Come for the view and vacation vibe. We were lucky to get a table in the back room right away. I was thrilled. It was early Sunday afternoon. The place was moderately busy. The server attended to us immediately. She was kind and took good care of us. She really did. I hate being asked repeatedly how I like my food, or do I need anything, or the worst "are you still working on it" or "do you need a box" when I'm in the middle of my meal. It could be very distracting. Audriana was great! She was at our table exactly when we needed her and not more or less. I had a wonderful time gazing out the window (super clean by the way), and enjoying the beautiful, peaceful view. It felt romantic, even with the air conditioning on right next to me. The food? It could have been much better if the kitchen had paid more attention to detail. The French Onion Soup, for example, was tasty, but only slightly warm. Also, the fries and Cheese Curds appetizer were too salty. We call it 'restaurant salty'. To some, it could taste perfectly fine. My Falls Chicken Sandwich was really delectable, but its name was a little bit misleading. I was expecting something to stand out from a regular chicken sandwich:). The Reuben sandwich was buttery and more buttery and "it tasted as good as it looked", that's what I was told. Still, the rye bread was too heavily buttered. I have been wanting try this place for a long time, so when my friend was in town and we wanted to go out in recommended this place and am glad we did. First thing to know is they have a great view right on the water, a nice outdoor patio, and as the name suggests a cozy log cabin feel. I ordered the shrimp mac and cheese, when I ordered they asked fried or grilled and I said grilled so I was a little bummed when it came out with fried shrimp, but I like fried shrimp too so I wasn't too concerned. But our server remembered and brought me out a small bowl of grilled which I though was really nice. Mine came with a salad and I enjoyed it a lot. Good food, great ambiance, I will definitely be back. It isn't far off the Pembroke exit on the 90, so stop by when driving through! read more

I was looking for a cheeseburger but they had a stuffed pepper. The cheeseburger which I had was very very good. The stuffing was excellent. The pepper was just right. The service was okay but the staff were very busy with a full house. Understandable. Very nice restaurant, very rustic, right by the water and the waterfalls made you feel very comfortable. We stopped for dinner early on a Saturday evening. We were seated immediately. The interior is that of a rustic log cabin, perfect for its spot at the falls on Tonawanda creek. I started with a crock of the French onion soup, and while I did enjoy it, the cheese on top was burned. I also got the rueben sandwich and fries which were very good. Great local place for Pembroke/ Corfu area. Food Is always consistent and they offer some great specials as well. It always seems to be packed, which is a good sign, so wait times can be a little Long but food is worth it. If you're traveling in the area, this is a must stop. read more

We were on our way home from camping and my wife found this place to eat. We stopped in and found no one sitting outside where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Indian Falls. We had a waitress come outside to our table got us drinks, took a picture of us for posterity and then took our order. I got the stuffed pepper burger, with jalapenos and mushrooms added on a gluten free bun. A couple of angry orchard ciders and our meal was complete. We didn't spend anytime inside so that will have to wait for a review on that. read more

Sat on patio on a beautiful day... I enjoy that. Service and food were average... restaurant was busy so we had to wait longer than average for drinks and food, but we were not in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal for us. Restaurant was busy but we were seated immediately, and were able to have a table overlooking the falls from the rear enclosed patio room. Service was quick, friendly and eager to please. We both had delicious charcoal grilled burgers, with fries, and my husband added a small lobster tail. The food was hot and delicious. We each had a beer. This is a must see spot. A restaurant and full bar right next to Indian Falls. The log cabin vibe is off the hook. Large parking lot with lots of lighting close to the restaurant. Very hometown friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Clean, smells good, and fun. Pete is an amazing bartender and cook. He whipped us up a batch of Pete's 20 piece wings with homemade blue cheese as a side kicker. Soooooooooooooo gooooooooood we sat at the bar, heard stories of the falls , and enjoyed being in the presence of the locals. The drinks were cold, the food was hot and the service was spot on. Nice location and beautiful sunset. We sat on the outdoor patio. Foot was OK, typical bar food. I ordered a burger, medium rare and it came out well. Yuck! So I am sad to write this as I really really wanted to love this place. Setting spot on Food- different, interesting and only reason they are getting two stars! Ambience- has potential but the place is dirty, the bathroom gross and the weeds are out of control Service- woof! It was so bad.....we arrived around noon on a Thursday.... It was busy, we asked to sit out side and got a quick attitude from the one server who said "I don't have anyone covering the outside so no". We did end up getting a table over looking the falls, which was great! But the couple that came in after us and the group after them all got to sit outside- and no one new showed up to serve ‍‍ weird how that works. The food took forever to come out. My son asked several time for a class of water- it took over 15 Minutes to get one. Whenever, we asked for anything it we got a free eye roll!!! But the eye rolls were nothing to the nasty comment I got when I got up after waiting for a while to get to go boxes. Needless to say it was a teachable moment for my kids, they had the opportunity to experience how to handle themselves when someone else is clearly having a bad day. Won't be going back. There were three of us there for lunch. Two of us had French Onion soup and one person ordered a hamburger. The soup came out first and the hamburger and some loaded fried came out last, when we had nearly finished the soup. The waitress dropped the food off and walked away before we could ask for anything else. The fries were barely warm and we weren't given plates to eat them from. The food was mediocre at best. After having this be a favorite for our family for YEARS I'm saddened that I recently had two separate meals in which I was disappointed to the point I felt compelled to leave a review. Thought once, bad day. But within 2 weeks later to have the exact bad experience. Service was slow, inattentive, and filled with excuses. Food for all in our party was either not available, or overcooked. Sandwich buns were wrong in one case and overcooked BURNT in all. Wasn't provided napkins or silverware even after Food finally came. Had to walk up to bar to request them. Will not give Indian Falls log cabin anymore chances. VERY SAD as lots of memories of my parents eating there. The outside patio, occasional live music and of course the falls are nice but for my family not worth the overpriced overcooked food. My visit here was unexpected, as we started our journey at a delightful shop in Lancaster & meandered our way around WNY, searching for a good lunch spot. When my companions and I arrived, the restaurant had just opened for business. There were a handful of vehicles in the large parking lot, and we were seated on the patio immediately. I was thrilled that we got a seat by the water, and the screened windows were open, to allow a light breeze & the sound of the Falls to accompany our meal. The boneless chicken bites were brought as an appetizer, not with the rest of our meal, and we were never offered refills on our drinks, though the meal itself was tasty. Our server did apologize for the delay in getting our food, after waiting quite a bit, by saying there was a party of 13 she was also attending. By the time we were able to get the check, pay, and leave, the parking lot was full of motorcyclists and a handful of ATVs. My suggestion is to order fast if you arrive as soon as they open, or perhaps come between lunch & dinner, to be able to enjoy the good, sights, and sounds of the Falls, especially if you're on a schedule. read more

I discovered The Log Cabin by accident on my way to Medina for a Photography road trip. As I walked in I noticed the faint scent of a wood burning stove which complimented the Log Cabin Motif, which is authentic and very cozy feeling. I ordered their Tropic Burger, well done...it was made perfecly which just the right amount of Char. My husband and I like to ride our motorcycles out to the Log Cabin for lunch during the summer months. As soon as it starts getting nice we start looking at each other like it's time to take a ride out to Corfu for some live music and a Beef on Weck! On my last visit I took my daughter and her boyfriend for the first time. He ordered the chicken quesadilla, she had the chicken fingers and I got 10 wings in spicy bbq sauce. One of my favorite stops while on the snowmobile trails. Really good food, fast service, and an overall great atmosphere. Took my Mom here on a Sunday afternoon. We sat on the indoor patio area to get a nice view of the falls which was flowing heavily with all the snow melt. She enjoyed the Greek chicken salad while I had the maple cheddar burger. As soon as the burger was brought out the glorious aroma of maple syrup filled the room. The burger was just the right size, not overwhelming not too small. I ordered medium was probably closer to medium well but the taste was great, the cheese was melted nicely, and the bacon was crispy which is the most important part. Wife and I where out for a motorcycle ride and needed some dinner. A lot of places where closed or closing but The Log Cabin showed it was open a little longer. So we hit it. Our food was very good. For this trip I had the fish taco that was on special and my wife the bourbon chicken. The servers and staff are great. We have returned and my wife ordered the bourbon chicken again I got the steak gorgonzola. Chicken was liked by my wife again so they repeat. The steak Gorgonzola was very good. Again great staff wonderful view and and good food. This is becoming g one of our regular spots for food. Family went out to eat for my step brother's birthday. We got there around 5:47 we waited about 12+ minutes and we finally got seated. We had to wait about 23 mins to get drinks. We waited about 45 mins to get our appetizers (pizza sticks were burnt and almost broke my teeth!). My mom got the seafood flatbread (it looked like cat food!) The waitress that we had was rude when my step mom tried to tell her about how overcooked the pizza sticks were. They had a football game and two different radio stations playing. Could hardly hear myself talk. Had the French onion soup, onions rings and maple cheddar burger for dinner. Nothing was fantastic... I'm not sure if the chef has access to seasonings. Food was just bland. Our server Shelby? (Never caught her name, but that's what our receipt said) was non existent. More interested in smoking cigarettes and hanging out with her co workers. No on the ball when it came to bringing refills or really anything at all. The view was nice of the falls, but you had to see past the random building materials/trash that was unappealing. And just a tip, go to the bathroom before you come here. The highlight of this place was the waterfall outside the window. Even if you just order burgers and root beer and sit next to the window, then it will be a good experience. The flies is HORRIBLE. It's summer and I understand we are by the woods but the flies were a bit bossy. Not much attention at all from the waitress but what ever. Food was hot and that is my top requirement. If you are in the area visit. We couldn't go outside and walk tot he waterfall because it is on private property. They have a large menu for a place in the middle of not much else but with a great view! Get there early if you want a seat with the waterfall view. It can get very loud in the restaurant when they are busy so hard to carry on a conversation. We ordered some soups to start and then ordered the meals. My wife and I were returning home from a weekend trip. We decided to stop for an early dinner. We arrived, and the hostess (eventually) greeted us. We asked if we could sit outside and enjoy the view. She asked for a moment to prepare our table. She then directed us to a lovely table. SEVERAL minutes later the server showed up and told us the table was reserved. There was no physical evidence or other indication that the table was reserved. We reluctantly changed tables. Several more minutes pass and the server returns she decides to take our beverage order. Several more minutes passed and another couple requested the same table we were removed from. They too were told it was RESERVED (still no table tent indicating reserved)! They spoke to someone inside and were allowed to remain at the table! I spoke to the manager who did absolutely nothing!!!!! We had to leave at this point so 1 stare just because it exists. The food might be good but we never got that far. Walked in and waited a few minutes to be sat. There were maybe 5 seated tables. We got a spot over looking the falls which was the best part. We waited over 15 minutes for our drinks. Should have known it was going to continue to go down hill when the table next to us got up and left after complaining about the food. We got the French onion soup (after 45 minutes) and there was a long, black Pubic hair embedded between the onions the server asked how it was and we showed her the hair and she said "sorry, there's just some guy in the kitchen"...? After waiting another 15 minutes we were told our burgers should be out soon. Continued waiting and we left. Left some cash for her time and left. So disappointing since it was very slow, and it's a great spot with good scenery. The need some good management to take over. read more
