We were immediately greeted by a pleasant and welcoming staff member at the order taking station. This being our first visit, we had a question pertaining to a food allergy and while the order taker didn't know the answer, they were quick to summon the assistance of another team member who was able to give us the info we needed. Kids meals (12 & under) come with fries or fruit, and the kid with us had mandarin orange segments which were very appreciated. Kids meal also includes a drink and they offer all of their sodas, lemonade, tea or milk, which again was appreciated. Mom chose the grilled chicken sandwich for the kid (which looked great) and this also came with a small frozen custard. A lot of food for little ones! I had the chicken slider which included a large, delicious chicken breast and a small order of fries that was very large (you have a choice of salted, sweet, rosemary & pepper, and one other spice option on the fries. I had the rosemary & pepper and liked them okay, but thought the spice was pretty mild.) They have about 10 different dipping sauces at their self-serve drink and condiment station. As some other reviewers have noted, the prices are a bit on the higher side, but this is a half step up from fast food. It's elevated, but also not fancy, which I liked. Very clean dining room, rest room and drink/condiment station.
Absolutely horrible service!!! The super chix in Portland is much better and has a better staff!! Went in on Saturday at 2:30 pm it was half full only not many people here and the server kept messing up our order. Our food was also very cold and when he came back to give us our meals he put less fries and even removed a tender.... Absolutely ridiculous. When I mentioned the tender was cold his response was the sauce is cold... keep in mind the all 3 of the whole chicken was cold.
Super Chix is clean, modern, bright, and inviting. Its menu is wider than one would expect from a chicken chain, with the VERY nice availability of frozen custard and associated treats (milk shakes, etc.). Ever wanted sweet seasoning on regular French fries? I haven't, but Super Chix has it on offer (as well as many other fry seasonings). You can also get fried pickles. Service is SUPER friendly, prompt, professional, and helpful. Parking is easy, thanks to the large, private parking lot. I opted for a "cordon bleu" chicken sandwich, and it was just OK. The ham was of lower quality than it should have been for "cordon bleu" duty, and there was probably too much of it as well. While I appreciate the generous portion size, it overpowered the chicken. Fries are hand-cut on-site from whole potatoes. They're flavorful, but soggy. The real standout was the chocolate custard milkshake. This was a PROPER chocolate shake with rich, deep chocolate flavor. SO great to have a chocolate shake that WASN'T the result of too much terrible chocolate syrup. I'd recommend stopping in, and am looking forward to trying a different sandwich on my next visit.
We thought super chix was pretty tasty. The chicken is very moist and juicy. The bun was soft and a compliment to the chicken. The different sauces were a bonus. Loved their french fries! Homemade crisp and fluffy on the inside. We tried the flavor of the day custard. It was Keylime pie. Delicious Keylime flavor with a little bits of graham cracker. Definitely going to come back and try some other things here.

Fun feature that gives you a chance to customize your bite. I ate in and had the deluxe chicken sandwich and the Cajun fries, both of which were really good! The chicken was perfectly cooked and super tender yet crispy! The seasoning on the fries were just enough but not overwhelming. I was too full to try the custard but will definitely be back again to try that along with some of their other sandwich flavors. Recommend popping in and giving them a try!
What a quick & delicious meal made by a friendly & courteous staff! The bread was fresh, the bacon flavorful... messy, sure, but worth it! I was early for my online order pick up but the young man behind the counter apologized for making me wait.
Walked into a clean and bright restaurant and went to the counter to order first. We tried the blackened Cajun sandwich and the buffalo ranch which both were very delicious. Also ordered the chicken tenders which were so meaty but wish they were seasoned a little more. My favorite sauces were definitely the signature sauce and Nashville hot. I especially enjoyed their fries which I got rosemary and Cajun seasoned. Decided to try some sweet tea for my drink which was not good.. Our food came out pretty fast and hot! Everyone working was nice. At the end we ordered a mint Oreo shake that was delicious and had lots of pieces of Oreo! Excited to come back and try some different sandwiches!

Kids meal comes with a lot of food, plus a scoop of custard and a drink. Making the sandwich a combo comes with an absolute mountain of fries, and you can make them Cajun or rosemary. Cajun was great! Didn't try the rosemary. We'll certainly be back, very satisfied.
This place was good! But I need to try it again. I got the Deluxe chicken sandwich but it was too big to even eat properly! So I had to take it apart and eat it. Not much garlic aioli on it which was a bummer. The loaded fries were good! And they keep the toppings with queso in a separate container so your fries don't get mushy. At first I thought they made it wrong but I just had to look for the cup. I really loved their sauces so next time I'll just get tenders with sauces so I don't struggle eating and actually enjoy my meal.

We decided to check out this new fast food chicken joint and it did not disappoint. It's new with modern vibes with plenty of seating for both small and large parties. Service was good and they even came by and cleared our table when we were done. As with new places, there are things they need to work on. Although it wasn't terrible, they can work on their cleanliness. When we came in several tables were empty, but they were either dirty or the floor underneath was cluttered with trash and food crumbs. They serve Pepsi drinks and there's a sauce bar. It was nice to have some variety in your dipping sauces- buffalo, Korean bbq, buttermilk ranch, and signature (honey mustard-esque sauce). We got the Korean bbq sandwhich which was their monthly special item and the southwest salad. You can pick either grilled or fried for either entrees. We also got fries which have different seasoning. We decided to try the rosemary pepper which was pretty good! It was savory and a little sweet. They also have frozen custard. There's also to-go pints in the fridge next to the register. We were pretty full, but would definitely come back and try. All in all, would come again.
Food: Fries (5/5): Massive portion. Like triple a large fries from McDonald's. Excellent Buffalo sauce. The signature sauce is tangy, tasty, and wow. Ranch is good. The Korean BBQ sauce hits the spot. Deluxe Sandwich (4/5): Whoa, that's a massive piece of chicken. Good portion size, huge. The sandwich itself is solid though the chicken could have used a little more seasoning. Still, you definitely get your money's worth. Southwest Salad (4/5): Good, with slim chicken. The toppings were fresh and the dressing worked well. A lighter option if you don't want the heavy fried stuff, though the chicken is on the thinner side. Service: Not Rated Good. Food was brought to the table and the manager checked on us. Friendly enough without being overbearing. Ambiance: Not Rated Cafeteria style seating with booths and tables of four. Nothing fancy but comfortable for a quick meal. read more

My first time at Super Chix was incredible. I ordered the Bacavo Ranch chicken sandwich, the fried pickles, rosemary fries. My wife ordered the chicken tenders and we finished everything off with a reeses custard. The best part was Walter the manager! He grilled up some chicken tenders to try on the grill and they were AWESOME. Atmosphere was great, nice and clean and the staff was incredible as well. I was really surprised to see the bad reviews on here because that has not been my experience. People should give this place another try! I suggest the Bacavo and Walter's special grilled chicken tenders! read more

THANK YOU SUPER CHIX for opening up my best new "slow food, served fast" restaurant in the Portland Metro Area!! (Metro in my book includes Vancouver, Battleground, Ridgefield,Camas and Washougal) The chicken is not good....IT'S EXCELLENT and ELEVATED!!!! SUPER FRESH, FLAVOR PACKED, JUICY!! The tenders are tender!!! I prefer the GRILLED CHICKEN, the seasoning is so tasty it makes you want to lick the paper it comes on......However I think most people looooove the battered chicken ...I have tried both...!! Give the ASIAN SESAME CHICKEN SALAD a try...skip the mandarin oranges, add extra cashews...have the dressing on the side..drum roll...the romaine lettuce is so fresh...it looks like it just came out of the garden!! Served with a chicken fillet.. GRILLED for the weight lifters...battered for the rest of you chicken lovers! We pretty much have given up on going out to eat because of the quality of the food...and the service !! Twelve bucks for a salad is fair..when it's fresh!! Super Chix management team, Walter and Samantha run a tight ship and the entire restaurant is clean and organized Tony is one of the cooks...knows his way around the chicken....superlative... Anthony, Wren, Edy...all the front end service crew are top notch...too many names to mention them all...thank you all you hard working SUPER CHIX humans...you ARE appreciated!! Join the loyalty program BEFORE YOU GO ORDER YOUR FOOD...get you some points...dollar for dollar...for free food!! Did I mention the sauces are free!!! They have a garlic aoli sauce to live for!! Skip the beef and eat chicken...ohhhh and the fresh cut IDAHO fries ...OH MY GOODNESS...SO SO WONDERFUL... WILL TRY FRIED DILL PICKLES with my granddaughter Kate... And then there's the custard... it called to me so I had a teeny bit on a tiny spoon...the vanilla...oh...I have to save that for my beautiful grandkids to try... Finally had a chance to stop in one evening to grab a quick bite. The line was long but it moved quick and the restaurant was busy and packed. Staff was friendly and patient. We ended up getting the Korean bbq chicken sandwich and the 4 piece chicken strips with a side of fries. I like that you have the option to season the fries with salt, Cajun and I think it was rosemary and pepper. There is a sauce bar with 8 options for sauce choices at no extra charge. The chicken was moist and juicy but the breading on these trips was so bland. Maybe it's because there are sauces to dip them in, but I prefer seasoned breading. We chose to sit outside since the weather was nice and also because it was so packed inside. Waited quite a bit for our food, which we expected since it was so busy and since they recently opened. I do want to go back to try their salads, but I'm in no hurry to go back any time soon. They also have pints of custard you can buy to take home! read more
