I'm a big fan of five guys and this is the closest one to my house and I'm here at least 1-2 times a month. The food doesn't disappoint! My only reason for writing this review is the stereo speakers. Come on guys! The speakers have been completely blown out for a couple years now. Still you have the music on louder than it needs to be and your customers are forced to listen to the static and droning of blown out speakers. I can't even imagine working there for hours on end and being forced to listen to than noise. Time to replace the speakers PLEASE! A new set of Sonos speakers is only a few hundred bucks read more

Wow! This place is amazing. I walked in and went to sit down... the Employee just asked me if I ordered, in less than 10 seconds, and I was like "yes, I am." She just said - "we are working on it, it should be done soon for you!" I said wow, I have never had this from another location. I am going to share with the world! read more

Five Guys - Burgers Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

I stopped in after work to place an order. The cashier was friendly and provided great service, but we were told they were out of fries and couldn't fulfill any fry orders. While we were waiting, one of the employees offered to cut more potatoes because several customers wanted fries. A female manager told him no. A few moments later, I noticed two baskets of uncooked fries sitting by the fryer, and the employee asked if he could cook those for the customers who were already in the restaurant. The manager responded, "No, I'm saving those for online orders." Hearing that was disappointing. I spoke up and said I couldn't believe she had just said that when there were paying customers standing in the restaurant who wanted fries. She ignored my comment, gave me an irritated look, and then walked away. Before heading to the back, she told the staff to "just make the fries." By that point, our order was ready, and I wasn't willing to wait any longer. What bothered me most wasn't just that they had run out of fries--it was the manager's attitude and priorities. It was frustrating to see customers who had taken the time to come into the restaurant treated as less important than potential online orders that hadn't even arrived yet. Running out of prepared fries while having plenty of potatoes available also suggested poor planning. I love Five Guys, but I will never return to the Mill Plain location. The manager on duty demonstrated poor customer service and a lack of sound judgment when it came to prioritizing the customers who were already in the restaurant. read more

Love how you can customize your burger. Fries and burger patties are really tasty! I'm a sucker for peanuts too! They fry their fries in peanut oil just like Super Chix and they're the bomb. read more

The tables outside are absolutely disgusting, they're never cleaned. I wonder if the health department needs to be called? They need to be wiped down just like the inside tables. Burgers are good though, only reason for the 3 star review. read more

IMO- still the best reasonably priced burger around. Every now and then I gotta do the five guys! Love their french fries, and they have delicious shakes. Sometimes I get a hotdog because they are yummy too! Today I went with a cheeseburger to satisfy my craving. it was great.! You can have it your way, however, that may be. Gotta love the peanuts that you get for free while you wait. I love me some guys :) read more

Burger time for me is when I can't think of anything else to eat so five guys is my goto. When you order the regular burgers they always include a double patty. I'm not sure why I'm doing that to myself today. But here we go. Of course the fries are forever. One regular order of fries is enough for your household. And it wouldn't be legit unless the paper bag has grease spots on the bottom. Verified!!! All I can say is it hit the spot!!!!!! read more

We order delivery from this store every couple of months. We have had a few times where our DoorDash drivers have eaten our fries. This was very unhygienic, unprofessional, and unappetizing. So, since then if we order we also call the store and request extra stickers on our bag of food to completely seal it. We did this tonight. The employee (sounded female and young) was very understanding and promised she would take special care with our order. When we received it we were very happy. See photo. She had ensured that our bag was sealed with stickers including our shakes. :) This employee was not only kind, upbeat and sympathetic to our concerns, she went above and beyond to ensure it would not happen tonight. This young lady deserves a raise!!!! As far as the food goes, no complaints. Hot, yummy, and met our expectations. read more

Let me start by saying I had planned on not eating Five guys anymore after a really disappointing experience in another state but I was so impressed! They made the burgers and fries fresh immediately after ordering, the staff was friendly and it wasn't overly busy. Cool modern interior with big windows. Burger was excellent and we had more fries than we knew what to do with. Only downside is it was around 50 dollars for 2 burgers and 2 fries which was pretty wild. For that reason only, I won't frequent there but for an occasional good burger sure! read more

Maybe an off day for Jason @ Register 3? Our not-so-inexpensive burgers arrived literally smashed and the regular fry was the size of a small. Burgers themselves were messy - not well executed. We watched the prep from our table and the same person that took our order was also involved in food prep. This location used to be our favorite Five Guys - yes, they seem to vary by location. We usually visit this location at least 2x a month. Not going back for a while. PS: Anyone else annoyed with having to add a tip before receiving your food? I know this is becoming more common practice at fast food restaurants but being requested to tip and then later receiving subpar food just isn't right. read more

Best Burgers and fries anywhere around. Blows everyone out of the water. The crew was awesome. The place is very clean.

Their burgers are tasty with a good choice of free toppings. I had the smallest burger with mushrooms, relish, onions, & mayo. If you don't want a bun, there's a choice to have it wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl. The burger was cooked just right without tasting dry. The fries are hand cut. On the eatery's board, it'll show where the spuds are from in the US. It was worth the wait as the food came hot and fresh. There's other choices such as dogs and sandwiches. If you enjoy milkshakes, this is the place. read more

Do you like peanuts? I do not everyone is a fan but I look forward to them every time I come here. You help yourself to peanuts while you wait for your order. Most people come here for the burgers which are amazing and I have to say their service is usually very fast and the fountain drinks have never had a problem everything tastes like it should which is really nice. Their fries are amazing love those. The burgers are always juicy and messy so be prepared to use a few napkins but you will not be disappointed nothing will be dried out everything will be fresh vegetables lettuce tomato whatever everything is always as advertised. Definitely worth the money and the time to stop and rest and eat I don't think I would eat one of these burgers in the car just a side note a little too messy for that but everyone needs to take a break anyway so grab a table and enjoy yourself and don't forget the peanuts! read more

Not sure what all the hype is about. Sullen staff; not a smile to be found. Fries over-cooked and soggy. Unidentifiable. Oh well.

Sometimes you're just craving a burger and have to go the place nearest you! I like this Five Guys in Vancouver. It's located in the plaza with other food options, but the family wanted burgers! They have a easy to read menu where you choose the kind of burger you want. All of the burgers come with two meat patties. If you want just one patty, then you'll want to order their "little" sizes. There are a range of sauces and toppings you can add to your burger. In a sense, you get to choose and customize your burger! They are very patient as you go down the list of all the toppings (especially if you like everything!). If you are eating inside, then you can snack on some of their peanuts while you wait. We were taking our burgers to-go. They typically won't let you take peanuts with you home, but the people there were so kind and allowed us to take some peanuts home! We really appreciated their kindness. I really like the peanuts here, but I found some of them to be way too salty. The others were just fine. We ordered five burgers and I really liked their organization system. They have sticker numbers they place on each burger along with a receipt that shows each burger's number. It makes handing out burgers to each person really easy! I found the burgers to be just average. I had a cheeseburger with the works. I liked grilled onions and mushrooms. The buns did get soggy and I didn't feel like the burger itself really wow me. However, it definitely fulfilled my meaty, burger fix. The fries are also just alright. They give you a lot! They fill the cup and then dump more into the bag. We got regular fries and cajun fries. The cajun fries were not spiced very well (I think the worker was new) and the regular fries were just alright. They were more soggy than crisp. Overall, it's an alright burger place if you are craving something! I like the complimentary peanuts for those dining in and the service at this particular location. read more

Ordered Online: They have a cool webapp for ordering and you can pay right there. I love that I can order as I leave my house and not worry about waiting too long for my food once I'm there. However, I've never come in and there been a line anyway =P. Service: The employees have always been really really friendly and fast. The food: It's simply epic. I always get a loaded burger with just about everything on it. It is on par with the best fast food burgers I've ever had... every single time. It reminds me of Shake Shack in NYC, which is my favorite fast food burger ever (Smoke Shack). The fries are made with fresh-pressed peanut oil (they actually press it in store!). They're soft, and feel like real fried potatoes, unlike McDonald's or whatever... which feel crunchy outside, and like a sponge inside (supposedly due to flash-freezing). Mine were seasoned with Cajun seasoning, which was an excellent bit of something difference, though you can get them plain as well. The portions for everything are HUGE. The large fry is more than I can eat with a huge burger, and I consider myself a bit of a glut. Overall... it's an excellent experience, though and definitely worth a visit! They offer free peanuts inside the store, which is kind of cool, too! read more

Very good fries. We always order the Cajun fries and they are always fresh, perfectly seasoned and salted and very, very tasty! Perfect potion size too for the price. Hubby and I just buy one and share it between each other. We always fight for the last fry and before we know it, they're all gone! So addictive! Haven't tried their burgers because we are vegan and it's hard to find good burgers for affordable prices. But maybe one day we will try their burgers. read more

This is The 1st time I have gone into 5 guys since the pandemic. I have to say I was impressed at the service level and the speed that it took to receive my order. I will definitely go back. read more

The burger was amazing, fries were a little over cooked for me, but still amazing. Not bad for my first time.

Absolutely stupid! I left feeling like I'd been mugged... are they crazy... how can they stay in business? Then again, why did I acquiesce.... why didn't I walk out... and they robbed me with smiles on their faces... the 5 Guys folks must think we are idiots! Never again... to explain... I was driving around and got that craving we've all had "... boy I could go for a good cheeseburger..." so, hell, why not go to 5 Guys... it's been awhile... walked in... just like the old days... dirty tables abound... walked up ordered a cheeseburger and fries... hand 'em my card... stepped aside... found a table, got my medium drink... picked my greasey bag (that's okay) got the burger out and WTF!! $19.00 INCLUDING TAX! Had to be a mistake, went up to the counter... nope, $19.00 HOW CAN THEY CHARGE THAT FOR A BURGER, FRIES AND A DRINK? Obviously, never again... El Stupido... what a rip off! You wanna go there, fine but me... no way... to be honest the burger was just okay and the fries as you would expect were very greasy... the 5 Guys should be arrested... or... even better, let's watch 'em go broke! read more

If it wasn't for the cost, this would be 5 stars! I don't mind paying more for quality, and 5 guys is more about 'free condiments' and huge fries! Be careful in ordering as the 'mini' burger is one burger patty and the 'regular' is 2, so stick with the mini patty and get all the condiments ('all the way'). I made the mistake to not specify and the cashier didn't ask about'q or 2 patties' and it was a lot messier and the bun became overwhelmed, as well as the wrapping! The fries are great fresh, especially Cajun, but can run a little salty, so make sure to shake it up in the bag, as they always scoop in extra. Milkshakes was the best surprise, as you can taste the strawberry chunks and or best of the meal I still like 'In-N-Out' for it's simplicity, but 5 guys do step up more quantity and choices, if you are willing to pay more read more

Five Guys - Double bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. - Burgers Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

Just got back from this place. Worst experience. We called in the order so we could save time. I got there and had to wait 15-20 minutes. Pretty sure my burgers just sat with the fry guy for 15 minutes. Got home the fries were super salty. Burgers were cold. My wife didn't even eat hers. I call back to tell them food sucks. Dude comes on the phone super nice and says "I understand let me go get manager" chick comes back on the phone and says "can you call back in 10 minutes" I think I lost it at that moment. Place sucks, labor issue is real... PS I want to remove one star and put zero. read more

I placed on online order 20 minutes prior to my arrival but still had to wait an additional 15 minutes before my order was ready. Kind of defeats the whole point of ordering ahead, doesn't it? The food itself also left my family disappointed. Of the two Cheeseburgers I paid $8.35 each for, only one had 2 patties. Secondly, none of the patties had any seasoning or flavor to them. Even the soggy, undercooked fries were unsalted. I'm not one to complain but there was literally not one thing correct with my order. There are many better burger dining options available in the area especially considering the high prices and low quality of the food at Five Guys. read more

Who doesn't love a great burger and fries? Over the years they have established burger of the year over and over again. What I love about this place is that you can completely customize whatever burger you want. One Patty? You've got it. Two patties and bacon? Oh, add mushrooms? Whatever you want. The best feature about them is that you can order pick up and it's ready right when you walk in the door. Their fries are out of this world, and huge! The next thing that is on the docket to try is their milkshakes. I heard everyone ranting and raving about them. But I'm always way too full to eat or drink anything else! Keep up the great work. read more

Cajun French fries are so good! Just the right amount of spicy. Not so bad that it burns your mouth. The cheeseburger was much better than last time- I think because the onions and mushrooms weren't grilled, which I think was why last time it was soggy when delivered. read more

Five Guys - Double with everything but mushrooms - Burgers Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

I completely forgot I had a Five Guys near me! It's been a hot minute since I've come to this location! The boy and I were out and about. It was raining. We were hungry but didn't want to cook. Our errands took us to 1st street where we originally planned on going elsewhere. Then, like a beam from the sky with angels singing, we see Five Guys. Decision. Made. Ironically, it was 4 ladies running the show... there's a joke in there somewhere, but I digress. I like to order the "small" which is only 1 patty, but I add cheese and bacon, so it makes up for the fat and calories. This is not the place to go when watching the figure! He gets the double bacon cheeseburger. We both load up on the toppings and share a large fry. Everything is ordered to-go and we chow on peanuts while waiting for our order. Boy oh boy this is one of those stretchy sweatpants sitting on the couch not planning on moving for a few hours meals. We were both so incredibly stuffed, but man it was worth every bite! read more

It's really good for a fast food chain. But $10 for a Cheese burger, sm. fries, and medium drink is just to much for a fast food joint. And their decor is a little over the top. I've heard a lot about Five Guys and finally got a chance to try them out today. Let me just tell you, the burgers were legit. It had an In-n-Out kind of feel to it, but the food was 10x better. The fact that you can put any and as many toppings as you want was a major bonus. Let's talk about the fries. I'm always nervous about ordering fries at fast/semi-fast food places. They're usually limp, supper oily, and lacking in flavor. The fries here at Five Guys were amazing. Nice and crispy outside while still being moist and tender inside. They were lightly salted and you could tell they were fresh. It was also a major plus that they have malt vinegar to put on them. Mmmmmmm. The reason I'm giving this 4 stars and not 5 was the fact that they use American cheese, and the cheese on my burger was barely melted. read more

I just don't know what all the hype is about with this place. Yes, the fries are good but not very crisp. The burger I had was just okay. Meat was over cooked. Good, greasy, deliciousness. That's what I'm craving any time I stop at a Five Guys.
