I'm a big fan of five guys and this is the closest one to my house and I'm here at least 1-2 times a month. The food doesn't disappoint! My only reason for writing this review is the stereo speakers. Come on guys! The speakers have been completely blown out for a couple years now. Still you have the music on louder than it needs to be and your customers are forced to listen to the static and droning of blown out speakers. IMO- still the best reasonably priced burger around. Every now and then I gotta do the five guys! Love their french fries, and they have delicious shakes. I'm not sure why I'm doing that to myself today. But here we go. Of course the fries are forever. One regular order of fries is enough for your household. We order delivery from this store every couple of months. We have had a few times where our DoorDash drivers have eaten our fries. This was very unhygienic, unprofessional, and unappetizing. So, since then if we order we also call the store and request extra stickers on our bag of food to completely seal it. We did this tonight. The employee (sounded female and young) was very understanding and promised she would take special care with our order. When we received it we were very happy. See photo. She had ensured that our bag was sealed with stickers including our shakes. :) This employee was not only kind, upbeat and sympathetic to our concerns, she went above and beyond to ensure it would not happen tonight. Let me start by saying I had planned on not eating Five guys anymore after a really disappointing experience in another state but I was so impressed! They made the burgers and fries fresh immediately after ordering, the staff was friendly and it wasn't overly busy. Cool modern interior with big windows. Burger was excellent and we had more fries than we knew what to do with. Only downside is it was around 50 dollars for 2 burgers and 2 fries which was pretty wild. For that reason only, I won't frequent there but for an occasional good burger sure! read more

We watched the prep from our table and the same person that took our order was also involved in food prep. This location used to be our favorite Five Guys - yes, they seem to vary by location. We usually visit this location at least 2x a month. Not going back for a while. PS: Anyone else annoyed with having to add a tip before receiving your food? Their burgers are tasty with a good choice of free toppings. I had the smallest burger with mushrooms, relish, onions, & mayo. If you don't want a bun, there's a choice to have it wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl. The burger was cooked just right without tasting dry. The fries are hand cut. Do you like peanuts? I do not everyone is a fan but I look forward to them every time I come here. You help yourself to peanuts while you wait for your order. Most people come here for the burgers which are amazing and I have to say their service is usually very fast and the fountain drinks have never had a problem everything tastes like it should which is really nice. Their fries are amazing love those. The burgers are always juicy and messy so be prepared to use a few napkins but you will not be disappointed nothing will be dried out everything will be fresh vegetables lettuce tomato whatever everything is always as advertised. Definitely worth the money and the time to stop and rest and eat I don't think I would eat one of these burgers in the car just a side note a little too messy for that but everyone needs to take a break anyway so grab a table and enjoy yourself and don't forget the peanuts! read more

They have a easy to read menu where you choose the kind of burger you want. All of the burgers come with two meat patties. If you want just one patty, then you'll want to order their "little" sizes. There are a range of sauces and toppings you can add to your burger. In a sense, you get to choose and customize your burger! They are very patient as you go down the list of all the toppings (especially if you like everything!). If you are eating inside, then you can snack on some of their peanuts while you wait. We were taking our burgers to-go. They typically won't let you take peanuts with you home, but the people there were so kind and allowed us to take some peanuts home! We really appreciated their kindness. I really like the peanuts here, but I found some of them to be way too salty. The others were just fine. We ordered five burgers and I really liked their organization system. They have sticker numbers they place on each burger along with a receipt that shows each burger's number. It makes handing out burgers to each person really easy! I found the burgers to be just average. I had a cheeseburger with the works. I liked grilled onions and mushrooms. The buns did get soggy and I didn't feel like the burger itself really wow me. However, it definitely fulfilled my meaty, burger fix. The fries are also just alright. They give you a lot! Very good fries. We always order the Cajun fries and they are always fresh, perfectly seasoned and salted and very, very tasty! Perfect potion size too for the price. Hubby and I just buy one and share it between each other. We always fight for the last fry and before we know it, they're all gone! So addictive! Ordered Online: They have a cool webapp for ordering and you can pay right there. I love that I can order as I leave my house and not worry about waiting too long for my food once I'm there. However, I've never come in and there been a line anyway =P. Service: The employees have always been really really friendly and fast. The food: It's simply epic. I always get a loaded burger with just about everything on it. It is on par with the best fast food burgers I've ever had... every single time. It reminds me of Shake Shack in NYC, which is my favorite fast food burger ever (Smoke Shack). The fries are made with fresh-pressed peanut oil (they actually press it in store!). They're soft, and feel like real fried potatoes, unlike McDonald's or whatever... which feel crunchy outside, and like a sponge inside (supposedly due to flash-freezing). Mine were seasoned with Cajun seasoning, which was an excellent bit of something difference, though you can get them plain as well. The portions for everything are HUGE. The large fry is more than I can eat with a huge burger, and I consider myself a bit of a glut. Overall... it's an excellent experience, though and definitely worth a visit! If it wasn't for the cost, this would be 5 stars! I don't mind paying more for quality, and 5 guys is more about 'free condiments' and huge fries! Be careful in ordering as the 'mini' burger is one burger patty and the 'regular' is 2, so stick with the mini patty and get all the condiments ('all the way'). I made the mistake to not specify and the cashier didn't ask about'q or 2 patties' and it was a lot messier and the bun became overwhelmed, as well as the wrapping! The fries are great fresh, especially Cajun, but can run a little salty, so make sure to shake it up in the bag, as they always scoop in extra. I placed on online order 20 minutes prior to my arrival but still had to wait an additional 15 minutes before my order was ready. Kind of defeats the whole point of ordering ahead, doesn't it? The food itself also left my family disappointed. Of the two Cheeseburgers I paid $8.35 each for, only one had 2 patties. Secondly, none of the patties had any seasoning or flavor to them.
