Quite clearly says BACON but, somehow, there was none on the Bacon Cheeseburger.
    Linda R.

Arrived about 8:20 pm on a Saturday evening. Place was empty except for a couple who were finishing their meal. Three cooks and a cashier. Placed order for a BACON cheeseburger, a regular cheeseburger, and one order of fries at 8:24 pm. After about 10 mins some other customers came in. We received our order a few minutes before 9:00 pm. It took over a half hour to receive our meal. There were NO orders in front of ours. We should have just gone to Outback. Or Chick fil A next door. (Too bad we're boycotting them). Would have been quicker. Fries were okay but not hot. Bacon cheeseburger had NO BACON. Both sandwiches were room temp, flavorless, and , to be quite honest, Burger King would have been much better. So, asked why the order took so long and if we could get the missing bacon. Employee's excuse was "well, we had a lot of orders (but NOT when we placed our order. There were literally ZERO orders in front of ours). And instead of giving the missing bacon to us on the side, they responded with, "we can make you another." At this point there were several groups of people waiting for food. We had a show to be at by 9:30 and did not want to wait another hour for them to remake. We have both eaten at other Five Guys and were happy with the experiences. I don't know what the problem is here but I've read several other reviews with similar problems. For more than $40, it would have been nice to get our order in a timely manner, receive what we ordered and paid for, and gotten hot food. We will never be back.

$6.50 for a burger cooked with do much pressure to the point that there is almost nothing left.

I went back because I just couldn't believe they would be as bad if I went at another time. The experience was improved. The burger wasn't overcooked and it held together when I ate it. The crispy fries weren't burnt this time. It only took about 10 minutes to get my order in a pretty empty store. On the other side of the coin, when I asked for water they offered to charge me $2.99 for their small cup or offered the 4oz free cup. Come on folks, $0.25 for a cup maybe but not $3. The tables and floors were not clean, the floors were sticky even. As I mentioned, this was not during a rush. Ah Five Guys, it was nice knowing you.

How you got no fry sauce? That's half the reason to get this overpriced food. It's great food of course but damn...

Wow. The manager was being extremely rude and mean to her employees. No wonder they are short staffed. Didn't even get food just left.

But I was in town with some time to kill, so naturally this was my lunch choice, and it did not disappoint. The ambiance of the place really sets the tone, and those coney dogs with meat sauce and onions just hit the spot perfectly. Nothing has changed in 40 years, save the price maybe. They still give you a card from a standard deck of cards to represent your order number when your food is ready. In my humble fat man's opinion, this very well could be the best coney dog west of the Mississippi. Prost!

We also got a junior burger to try I thought it was good to the extent that it was also soggy because of the watery sauce. Otherwise the burger was good I'd order without the sauce. The French fries were good reminded me of five guys. They also aren't stingy with their soda syrup so 10/10 for that. The service was great no complaints they were all polite and helpful. Was greeted upon entering and leaving. The decor is giving retro, I thought it was fun and I loved reading the story of the owner getting a loan for a friend they named a burger after "Rich Boy" 2 short Coney Island 1 junior burger 1 platter of fries 1 large Diet Coke Paid just under $21

Very much a spot you'd want to go out with your friends to. As I entered, the staff came from the back to the front to greet me which was nice instead of having to walk all the way to the back to get seated. I ordered the Half and Half Korean Fried Chicken which came with Soy Garlic and Sweet & Spicy. The chicken was very crispy, had a nice crunch, while still maintaining its juiciness. The crunchy coating almost acted as a heat retention shielding as the chicken was hot throughout almost the entire time I was eating. The Soy Garlic wasn't overly powerful with either of its flavors which was nice for a change and made it enjoyable to eat. The Sweet & Spicy was absolutely delicious and I wish I ordered more. It was perfectly balanced and addictive to eat. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.
