The interior comes across fancy, modern, with nice views of Main St. and as you walk in to the dining room, the open-kitchen to our left and a warmly lit, nicely stocked bar to our right. We were seated at a table towards the middle of the dining room. At 6pm, most tables were empty but when we were leaving there were a good amount of people at both the bar and seated in the dining room, so it seems like people tend to come for a later meal. Our waitress came over and poured us waters and provided drink and food menus. This was a first for me - the menus lit up! Our waitress though was incredibly courteous and personable, she did a fantastic job checking on us. To kick the evening off, I ordered their Honey Hibiscus cocktail, which is mezcal, Grand Marnier, hibiscus, ginger, honey, cinnamon, lime, and fee foam. This was a nicely balanced cocktail with a more floral, fruity flavor. With the open kitchen concept, it was neat to see the chef and cooks working on our meals as we relaxed, talked, and munched on some warmed focaccia-like bread with a freshly made balsamic, olive oil, herb dip. The bread was so soft with the perfect amount of chew on the crust/exterior, and served warm. For dinner, I ordered Pappardelle Mornay and added (perfectly grilled) chicken breast for a few more dollars, which is simply pappardelle pasta in a creamy cheese mornay. Our waitress crushed some black pepper atop my dish before I started in. This was excellent - The pasta itself tasted so fresh, the cheese mornay was indeed very creamy, and the grilled chicken breast was cooked, seasoned, cut, and portioned perfectly. I am really glad I added the chicken breast to this dish as I'm not sure the pasta itself would've filled me up. I'd definitely order this again! To wrap up our meal, since it was Thursday, there's a "1/2 off Nightcaps" special, so each of us enjoyed a cold foam espresso martini afterward, which is coffee-infused vodka, Nue vodka, FAIR Café liqueur, dark crème de cacao, Steamworks espresso, chocolate bitters, vanilla syrup, and topped with an infused cold foam, which we went with the Frangelico Hazelnut cold foam, and a few espresso beans. This was ridiculously rich and delish! Harvest is an intimate, elevated dining experience, designed to have you stay a while, relax, and enjoy a more personal meal. All of us really enjoyed our evening here and have nothing but high praise for the staff and quality food. We chose to sit inside and JoHannah was our server. First off, service: JoHannah (that's how it sounded, but might not be spelled right) was excellent! She was friendly, super knowledgable about the specials and the menu, very efficient, and attentive. She was there as soon as we needed her before we even called her over. Service out of the kitchen was great too - time from ordering to being served was short and courses came out without too much time in between. Second, food: everything we ate was delicious. Food seemed high quality with nice presentation. We had a cup of the Italian wedding soup (soup of the day) to start - it was possible to have a cup or a bowl, and it came with a packet of crackers. It was great - broth was flavorful without being too herby, had a good amount of pastina, meatballs and cheese, and the cup was a nice amount before the appetizer. Next, we shared the special appetizer of burrata with a local peach and jalapeño salsa, over a bed of arugula dressed with a lemony dressing, served with crostini. It was very very good. The salsa was very flavorful and the perfect combo of textures and sweet, spicy, salty. For our main, we had decided we definitely wanted dessert, so we split a dish - we got a 10-oz steak with asparagus, and what was described as shoe-string fries. A side of béarnaise came with the steak. Steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the béarnaise was a delicious accompaniment. The fries were 'regular fries' in our opinion, not 'shoe-string', which are usually much thinner. But they were fresh and crispy. For dessert, there were so many options! This was definitely one of the best dessert menus I've seen around - besides gelato, chocolate lava cake and cannoli (which everyone seems to have these days), they offered affogato, several cakes, and the cheesecake, which we got, which had raspberry, blueberries and pistachios. We thought it was delicious - a generous slice and perfect for sharing. All together with tax, it was the perfect amount of food for us, and the bill (we did not have any drinks) was almost exactly $100. We consider that, for the experience and food quality, to be a great value. Final notes: They brought out a basket of their homemade rosemary sourdough bread with regular whipped (unsalted) butter and a 'butter of the day' (which on this day was (we think) blueberry) for the table. The bread was so good we ate the entire small loaf - and we probably shouldn't have done that only because we were extremely full by the time we finished dessert! Also, ambiance inside is nice - feels a little fancy, though diners were all dressed comfortably, many in shorts. I would think this is a great spot for date nights, birthdays or family dinners where you want to feel special. There is a small parking lot right next to the restaurant and street parking too. Reservations are recommended for weekends (and by the time we left, around 7:15 pm, the whole restaurant inside and out was packed!) We'll be back!

The last time I was there a few years ago they kept the front door wide open with no screen and those tiny little gnat flies were all over the food as they were wrapping it up,they were everywhere.I told the owner this is a health hazard and he looked at me and sid,the flies are only up front with a very passive attitude.So I opened my sub up and the flies were all over it,Not only did i walk out leaving my fly infested sub on the counter for the flies to finish,but two other guys followed me and didnt even order.I reluctantly decided to try them one more time after hearing the last owners split up and there is a new owner.and also felt it may be safer becuase its winter with no flies in the air yet, WOW was I wrong.what a waste of money.Aside from the fly free food due to the cold weather everything else terrible,and has a dirty taste to it.you know what I mean? when a place is no clean everything takes on a dirty unfresh smell and even affects the flavor of the food.The worst hot sauce recipe I ever had on their chicken finger sub.Yuk! This is ablsolutly my favorite place to go in town. The friday fish frys are delicious. If you haven't tried their garlic knots I suggest you do. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Their new lunch/drink specials are always so creative and delicious. The owner is always there working right along his staff making sure every order is done right. Between the dart tournaments and drawing nights they also have live entertainment on weekends. Kid friendly and can hold larger groups. They also host parties for any type of occasion and keep the atmosphere very family friendly. read more
