Steak Chupanini, it was very light on the Steak, the bits of steak were missing No flavor. I would suggest adding seasoning to it.

New location brand new restaurant. We meet the owner on a yelp eventl, and he gave us a tour to the restaurant and the process from beginning to end of the daily task and on the preparation of the food. Great new location with a drive through. Very clean establishment and organized. The service was great and fast.I ordered a Steak Chopanini I also tried a few Salads, they were really good. There was an issue on one of the parties order, was brought up to the staff and they immediately made a new Chopanini If you are looking for a HEALTHY Fast Food this is it! I will definitely will be returning for a few Salads.

Love the food and love the service. There aren't a ton of easily healthy and quick food choices here in Reno, so Chop Stop fills a very specific need, and they do it well with delicious, satisfying options that are well prepared. I've had their Classic and Salmon salads and found both to be just what I was looking for in terms of flavor, quantity, and quality. My only gripe has been that of the four times I've been there, they've missed a side item on my order three times (once a pretzel, once a drink, and once a brownie) and I had to request a makeup item on the subsequent visit. I keep going because I love that we have this option here in Reno and I think the service is very friendly (they're always super quick to address the issue), and I just chalk it up to them being a new restaurant and not yet having their sea legs (farm legs?).

Decided to come here for lunch after having salad at a Yelp special event. I was quite impressed with it. I used the app to order a shrimp chop. The apple is nice as it allows you to adjust toppings that comes with the salad. A nice feature about ChopStop is, let's say you don't want the tortilla topping, when you remove the item, the app allows you to pick a different item at no charge. So you can adjust the specialty salad toppings without penalty. After you reached the specific number of toppings, you can have other toppings added on for a fee. Extra protein ranges from $.85 for boiled egg or Tofu, $2.35 for non premium protein like chicken, and $3.85 for premium protein like shrimp or salmon. What I ordered: Shrimp Chop Mixed spinach and romaine base Tomatoes, corn, red beats, mushrooms, boiled egg, (I removed the tortilla chips, cucumbers, red onions) Price $12.99 It took me about 10 minutes to get to the location on Plum Lane. Another nice feature is you can have the staff toss dressing in or have it on the side. The app recommends eating the salad within 30 minutes if you have the dressing mixed in. Finally, they have a sort of happy hour time if you order and pick up between 3 PM and 5 PM you get a 15% discount. One of the girls remembered me from the day before and was quite elated that I had returned. Very friendly, there was an issue with the happy hour price on the app. So she just gave me a two dollar off coupon for my next visit which I was OK with. There are some fixed tables in the middle and a bar style seating area. There are also half booth half tables along the right wall with movable tables in case you have a larger group of people. Finally they have a couple of tables outside. Great fresh ingredients, great service and a great price. Can't ask for better!

Back the day after the Elite Yelp event. Quick pick up of salads for dinner. Ordered when I arrived . Was able to do substitutions easily. Employee knew how to use the register and offered suggestions. They have been trained well in upselling. You will spend more than what is posted! Tempted with sandwich selections. Next time. To go packaging is perfect for the salads. Clear top lets you see the toppings and dressing is separate. Half order is large enough for a normal sized meal. The regular sized is not double the half but is big.

I was here for a Yelp event, and the food was provided with a smile It was a big damn salad, and the beets were delicious, but the steak was lightweight. I decided to order as is, as this was my first visit. I ever ate here again I'd be asking for double or triple protein. The food was kicked out in a hurry, and the team was tight and productive I can picture them defeating almost any rush by working together. Everything was clean, with a newly built, Fast casual vibe My daughters tried the half chop, which was pretty much grill chicken and cilantro rice. They said it reminded them of chipotle, kids dish, but not as good

This was my first time trying any of the Chop Stop locations and I'm glad that I did! Jeff behind the counter was incredibly kind and our food was very good! It was incredibly clean inside and I will definitely be going back! I went with the Cobb Chop which was delicious! The blue cheese dressing was nice and thick and the eggs were well cooked! Adding avocado to this was a great choice by the menu crafters!

Service was great! Order was ready right on time it was clean! The food had great flavors the only thing is withe the garlic steak chop is that I would want more dressing then what it comes with otherwise it was good.

First of all, the salad was absolutely delicious! If you want to eat some healthy food, you should go there. The staff were friendly and kindly. They gave a dice toy to my son. Also, the tour which Steve guided was also a lot of fun. It was a great opportunity to get a look at the kitchen, which you don't usually get to see. (It was an Yelp event)

First time trying the chop stop restaurant Laura waitress explain all the different items they have on the menu so I picked the Cobb salad it was by far. The best cop salad had in a long time so I'm definitely going back cause that's one of my favorite salads. The place is very clean. Very easy to get to get parking so thank you for the event will be back

I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh the ingredients were and the variety of toppings and proteins they had to choose from. I was expecting the usual processed rubbery chicken but it actually was really good and seemed freshly cooked /chopped. Wouldn't usually trust salmon at a fast casual spot but that was good quality as well. Overall great healthy meal option in Reno!

Pre ordered for this event. Glad I did since it was lunch time. The staff greeted me quickly. The young lady was friendly and efficient. My meal was already prepared. It was my first time trying this place or any of this kind. I was pleasantly surprised at the presentation and especially the flavor. I chose the Classic Rito. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I liked how the bowl allows you to evenly toss the salad, with a few quick shakes. I will tell my friends about this cool new spot. It is a great for lunch or light dinner grab. It was quiet for a lunch rush.

Ever notice how hard it is to get good salads? Heres great answer! Plenty room to eat inside. Very friendly service! They also have some great soups!

Stopped by last night for a quick and filling dinner. I loved that they had some outdoor seating and nice staff. We got the Cobb chop and Santa Fe chop. For the price and how much you get you can't beat it! Will definitely come back and try more of their menu.

My garlic steak chop. Everything is bite sized, fresh and tasty.

Check out his epic Instagram congratulations blast: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DJR_-CuSXKx/?igsh=MTh3bDgwMHoxeWw4 The Great Full Gardens is a local favorite and must stop when in Reno near a meal time. I don't get to the Midtown location very often, but when I do, I'm glad I came. Located in a little shopping center off Virginia Street it's centrally located in the heart of Reno. Outdoor/Indoor seating is available offering a nice shaded and/or air conditioned dining area. The food is always some of the best around with one of the cleanest set of offerings you could hope to find on a single menu...! Lots of organic and wholesome choices. I usually go for a lot less carby of a meal, but today I was feeling a Grilled Cheese made their way with several melted cheeses on sourdough with tomatoes and pesto aioli. So delicious! No matter which Great Full Gardens you're near, try it. You'll be a fan! And if you're in Midtown, hopefully you get King Tracy as your rock star server!

When we arrived, we were seated immediately, which was a great start. The restaurant was busy, but no busier than many other places we've visited. After being seated, however, we waited... and waited... and waited for someone to even acknowledge us. Nothing. During that time, we watched our server attend to several other tables, clear dishes, grab items, and process payments. We also noticed two employees standing near the register. One of them looked over at our table multiple times, so it was obvious they knew we were there. Still, no one came over to greet us or let us know someone would be with us shortly. As we looked around, we realized we were the only Asian family in the restaurant. Whether intentional or not, it left us feeling overlooked, uncomfortable, and wondering if we were being treated differently. It was an awful feeling. Eventually, our server came to our table but never apologized for the long wait or acknowledged that we'd been sitting there unattended. By then, the experience had already left a bad impression. I was there with my husband and our three boys, and it was difficult trying to explain why we seemed to be the only table being ignored. Will we come back? NO I'm sure this restaurant has plenty of customers and won't miss one family, but every guest deserves to feel welcomed and valued. A simple greeting or apology would have gone a long way. As for the food, it was good. But good food alone doesn't make up for poor service or for making guests feel like they don't belong. Dining out is about the entire experience, and unfortunately, ours was overwhelmingly disappointing. I'm typically a very generous tipper because I appreciate good service. However, when a restaurant makes my family feel out of place and overlooked, it's hard to justify leaving anything. Respect and hospitality should be extended to every customer.

The mussels dish was delish, broth was so tasty (of course anything with that much butter would be great), but wish they gave more garlic bread for it. I added a slice of Swiss cheese to accompany my meat but in hindsight, I regret it as it took away from the overall taste of the sandwich. They clearly melted the Swiss somehow on the corned beef. Perhaps it was just from the hot sliced meat, microwaved (I doubt) or steamed? However, I was a bit disappointed as my sandwich came out fairly cold and by the feel of the bread I feel like it was ready well before it was brought out and sat a bit waiting for my mouth as the top bread was dry/crusty and the bottom slice was still steamy warm. I would have liked a hotter sandwich. For my side I chose the fries. Fresh and hot they would have been the bomb, however, like the sando, they were mediocre as they were past their prime. My dining partner had the grill pastrami (same price) with added Swiss cheese slice as well. The amount of meat on his sandwich looked 1/2 the weight/volume of mine. (I was glad with my choice.) Overall, I'll probably return for my craving of a good "Chicago Jewish deli" corned beef sandwich but will ask to be sure it's hot next time and I will also ask for freshly fried potatoes, or maybe I will try the potato salad or cole slaw. 3.5 stars out of 5.
