Came in just after opening on a Tuesday - ordered a couple BLTs and fries. Fries were true to Five Guys form, cooked, but not crispy, which i like ok. No salt. The BLTs are served on a sesame seed bun. The bacon was super crisp, and clearly not recently cooked, but the crunchy bacon served its purpose, we both enjoyed ours. Restaurant was spic-n-span, looked nice inside. Service was quick and friendly, and fries dropped as we ordered them. Prices are real high here. And those free salted peanuts. Water cup was free, you dont have to buy an expensive soft drink. I'd come back here. read more

I see that everyone has their own experiences, positive or negative. All the times I've gone the employees have been happily kind. The lady Paige I think is her name trained a whole table with enthusiasm and support. Greeted me with a smile even while she was in the middle of training all of them. Another manager in the background was telling them how proud he is of their responses to questions when they were getting quizzed at the end. The other day I was here I tried a new milkshake flavor that I ended up not enjoying. The employee was completely understanding and just gave me another one with a flavor I preferred, with no charge. Could have been a manager, but I'm not sure. I could agree that the food has its ups and downs, but I think they're deserving of a second chance especially since there's no such thing as a perfect person or employee. read more

We are out of state visiting my parents and my mom really wants five guys! She raves about this place and the homemade food. I looked up the location and was concerned it had such low stars and ratings a did most of the locations. I had asked if she had been to this one before and if she ever had issues and she said no. So despite the bad reviews, I trusted her and we got the food to go! I can't complain about anything. Food was yummy, made correct, they are very generous on portion sizes. I can't comment on customer service or the restaurant as I didn't experience that but overall I have to give them a good rating. Everyone has their own experience but ours was good! I forgot to take photos but it looked nothing like what others had posted. Ours was big and looked yummy and like they took their time with it. One person got a #3 double, one person got #4 double with workings added to both! Huge burgers. One person got little cheeseburger and I got little bacon cheeseburger and ours were pretty big! We got a large regular fry and large Cajun fry. Large fries tend to feed 2-3 people. Mediums can feed about 2. They overloaded us on fries to the point we couldn't eat them all lol. Arrived about 8:20 pm on a Saturday evening. Place was empty except for a couple who were finishing their meal. Three cooks and a cashier. Placed order for a BACON cheeseburger, a regular cheeseburger, and one order of fries at 8:24 pm. After about 10 mins some other customers came in. We received our order a few minutes before 9:00 pm. It took over a half hour to receive our meal. There were NO orders in front of ours. We should have just gone to Outback. Or Chick fil A next door. (Too bad we're boycotting them). Would have been quicker. Fries were okay but not hot. Bacon cheeseburger had NO BACON. Both sandwiches were room temp, flavorless, and , to be quite honest, Burger King would have been much better. So, asked why the order took so long and if we could get the missing bacon. Employee's excuse was "well, we had a lot of orders (but NOT when we placed our order. There were literally ZERO orders in front of ours). And instead of giving the missing bacon to us on the side, they responded with, "we can make you another." At this point there were several groups of people waiting for food. We had a show to be at by 9:30 and did not want to wait another hour for them to remake. We have both eaten at other Five Guys and were happy with the experiences. I don't know what the problem is here but I've read several other reviews with similar problems. For more than $40, it would have been nice to get our order in a timely manner, receive what we ordered and paid for, and gotten hot food. We will never be back. read more

I occasionally eat a 5 guys, and have always thought the food was fine. The prices boarder on insane, so I dont eat at them often, but when I do Im usually happy. This is the worst location Ive ever been to. The food was absolutely disgusting and the attitude of some of the employees was as well. I went with a friend and our burgers were horrendous. I almost think the miserable girl preparing the food was making the burgers bad on purpose. Both our burgers had so much katsup on them it was running out all over the table when I picked my burger up. My friends was the same, but with mayonnaise. We are talking katsup on both sides of the bun so thick it was just gooshing out and the buns were soaking wet and like doe. The fries were even worse. Almost raw, floppy and slimy. When we took our food up to ask for new buns the girl that prepared the food seemed very angry and bothered. If she isnt trying to make these bad on purpose, she clearly has no idea what shes doing. Our meal was over $35 for two hamburgers and one fries and 2 soft drinks. The food was literally garbage and we both just threw them away and went to McDonalds, where we got good hamburgers for half the price. Wish I had looked at the reviews here before I ate, as I see most everyone else has the same experience. Honestly the worst hamburgers and fries Ive ever had anywhere. Just gross. The food was the standard five guys incredibleness but what really took this over the top was the amazing customer service we had here!!! I wish I got his name but the young man running the floor on Sunday night was fantastic! We came in 30 minutes before closing which felt like an asshole move but we were starving and needed anything that was open. The customer service was phenomenal and everyone greeted us with friendliness and professionalism. We appreciate them not only being open but also the great people person skills as well. I went back because I just couldn't believe they would be as bad if I went at another time. The experience was improved. The burger wasn't overcooked and it held together when I ate it. The crispy fries weren't burnt this time. It only took about 10 minutes to get my order in a pretty empty store. On the other side of the coin, when I asked for water they offered to charge me $2.99 for their small cup or offered the 4oz free cup. Come on folks, $0.25 for a cup maybe but not $3. Came here and ordered a milkshake, all their milkshakes come in size 16 oz, I paid 4.99 for a 16 oz, they gave me a 12 oz, and acted like that's how it's supposed to be. When I confronted them they said it's not a big deal and it's pretty much the same size anyways, would not recommend them at all, one of the workers seemed high as well. Not great customer service at all, and they were rude. I've been to other five guys and everything was amazing, just stay away from this one. read more

My girlfriend's burger completely fell out of the wrapper and it ruined her evening. The lack of quality and apathy from this location was appalling. I always wanted to check this place out. I thought they gave a pretty cool set up once I got into the restaurant. I like how all the additional toppings are free like grilled onions and mushrooms etc. The double bacon cheeseburger was pretty decent. It was good size and very fresh. The only thing that really was not fresh was the bacon. It seemed a little stale, old and not hot at all. I think it would be better if they made the bacon along with the burger. They make the burger fresh so why not make the bacon fresh too. The spicy fried were just ok. They were not hot. They sure give you a lot of them though. Overall not that bad of a place. Dude on fry station last night needs some training in food safety. Dark hair, glasses, mustache & beard. He tried to toss the salt can on top of the fry heater, missed, & then picked it up off the floor. & didn't bother to change his gloves or wash his hands. Let me start by saying that I'm giving this place a one star review not because of bad service and not because of bad food, because those were both stellar. I ordered food for my father in law for pick up through door dash. I got there a little early and the food wasn't ready. So I grabbed some peanuts and had a seat to wait. There was a guy maybe late 20's. Not wearing a mask. I get it, this day and age people have an aversion to it after almost 2 years. But he was sweating and coughing. Clearly not feeling well and agitated. He was wearing a button up shirt with tie and had a gold pen clipped on his tie. He was also wearing nice leather looking shoes. Clean cut. He looked like a manager. But he gave off the impression of a business like customer waiting for food. Then he reached behind and under the counter and grabbed sauce cups and lids. None of the employees behind the counter seemed to notice. He proceeded to go stock the lids and cups. No hand washing, no mask, coughing, sweating, agitated. As my food was being bagged he came around the corner and the employees asked why he was stocking cups and if he had clean hands. "I keep my hands clean! And I'm gonna watch from now on and if any of you ever go out to stock with clean hands I'm gonna write you the fuck up!" There were a couple more f bombs. I'm still wondering if dude even works here. As I get my order I ask the kid running the fryer if dude works there. He does. They don't know why he is there or what he is doing there. He wasn't scheduled and they were staffed. It's weird shit like that that is keeping me from returning. Which is said because the food is great and the location is close. But I'll drive to hazel dell now. Dude shouldn't have been there working and he certainly shouldn't be taking to employees/coworkers in that mean spirited of a tone. read more

We went to this place last night 8/29/21 When we went to pay for our food I pulled out cash and was low so we had to pay with a card, no biggy. Ordered a strawberry shake and they were out of strawberry. Got our food and I asked for napkins and was told they didn't have any.
