at a Chinese company so I know real Chinese food. Good job chopstick house! Keep up the good work.

Kung Pao Chicken dinner special with pork fried rice and a egg roll. A side of spareribs as well.

Love this place. Dumplings are on point. Also, don't skip out on the dumplings sauce.

Chicken and Corn soup: Warm, and it hits the middle point of clean and hearty. I was scared that it was gonna be tasteless, but I got enough chicken and corn to not feel that way. Pork Chop: This is another Chinese restaurant staple. 85% of the chinese porkchops that you eat will taste the same. This one is no different. Tofu with Salted Fish: It was fine. The tofu did a good job defusing the saltiness of the fish, and the dish was generally well balanced. Objectively, this is probably one of their better dishes. I just feel that it didn't have the pop that I was looking for. Hot prawn salad with broccoli: The broccoli was just boiled. Nothing to talk about. The pawn was fried and bathed in mayonnaise. What's not to like? Yang Chow Fried Rice: A Chinese restaurant staple. 90% of the Yang Chow Fried Rice that you will eat will taste the same. This one stayed with the majority. Service; It was fine. The place wasn't busy, so getting what we needed wasn't hard. Ambiance: This place was built to support multiple small to medium families, and maybe one to two tables that can support 8-10 people. It's in a quiet area, so the crowd wasn't too crazy.

Tofu and Fish hotpot: Fried white fish, fried tofu, string beans, bell peppers in a sauce that is probably reduced chicken stock. I'm biased since it's one of my favorite chinese dishes. I don't know when this specific dish is amazing, but I can tell you when it's bad. Green Lake's version is anything but bad. Shrimp Stuffed Tofu: We were given a sample since they were trying something new. The sauce is similar to the tofu hotpot but has a porkier feel because of the ground pork within the dish. The tofu is the same, but the way they fried it is different, so it took a step up. The shrimp was fine, and I think they should have this on their menu. Whole Fried Chicken: It's fine. Didn't love it. There's no batter to speak of at all, and you're reliant on the spicy sauce and ginger sauce provided. Stir Fried French Beans w/ Salted Fish: Crunchy French Beans, and very salty salted fish. Not my favorite, but it keeps things different. Hot prawn salad with broccoli: The broccoli was just boiled. Nothing to talk about. The pawn was fried and bathed in mayonnaise. What's not to like? Pork Chop: This is another Chinese restaurant staple. 85% of the chinese porkchops that you eat will taste the same. This one is no different. Hokkien Fried Rice: My chinese restaurant guilty pleasure. How else can you get a shrimp fried rice bathed in an umami sauce? The restaurant did a really good job with this and I'm glad that I asked if they had it (in chinese). Service: It was a slow night, so we had all the attention that our table needed. Ambiance: The location is big and can support small families to larger gatherings. They have a private area that fits 30+ people, so they look like the go-to spot for parties.

They roll the carts through the restaurant offering lots of dumplings, soups, noodle dishes and more. We loved everything except the Turnip Cake was way too salty. Someone dumped salt or too much soy sauce onto this dish. Also we were offered vegetarian dumplings that had some greens in it, but was mostly pork. Be sure to ask about the ingredients if you don't want pork or meat in a dish. We've been here before and all other dishes were great...Chinese broccoli sautéed, dumplings with shrimp, eggplant with shrimp, sautéed wide noodles with some veggies, soup dumplings, etc. finally tried the mango dessert. It was yummy.
