    Small sandwich and salad deal
    Alicia W.

When I want a good sandwich I go to this location. Everything i get quality service and quality food. They happened to be short staffed this day, but the 2 guys still killed it. I ordered the tuna for the for time even though the French dip is my go to sandwich. The tuna was delicious. My husband did the half sandwich and half salad and it looked so good. This is the best capriottis location in town. Thank you for always taking care of us. By the way, can you please bring back the small bags of cheetos?

Absolutely delicious, highly recommend. Best vegetarian sandwich I've ever had. The flavor was delicious, I got the medium size and still had leftovers. The fries were delicious & seasoned just right . I love this place and appreciate vegetarian options

35 minutes for a sandwich and salad.

Slow service ever.. not recommended if you have less than 30 minutes. Just to order o e sandwich. Employees are slow and don't care attitude. Food is good but service suck.

Couldn't pick just one, so I went for two minis -- though honestly, a medium is the better value. I really wish they offered a mix-and-match option because the menu is packed with so many tempting choices. The cheesesteak BLT was a total flavor bomb with a perfect meat ratio and crispy bacon (ask for it that way). The Capastrami loaded with meat hit the spot for my pastrami craving, though it could use a touch more Russian dressing. The Housemade Turkey was fresh, simple and always a winner. Soft, fluffy bread tied everything together beautifully. I was so sad they were out of the loaded fries -- hoping to try those soon! Overall, the sandwiches were awesome, the options are endless, and I'll definitely be ordering again.

First time being here and the place was pretty empty, lots of traffic Rog people once we were waiting for our order. Staff was nice and they were busy with call in orders and catering orders. Place is clean and open with lots of dining tables. I enjoyed my Hot Bobbie And fries. Fries were super hit and crispy.... They did have an issue with the oil so it took a bit longer to get but worth it .... I'd come back and try another sandwich. My hubby had the cheesesteak and he said he liked it... I didn't get to take a picture of it before he started.

My American Wagyu Cheesesteak was tasty - when I got it. We waited at least 20 minutes for our orders, and they forgot to make my sandwich. The Wagyu beef was a good choice--better than the usual beefsteak, and the bread was good. Note to owners: Hire more people. There was one person making the sandwiches which includes working the grill, too.

This is the chicken cheesesteak with a gutted bun, lettuce, tomatoes, and hot pepper. My favorite.

Best sub place in town. It's so fresh. The service is great, and the restaurant is always super clean and welcoming.

I am making this post in real-time. I arrived at the store and ordered a cheesesteak sandwich at 10:56 am. It is 11:38 and I am still waiting. The store had 4 guests in it when I ordered, so it is not busy. The manager was rude and when I'd re-inquire about my food he'd keep telling me "yah the grill is running behind". Burned my entire lunch break waiting on a sandwich. I will not use this site again and I do hope that the owner sees this message.

The space is adorable, well decorated and well spaced out. But the food is really good! I love both their brunch items and also their pastries, but I think it is quite expensive. For the shop part, there's some baked goods and sort of deli items you can purchase--almost like a little market. For their restaurant portion, you'll actually have to order at the register and get a number. You can also order the baked items to enjoy at the counter. There were so many unique baked items that looked delicious. As my friend and I awaited to order, we looked over the menu. Prices seemed to be as expected for a place that looks this pretty. When I got to one of the female cashiers, she was not very friendly. She did not smile the whole time, and she made it seem like I was inconveniencing her from the get go, even though I had my order ready to go and I greeted her with a smile. I went ahead and ordered a crispy brunch potatoes and subbed the bacon for the mushroom which is noted to be the vegetarian option; she did have to quickly clarify whether I wanted to add mushrooms vs subbing, so I clarified. I also tried to order a latte with oat milk with their brown butter marzipan house syrup. She was trying to enter the drink order to the tablet and told me that she didn't have the brown butter marzipan button to select on her tablet and that they had brown sugar cinnamon. She tried to explain to me that brown sugar cinnamon and brown butter marzipan are the same. I was very confused by that comment, as that's not true, otherwise why are they separate names/labels? She asked if I wanted to get brown sugar cinnamon instead, and I told her no thanks, and asked to cancel the drink order. When I'm trying a new restaurant, I want to try the unique options. She then gave me a questioning, "are you serious" look, and confirmed if I wanted to cancel, and I said yes. Then I went ahead and paid, she didn't even say 'thank you' to close off, and wish I didn't tip her for that poor service...she wasn't even waiting my table... I don't expect service workers to chat me up, and all I expected was a "hi, what can I get for you?", "We don't have that, would you like something else?", and "Thank you." and also she should have either tried to figure out if 'brown butter marzipan' is in stock and that the button is just not on the tablet from a more senior staff member. It's on the menu, and I can get if you might be out of stock. Her overall reasoning just made it seem like she was being dishonest. I can't believe she tried to tell me essentially cinnamon and marzipan are the same with a bad attitude to top it all off. My friend also saw this interaction and was also frustrated by this experience. She noted that it seemed this lady's coworker noticed this poor interaction from the get go and that they seemed to try to compensate by giving friendlier service to my friend. I did notice later that this particular female cashier was smiling and friendly to other customers, so I have no idea what the problem was. I actually ended up going to the Perenn market that's located in the next building over and they did have brown butter marzipan syrup. I also told them about the above incident and they were unsure of the brown butter marzipan stock in the restaurant and were confused by how the cashier lady's comment how cinnamon and marzipan are the same, and they apologized for it even though they didn't have to. The person who served us our food was friendly. Later when I went to ask for a to-go box from a different cashier lady, this person was very friendly and accommodating. Other than that, portions seemed pretty large. I would say the crispy brunch potatoes were crispy as noted, adequately salted. I think there was some flavors they could add that would take the dish further. If they added avocado, that would be nice, or some citrus flavor. My friends ordered the traditional breakfast and they had varying experiences. Both of them were surprised by how large the dish was, however one person got scrambled eggs and the portion of eggs seemed way smaller than the one who got two sunny side up eggs. The potato pave had a flaked salt finish for one person, but not the other person, even though it wasn't a special request for either of them. The toast was delicious. It seems they use those large loaves, and give you two slices, to which they cut in half (you get 4 pieces of toast in total). Not sure what kind of bread they used, but the texture was lovely--crunchy crust and very soft center. With butter, the bread was perfect. They also used a very fresh peach jam. I would probably actually order this myself! Restroom was very clean and it is located in the back. There is also outdoor patio seating, which looked so nice. Overall, the restaurant is aesthetic, and food was pretty enjoyable, but the service was unfortunately lackluster.

Or is it that epic side salad that comes with every sandwich? I like to think that it's a combination of everything above that makes this place a spot that people return to time and time again. For me, it's the friendly faces and the family owned lives that this place is dudes which bring me here from time to time. And the warmer Mo I don't often think about it, but they do have incredibly welcoming patio with lots of shade and great salads and sandwiches if you don't feel like soup. But of course there's always an awesome option of having a cup of soup with your sandwich just to round out the experience. From what I can tell, not a whole lot has changed about this spot and that's with good reason. The people have spoken over and over and over again in this community loves this restaurant just the way it is. When you come here, you can't go wrong with the grilled cheese and classic tomato soup but if you're feeling adventurous, try the soup sampler and taste a few at once to pick your favorite then find out when it's on the menu so you can plan your return based around it. Me I'm a sandwich guy and my most recent visit. I had to try the barbecue chicken on the jalapeño cheddar roll. Chicken with succulent, not overly sauce with light spice and the fresh veggies on top made for a really nice sandwich. The bread was a little bit thick and I ended up eating most of it open face so in the future, I'd say if there's an option for this barbecue chicken to go on top of the salad, you won't miss there. Speaking of salad that cute little side salad that comes with all the sandwiches is so good. Their house made white balsamic vinaigrette is just absolute fire and no meal here is complete without it. 19 years in and Sup is still hot. When's the last time you visited?

Service was friendly no complaints there Overall food was not very flavorful.. too many flavor combinations trying to be fancy and for the prices of each dish I would not recommend this place. I saw it was on the yelp top 100 at one point..so I had wanted to check it out.. but it was very disappointing. A glass bottle of very warm water with the 2 smallest glasses with ice was brought to the table first. Ice is nice especially when its 100 degrees outside. But the glass was like a shot glass and with the water being so warm by the time we ordered our food all of the ice was melted which made that 1st glass of water cold which was a couple of gulp but then you're left with warm water. Food presentation was very beautiful. Taste of food wasn't anything you'd come back for. We ordered the mushroom raviolis.i expected a white sauce as it said creme sauce but it was a red sauce. It came with crispy potatoes which were very thinly sliced and fried potatoes and a citrus salad which was arugula and a very tasty dressing. There was maybe 5 raviolis not great..the red sauce is all you can taste some loose mushrooms around the raviolis in the sauce. The fried potatoes great in presentation ok in taste but I wish there was more potato in each bite. The arugula and dressing were the best thing I ate out of 4 dishes I tried. We also had the potato taquitos which I was looking forward to but it was very dense and the potato tasted like how a bad potato smells. Other than that it was very very bland. Nice crisp on the taquito. The gnocchi pasta dish was also no flavor. The sausage in it was good. 2nd favorite item was the slice of bread toasted on both sides. The bread was almost as big as the food on the plate. The 4th dish was the potstickers which also were just ok.
