We have Qdoba take out for our family twice a month and always enjoy it. The portions are generous and the food is always tasty and fresh. We like being able to customize our meals and have the bowls labeled. So when we were planning our Grandson's first birthday lunch it made sense to order catering from here. He can eat everything except the chips and our family and guests all enjoyed being able to make their own bowls, it worked for vegan and gluten free diets too. Setting up a buffet with the food was simple with their packing of the items and they gave us plenty of the salsas, guacamole and fresh made chips. Was excited to try Qdoba since I never had them before and everyone is saying how much better they are than chipotle, I paid $16 for this, she started out by giving me a tiny portion of rice, followed by a tiny portion of beans, I paid for a double serving of steak Just for her to give me a decent amountof meat, no extra. It was really quick to get my order and the staff was friendly, they even provide some recommendations. Qdoba definitely reminds me of Chipotle but with a bit more options for toppings. was visiting friends in Camas and begged them to allow us to have this spot for dinner and man do I regret it. I remember that back in the day QDOBA was popping up everywhere in my neck of the woods, making it a point to challenge Chipotle and I remember thinking that I thought that they were better than Chipotle. Well either I was out of my mind at the time or the quality of the generic version of Chipotle has gone down hill and judging by all the closed locations I've seen over the last two years, I'm sure both are true. I ordered huge Chicken burrito and it just didn't have any flavor at all, it was a waste of calories. Although I'm a fan of not having to pay extra for guac, I unfortunately wasn't a fan of the taste of their guac. employees were nice and that's the only saving grace of this spot and what gives it two stars instead of one. The single worst Qdoba I've been to (I've been to many as a frequent traveler. WA, OR, OK, CA and TX to name a few). Staff at this location is rude, portions are small and food is routinely cold and sloppily assembled. Qdoba in general is great, but this restaurant is an exception to that rule. Such a depressing restaurant. Attached photo has half of my normal guacamole portion and they still don't know how to fold a burrito. They also find it acceptable to serve the slop in the photo. Poor training, poor management. Also, they mysteriously started giving especially skimpy protein portions at the same time that a new, homemade "limited time only, double meat for $1.49" photo appeared above the food line. Pay that fee and they basically give you the same single portion you'd get at any other Qdoba in the country. read more

I've still been a little hesitant to go back to Chipotle after the issues they've been having so I figured I'd stop in Qdoba which is basically the same thing. I hadn't been to Qdoba for about 8 years and had fond memories of delicious goodies when I ate it in Oklahoma. I went in around 4pm and the place was sparsely populated. I figured I couldn't fail with a veggie burrito. The lady that waited on me appeared nice and didn't rush me (even though I was unfamiliar with the menu board). Yet again, the place was dead so there really wasn't any rush. My excitement to get the burrito in my belly started to dwindle early on as I saw the scant portion of rice and beans that were added to the burrito to start. They had just put fresh fajita veggies in so with that, some lettuce, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa, and cheese sauce my b'rito was complete. "Gosh what a small b'rito", I said in my mind. Then she had someone take over to ring me up. "Nine dollars for that small burrito?", again I exclaimed in my mind. Mind you....just a burrito. No drink. No chips. No accompaniments. I took my disappointment to the car to dissect the burrito the size of a po'boy. Everything was lukewarm and the fajita veggies were pretty crunchy as if they didn't have enough time to sweat and wilt. Short review for a short burrito. If I had read some of these reviews first I probably would not have gone in but since we were in the area, hungry and you know COVID19 times, we figured we would try them out. We have never been to a Qdoba. The food was actually pretty tasty and barring anything untoward that we may see based on others review, I would be happy to eat here again. We could not dine in because of COVID restrictions but ate in our car since the area had a lot of parking. read more

Qdoba in general is great for what it is. That said, this is one of the more disappointing locations I've been to. First, I've seen them routinely mix old product with new on their line and deliberately stir to mix - big no no there. They also use ungloved hands, again routinely, to roll their floor mats near the soda machine. They then place the rolled mat onto the unprotected seats on the nearby tables - A surface customers then touch and sit on. I've then seen, more than once, that employee use the same ungloved hands to touch cabinet doors and refill condiments, napkins, etc. Not trying to hide anything like they know they shouldn't be doing this, but seemingly completely unaware of the cross contamination occurring. The employees seem generally helpful and willing, just seems that they have a lack of proper training which comes down to the franchise owner's responsibility to supply and monitor that training through management. These aren't nit picks, these are fundamental rules from the health department to operating a restaurant and I hope the owner of this franchise cares enough to make this a priority and do something here before people get sick. read more

It's very difficult to find a local restaurant with flavorful and healthy food in my area, but Qdoba delivers! I took a friend on my second visit, and both of us were delighted with our lunches. My favorite way to build a bowl is to tell the servers that I'm vegetarian and ask them to put their favorite non-meat foods and condiments in my bowl. The results are fresh, rich with varying flavors, and so I gave a huge tip and thanked them all. Nice to see so many smiles. The corn salsa is a MUST on my return visit, but the fake meat needs to go: high in saturated fats, highly processed. Just stick with the pinto or black beans, rice, and the wonderful additions! Did I mention the corn salsa? I'm surprised that this wonderful place has so few walk-ins; most of their clientele seem to be takeouts. It's a short walk to the local Costco, which can't begin to match the quality and flavors of the food here with their heart attack fast food. Qdoba's prices are decent, the place is clean, altogether a wonderful place for a healthy, flavorful lunch or quick dinner. I wish the loud music could be dialed down, but I'll be back anyway. I eat here once or twice a month. I usually have a good experience. Today I went in and began to order. As my burrito and quesadilla were being made I looked at the food prep area. I have never seen it so gross. The bins were dried and caked on cheese, over flowing with some things other thing empty all the food mixes together. Every time I come here (which is often) we get bad service and every person has an attitude and isn't friendly. No smiles or anything just blank faces and rude. That didn't stop us from coming though because the food is good. But this time, we were expecting the bad attitudes, which we got, and when we got handed our food they gave us a cheese-less quesadilla. Seriously? It's a fucking QUESADILLA. It has been a while since I had Qdoba and I was a bit disappointed. Let me start out by saying that the food itself tasted great. However, our order was not completed as ordered. I order the new Cauliflower Mash and paid and extra $1.50 for it and it was not in my bowl and the second bowl that we purchased was missing the rice. I also received pickled jalapeno's on my bowl instead of pickled onions and I double checked out receipts from the order to ensure I did it correctly. It seemed a little hectic and possibly under staffed for the amount of orders that were waiting. I might give this location a second chance because the food itself was tasty, the service was just lacking. read more

The staff that was working today was great! The first person who helped us was friendly and informative. They had a new meat that he offered us samples of. The second person was nice and had the cool start a new batch of fajita veggies so that they would be fresh for me. I had a buy one get one free coupon on my phone but it wasn't pulling up a bar code. The cashier was great and used a code in the register so that it rang up buy one get one free since I was having trouble getting the coupon up on my phone. The food always seems fresh when I eat at Qdoba. They always give good sized portions meat! I usually only go when I have a coupon because it is about $8.50 for a burrito bowl. Have liked in the past, but yesterdays evening meal was terrible. The various meat choices were dry and had been there a while. Chicken burrito was very dry, chicken was tasteless. Kids meal meal of a ground beef bowl was dry as well. Customer service was unheard of. Counter girls were too busy and chatting with eachother to care about customers needs. Im really not one to complain but the staff here are not friendly. I come in daily and every single day my order is a different price, one time they inisited my total was $9.40 for a veggie bowl, which is usually 7.40-8.40 . And today i tried to use my free chips and queso coupon and they clamied it was expired (expires oct 22), even tho i had shown it to her, scanned my rewards, AND there was coupons on the counter for the free chips and queso. Service has been excellent EVERY time -- the...cooks?...people who prepare your order have all been very helpful, bordering on excited to hear what you want to eat, and are more than willing to recommend tasty options for you if you're unsure. Service was nice when I went. Food is about the same as Chipolte, except they weren't dipped in a barrel of salt. They tend to put more ingredients than Chipolte too, but you do pay a little more. Having to wait in line over 40 minutes at 2 PM on a Friday because Qdoba chooses to only have one worker working trying to service everyone is an absolute joke. Even when they have more than one worker they usually get the order wrong and are very scarce on putting meat in your bowl when you ask for double meat. I would rather go to chipotle. We frequent this location and have had worse and worse service as of late, the portions are never consistent and the staff does not bother to greet people as they enter or immediately take their order one day we waited 8-10 mins for them to acknowledge us as they chatted ans wiped out the same basket 16 times. All of the dinners for our entire family were tiny and all put together so sloppy that they could have easily been confused with someone's leftovers! Even worse is when we called to let them know they hung up on us! So we called back the next day for the manager and they hung up on us again!
