DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! This is one of the WORST places we have ever been! All of the dinners for our entire family were tiny and all put together so sloppy that they could have easily been confused with someone's leftovers! Even worse is when we called to let them know they hung up on us! So we called back the next day for the manager and they hung up on us again! The employees and entire management team is very rude and it is very clear that they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! There's plenty of other options in the area so please don't waste your time and money at this place! read more

What is going on here? Rude hurried employees a burrito that looks like its growth was stunted. Not impressed at all. Will probably not be back, I'll go to chipotle where they actually engage with their customers. read more

Sounds like others have had service issues here. I may be lucky, or it could be the days/times I frequent here but the staff has been nothing but friendly, clean and professional. They tend to be a little more generous with the toppings here than the other one I go to as well. As for the food it's similar to Chipotle except they have a "Craft Two" option for some variety, as opposed to just a burrito or tacos. The frequent visitor card is a nice touch as well. read more

I'm giving it only one star because this location doesn't serve breakfast! The breakfast burritos are the best part of qdoba!!

So disappointed. Work near this location. P/U lunch a couple of times a month. Order same thing. Never the same price. Today, I ordered a chicken tortilla soup and a chesse quesadilla. Depending on the bowl or cup of soup, I pay anywhere from $8-11 dollars. Today it was over $18. The clerk told me their prices hadn't changed in 5 years. Pretty hard to believe. As much as I love that soup, this was my last visit. read more

I am a huge fan of the taco salad. It comes with a dark green leafy romaine. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. And you choose the level of spiciness/heat you want in your salsa. The guacamole is fresh and delicious, worth the little extra. The tortilla chips are excellent also. They are light and thinner than most. The side order is a generous helping of chips. The queso is flavorful and yummy Since they are new, in the center with the Cosco. I haven't tried anything else yet. read more

One of our preferred stop-offs for a quick, healthy lunch. Pleased that they have added brown rice to the selection and it goes well with the whole wheat burritos. Staff at this location is very friendly and the place is kept clean. Great fast-food choice for vegetarians. read more

Slowly going downhill.... Way back in 2002-2003 there was a Qdoba in Vancouver and it was AMAZING. Everything tasted super fresh, unfortunately, it closed. When this location opened it was decent, but it's slowly been going downhill... The meat seems to be lower quality, the queso doesn't seem quite the same and they really seem to skimp on the salsa. I miss the old school QDOBA of Vancouver. read more

Food was so-so. Unfriendly staff. Not a customer experience that motivates me to return.

Good food, friendly and good service for buffet order style place. As my son says it is like a mexican Sub sandwich shop, you pick what you want or don't want on your food. Very good portions for your price. read more

I'd give them 5 stars if they wouldn't put so darned much salt on their chips. When asked if they'd make me some chips with NO salt they said,"nope, the fryer is shut off". At 5pm????? I'll never go back. read more

Love their 3 cheese queso nachos! So yummy! Just wish they had one closer to salmon creek! Love it!

First time visit was okay.. nothing special... It took a little bit to order and cashier seem to have computer issues... Another register would definitely help the line moving... i got the three cheese nachos... i think it was good... but wish they would add guamole to it... read more

The food is awesome but the service is horrible. I have had about 10 bad experiences. One of the girls just looks at you with a blank stare. No smile and not friendly. The rest just act like they work in the school cafeteria. Very chintzy with the salsa. I have to beg for salsa?? At a Mexican place? I absolutely love this food but I have anxiety going here so we will be going to Baja Fresh from now on---with a salsa bar!! read more

I got a gift card from here and they told me that I don't need a recite and then I came back a few days later and they say we can't accept this you need a recite read more

Rude employee! If you want good customer service and better food, go to Chipotle up the road. If you place a to go order and get there early they refuse to make your order and continue helping others that arrived after you. Then they have attitude when you question the process. Don't waste your time or money! read more

Lack of salt all around.for the price and quantity you are better off going to Chipotle.

Excellent fresh food. Clean and service was friendly. Very local base business which I like very much!

Great place....food is good place is clean and staff is nice! Good rewards program also!

I go tot Qdoba from time to time since I work and live nearby. I love it there! I tend to get the same item (pulled pork burrito with veggies, mild salsa, sour cream and guac) and it's always delicious. I've gotten other things from time to time and it's been really good, too. Service has always been exceptional. I have found that every time I order the extras (the S.C/Guac/veggie mix) they never seem to know/remember (If the person ringing up is different) so I'm never charged for it. Sometimes they've said it was on the house for whatever reason (once, they were grilling the veggies fresh and I had to wait, another time they didnt know until after ringing me up, another time I had a coupon and no wallet and it was opening week.) I finally got a punch card, although I should already be at my free mark if I had gotten it when they opened. read more

We've always like Chipotle but had gotten a bit bored so we decided to try Qdoba. Really really like the food, and the service when we've gone has been great. The prices are very reasonable and the food tastes great. We like the outdoor seating and the selection of hot sauces and drinks. read more

Qdoba is my favorite Mexican restaurant, period!!! The chips are always fresh, the salsa is great, and the food is always quick and tasty. I've been going to Qdoba for several years. This is one of my 'Friday night dinner' restaurants. Super Friendly staff. Love this location. read more

Ordered dinner through door dash, one chicken family meal and one stake family meal. We received 2 bags of food, one with chicken, rice and beans and the other with chips, salsa and the other cold stuff. The bags were marked 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. They overlooked the steak family meal we ordered. My wife called and talked to someone names Wendy (or something Like Wendy, it was hard to get the exact name) who said she was "sort of" a manager, and explained that we didn't get the steak family meal we ordered. Wendy proceeded to say it was door dashes fault, or that we did not order a steak family meal even though our receipt showed we did and the order was over $100. I got on the phone with Wendy who proceed to talk over me, continually sigh, and basically call me a liar. She then hung up on me. So, my wife and I drove to the restaurant on 192nd. When we got there Wendy admitted that she found our order and that they were at fault. By that time the damage was done. Wendy basically called us a liar on the phone, blamed door dash, would not let us talk to a real manager, and It was the most horrible customer service I have experienced when ordering food. Needless to say we will not be ordering there again. read more

When on Monday to get a $5 chicken burrito. It was highly recommended from a friend so I figured I would try it out. Was pleasantly surprised! There are a lot of options and you get to create your own burrito. That is awesome versus having to ask what is in it and having to ask for things to be taken out. Great price and quick service. Only feedback is it could have been cleaner behind the counter, presentation and perception means a lot. However the burrito was super good! read more

I'm not really satisfied with their customer service. They were all very nice but my gramma and I went there for the first time and where trying to figure out the menu to order and they where all in some kind of rush. FYI there was nobody behind us. So we ended up getting a taco salad and they were speaking so fast I could even understand what they were telling me, it wasn't a language barrier issue at all, they just kept asking "would you like ___?" Real quick and I probably had 3 different server/food makers through this whole process like a prep line and it got really confusing and I didn't even know the other options I could have had for my salad. So what I'm trying to say is you need to SLOW DOWN and stop being in such a rush and let us figure out what we can have on our taco salad. Especially when nobody was behind us! My gramma ended up getting nothing she wanted on her salad but was too nice to complain. I have to say, the pulled pork was YUMMY and flavorful! But I wouldn't come back to this restaurant because it was WAY too fast paced. I'd rather go to subway where they listen to exactly what I want even when they are swamped. Or even burger king where I can always have it my way! read more

(Camas WA) Excellent food. We each had the 3 tacos for $ 9. *Mix and match*. YUM YUM. The only issue was while I was ordering , I asked if they had margaritas and the gal said yes (and I said YUM), but when we got up to pay , the "margarita" is in a "bottle) Mikes hard lemonade. :-( , I tried it, but didn't care for it as I prefer freshly made. Other than that we really enjoyed it. I did let the manager know and he will pass it on to his co-workers. Great food! Will definitely go again! read more

I visited the Camas location today. My first visit to any Qdoba...and, I must say, it will be my last visit. The food is barely edible. I had a burrito, and the beans were on the crunchy side, meaning they were not soaked & cooked properly. The "brown" rice is some kind of mix and not a good one at that. I can't believe that people buy & eat this stuff! And it isn't that it is priced right! It is expensive and bad! read more

No fish tacos?? Really?! Service was good, settled for the shredded beef tacos. Food was average - it was ok, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there, read more

Not a fan of the Qdoba. Anywhere. Anytime. Bland food I can gladly pass over on my way to one of its neighbors.

A great establishment. Always get treated with prompt service and a smile. Good quality food too that is well prepared. The restaurant seems well kept up at least most of the time.. although when it gets busy, the cleanliness with trash around the soda area does suffer a bit. But again, overall a great place with friendly service! read more

Food was actually pretty fresh and had a lot of flavor. Nicely decorated but definitely had that corporate feel to it. The reason why i gave 3 stars was due to the manager not washing his hands properly! Last time i checked soap was a necessary part of washing hands. Overall, i would return because the food is of quality and the service was quick. Price is worth what you get as well. read more

To be fair, I've eaten their food before when we had a company event catered by them and it was very tasty. Our experience at this location was miserable. We went in, figured out what to order, placed our order and then watched in horror as the boy behind the counter preparing our food proceeded to wipe the sweat dripping from his brow with his hands. Now don't misunderstand, true, he was wearing gloves, but all that did was insure the sweat wasn't soaked up by anything other than the tortilla he was handling. His shirt could not have been more stained had he wiped down the floor at the end of the shift. I kid you not, he had guacamole all over the sleeves and it looked like he blew his nose on the rest of it. We took our food, I tried to take a bite, but all I could think about was the sticky, sweaty teenager who had just put it all together. I threw it in the trash. I should have spoke up while in line and just walked out then, but the restaurant was crazy busy and I didn't want to cause a scene. I won't be back this to location, ever. I may try another Qdoba, but not for a long, long time. read more
