I ordered two chicken bowls through my dad, who went in to pick them up around 9:40-10:00 p.m. last night. When he got home, we realized they had given us veggie bowls instead. no chicken at all. despite charging $21.34. We tried calling but got no answer, so we went back to the store to fix the issue. The staff agreed to remake the bowls, but the customer service was noticeably poor and unwelcoming. After remaking them, they then tried to charge us again. When we questioned it, they said they would "just charge for the chicken," which we assumed would be a small adjustment. Instead, they tried to charge an additional $8-$9 total just to add chicken to both bowls, which still didn't make sense since we had already paid full price. To make matters worse, the manager made an insensitive comment about my dad's English, implying the mistake was due to a misunderstanding, followed by an insincere apology. I've been hearing from friends that Chipotle's chicken quesadilla is so delicious, so I had to try it for myself! I found out online that many locations don't serve the quesadillas inside the restaurant. Rather, you have to order them online for pickup or delivery. I'm not sure why?! I didn't see any reason mentioned online. Anyhow, I ended up ordering one online for pick-up. Ordering was pretty simple on their website. You pick the restaurant location, pick-up time, and food items. Once paid, you're emailed a receipt with all pertinent information. There's also an option for them to include utensils and napkins. I arrived a couple of minutes before my pickup time to take photos and check out where pick-up items were placed. Online, it stated not to wait in line but to head to the pick-up shelves to find my order. The pickup shelves were right in front of the pay counter. My order was ready on time, so I grabbed it off the shelves and headed out. The quesadilla was just as good as my friends said. The ingredients were fresh and had great flavor. I had to pay $3 for a side of guacamole. It comes with 3 complimentary sides. Options include rice, beans, salsas, and sour cream. I wasn't feeling like rice and beans, so I opted for sour cream and their mild green salsa. The guacamole was yummy, but for a small $10 quesadilla, I think the guacamole should be one of the complimentary side choices. Overall, I was happy with the quality ingredients and service at this location; however, the value wasn't there. I can get twice the quesadilla with sour cream, guacamole, chips, and salsa for $12 at Baja Fresh, and it's just as delicious! Probably won't become a regular here. read more

Chipotle is one of our fave places to stop in and have a quick bite but it's just a bit pricey. We were out running errands on yesterday and decided to have a quick bite before we headed back home. The customer service was great. The staff was friendly and so polite. The parking lot at this location is a bit tight though. Restaurant could have been a bit cleaner. A lot of the tables we walked by had not been wiped down or cleaned. Lots of left over crumbs and pieces of food from customers. read more

I was lured in to the Chipotle on 164th in Vancouver by their ad for the chicken al pastor special. Someone must have thought they were at a disco as the music inside was turned up to ten. I couldn't hear anything the guy behind the counter was saying when asking me what I wanted. To top it off they were out of guacamole at 11:45. I hated having to pick every ingredient for the dish along an assembly line and just wanted them to prepare it and hand it to me. Sadly the chicken, the star of the dish, was over cooked and tough. We ordered delivery a few times and the order is always incorrect and despite getting the food here quite fast, it's always stone cold (that is, the food you manage to order once sifting thru the many items they run out of each day). Guac was straight brown today too. They send mad coupons and deliver mad fast. Between that and the constant missing ingredients, I think this location has messed up so bad that they're not even turning over guac fast enough and have staff super ready to make orders before the driver is anywhere close because it's slow. I am a huge Chipotle fan (eat it at least once a month) but this location is ridiculous. Do NOT come here unless you want to play a game of "What's Wrong with My Chipotle Order Today?"where something will always inevitably go wrong. I've been to this location a couple of times - although I try to avoid it when possible - and half the time my order is wrong AND the portions are laughably small. Despite the restaurant having 5 workers in the tiny space (and during a pandemic, might I add) the competence level only goes down with the increase in people. Today we ordered a bowl, burrito and chips & guac. I watched as the girl behind the counter scooped up the SMALLEST spoonful of rice and then beans into the tortilla. It was as if someone had told her that a new, even more dangerous virus was discovered and that we would have to be on a stricter lockdown so she decided to keep the extra rice and beans for herself. The girl scooped up exactly a spoonful (not a single grain or lentil peeking its tiny head over the rim of the shallow spoon) and I was so taken aback that I didn't even have time to say anything... But we all knew it was pure child's play. After paying, I heard the cashier tell the three workers on her side "chips and guac please." They were too busy talking to each other so she had to repeat this again. She walked off and we then waited for a couple moments for someone to finally finish our order so that we could be on our way. As we waited, I heard another worker behind the counter ask a very young, attractive customer (who came in by herself) if she worked at a local dispensary ... Idk if it was a really bad attempt at flirting or if he genuinely wanted to know despite the fact that she was very clearly underage but I cringed on the inside, wanting even more desperately to get out of the place. After returning to our car, I was equal parts ravenous and suspicious. I took a peek in the bag and as I suspected, the guacamole was MISSING. I flung open the door, took a few breaths and tried to tame the fury inside my chest. I then walked in and asked a girl on the side if I could please get guac since it was missing in my order. The girl handed me the guac and said sorry about that in which I thanked her but also knew that she (and this entire Chipotle location for that matter) was not forgiven in my heart. We now have ordered twice and the kids get extra everything.(which of course is more money) we have had literally the smallest burritos ever. Once again. Our order (same order, twice a week, every week) was missing items. First the chips... called and asked for them to be on the shelf, they said no problem. When we got there to get them, they werent on the shelf and then they argued on if we had ordered them. SO LOOK IT UP and check! But that should have been done before we got there 15 minutes after we called, especially since they make and place the pickup orders on the shelf at least 15 minutes prior to the requested pickup time so they are always COLD and have to be reheated. I called to speak with a manager and a boy who answered the phone tried to tell me he was the manager. Once i got Nicole on the phone, she made the excuse "Well, this crew is a bunch of sweethearts". Um. Just no. Your crew was wrong (AGAIN!!!) and you should just say "Hey, im so sorry, I will take care of this, thank you for letting me know". Its called customer service. I dont care how sweet your crew is... I just want my food to be correct just ONE TIME, I would be amazed. I've been going to this location for years and I have to say out of all of the Chipotle restaurants I've been to, this location is the absolute worst. The employees in general in my experience are generally rude to the customers, give much smaller portions compared to other locations, and when they make a mistake they offer no apology and are still extremely rude. Have also had bad similar experiences compared to the other reviews I've read on here. I hate to see this prime location being held back by such horrible employees and management. I highly suggest for more people to account their experiences not only on here, but also to report them to the corporate office. If I can eat Chipotle everyday, I would. A sofrita bowl, to be exact. I've tried to imitate the basic recipe starting with a bowl and then layered with some romaine greens. Next, I'll add brown rice and then I will also add my own cooked greens that consist of bell peppers and onions. Next, if I have beans at home, I'll throw some of that in there, too. Next comes my protein of tofu (I don't cook or marinate my tofu nearly as well as Chipotle, so they win this round). And then I also skip out on the sour cream cause I don't have that stuff lying at home. However, I will compensate by adding more salsa and cheese. Then, tadaaaaaaaa. My version is good, but Chipotle is like god. Is it their sour cream that makes the difference? Or is it something in their mild or medium salsa? Maybe it's because I don't have their branded Tabasco Chipotle sauce. I don't know, but Chipotle's combination works. I've never had any problems with this location as I usually come and go. I do notice that the workers are a little on the lighter hand. They don't give out as much of a hefty scoop as other locations. However, if you just ask, they give you more. For myself, I always ask for more tofu, salad, and a bucket of salsa..... I'm on the Chipotle Rewards life. Next time, give me your money so I can scan with my card. :) read more

I've been here a few times and haven't had a bad experience. The food is good, the place is clean, the employees are nice, and when a mistake was made, someone was willing to do what they could to fix it. Parking is cramped at this location. I've always been able to find a spot, but space is tight for maneuvering a vehicle. My burrito: -Light white or brown rice -Pinto or black beans -Light fajita veggies -Chicken -Red chili salsa -Corn salsa -Extra sour cream -Guacamole -Tabasco This recipe provides the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and savory. I switch up the type of rice and beans sometimes, and I ask for light rice and fajita veggies because, at every Chipotle I've ever been too, there's so much piled on the tortilla by the end that it can't be wrapped properly! read more
