This place has been on my radar for quite some time . Excellent burger selection - I decided on a breakfast burger ; one with cheesy hash browns , maple bacon and an egg . All burgers are under $15 and include fries. I prefer my fries a bit thinner and hand cut - these were battered , which isn't my preference but that's ok . The service was prompt and friendly . It was a Saturday before noon, and the place was already busy . I'd go back to try another burger on the menu and maybe something with bourbon too ! read more

Honestly this place gets 5 stars for the blueberry lemonade cocktail alone. It tastes as good as it looks, though I forget what's in it. I think it's seasonal. The burgers were great, too, and made medium rare (truly) to order. I had the California burger sans lettuce and tomato. My husband had the Kentucky bourbon burger. The fries can't decide whether they want to be French or steak cut, but they were good. Service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is open and spacious with high ceilings and comfortable booths. I've never seen so many different burger options before I came to this place! You can get pretty much any burger that you want, including a burger that uses grilled cheese sandwiches as the buns. I decided to go with a California burger, which has avocado, veggies, and a patty. To be honest, it was quite bland and lacked flavor. However, my friends who got the weird grilled cheese burger really liked their food and I want my review to reflect that too. Let me preface by saying.....i always give the best tip i am able to when we eat out. I don't like to not give a tip. But when the service from the server to the "manager" sucks, then a no tip is warranted. We went to Bourbon & Burger Co in Batavia this evening for my sons birthday. We went last year and it was great! But tonight...........its safe to say we will never return! The server took our drink order (soda) and it took her over a half hour just to bring those. When she came she told me, ooooops i got you ginger ale instead of starry (lemon lime soda), I'll be right back. In the meantime, we ordered our appetizers, food and mixed drinks. About 20-30 minutes passed and our appetizers and mixed drinks came but still no starry soda for me. I had to ask for it! She says "oh yeah"! When our food finally comes, my daughter asked for mushrooms and didnt get them (she had also asked for a diferent sauce for her appetizer that she djsnt get either). My other daughter asked for no mayo on her sandwich. It came with mayo on it! So i told our server about it and she says "well, i dont know what you want me to do about it"!! I was then like.... Wait, what did you just say? What do you mean, you dont know what we want you to do about it? What if she was allergic to mayo or something!? I asked for the manager. She comes over, no older than the server! I explained everything to her and she says.....well, we can take everything back and give you a gift certificate for next time or just replace the food! Replace the food!?!? We just waited over an hour for what we had!?!?!? My daughter opted to have hers replaced and the other just asked for her mushrooms. By the time the mushrooms & the replacement plate came, her burger was cold and me and my son were done eating!!! THEN, we placed a to go order bc we had 2 people at home we were bringing food to. Another half hour/45 minutes later, those come and the one sandwich is missing the onion rings that are supposed to be on it ‍‍‍ So i asked the server to ask the manager if we could potentially get some sort of discount for the inconvenience. She went to ask and comes back and says "she said no bc we replaced the food and you all ate everything"! WELL DUH! ONCE THEY GOT THE FOOD RIGHT, IT WAS GOOD, THE SERVICE WASN'T, NOT IN THE LEAST!!! I shouldbt of had to ask for a discount, it should have been a courtesy to keep customers coming back, even 10% would have sufficed! That would've only been $20! But the fact that i asked and they still said no.......im sorry but that is absolute horrible horrible service!!! I am still baffled at how this server said " well, i dont know what you want me to do about it" what!?! ‍ Not even worth a 1 star rating in my opinion! Both server and supposed manager! read more

She said it was "next up". 10 minutes later, we received our food. My burger was barely even warm, and the roll soaked in grease. It was supposed to have fresh mozzarella on it with tomato and basil. I hate to say average at best, the suspense got my hopes up. I got the monthly special burger which included sour cream, onions, cheese, and potato pierogi. Love the concept but execution needs some work. My mom got the California and we had the same review of the burger patty itself - based on shape I'd say it was a premade patty, not an issue per se but handmade would be better. The patty was relatively flavorless, some seasoning would be a huge help. The patty itself was cooked perfectly I'll give them that. Burger could have used more condiment (sour cream) and my moms had no condiment, so something to considered. Although I'm sure we could have asked for mayo or otherwise. The California was pretty skimpy on avocado, two slices for the entire burger. They do have awesome French fries. It came out and was so tiny and also wasn't cheap. First rip-off of the night. Second, my husband ordered the cowboy burger and substituted the fries for Mac salad since we were having tots. I ordered the Omaha steakhouse burger and got sweet potato fries as my substitution. Both burgers were large and tasty - again, the highest point of our meal. My husbands Mac salad came straight from the prepackaged shelves of save a lot - legitimately. Not homemade in the least, so ew. And my sweet potato fries were ok but didn't come with a dipping sauce - they did bring one when I asked. Our waitress was nice enough and did check in a few times. They somehow perfectly matched the amount of nachos to the amount of dip. My friend and I were very happy with our burgers and fries. The burger meat was a fantastic mix that was juicy and flavorful. We appreciated the normal, not absurdly generous, amount of fries served with the burger. The fries were crispy and tasty. I actually did not use ketchup with the fries they were that nice. I came here with my family (about six of us) on a Saturday for dinner and had a nice time! My dad made reservations for 5pm on Saturday and there were no issues getting a table. After browsing the large burger selection, I ended up ordering the burnin' love burger, cooked medium, with fries. I was very impressed with how quick our entire table's orders came out though! As for the burger: it was excellent! It definitely was a spicy hot burger with the jalapenos, pepper jack cheese, and their "boom boom sauce" drizzle on top. The onion rings piled on top added to the nice flavor. The lettuce and tomato cooled the burger down but only a little, which was fine by me! The burger was cooked exactly how I wanted and was very flavorful and juicy. It was an oz patty so it was plenty big. I really liked the fries it came with too as they were not salty and had a great crispiness. The entire meal was nicely sized though as I was perfectly full after eating the burger and fries (and pickle). I was very happy with the experience here.
