Stopped here last minute because we were out for an event nearby and everything was closing. Honestly this place looked like it was closing? it's super dark from the outside and we couldn't tell until we got into the parking lot that we could see people inside. Even after going in, the lights over the menu were turned off. Service was the main drawback to be honest, since the lady who met us at the counter was super blunt and unfriendly. Food was ok, nothing crazy, but nothing disappointing either. I got a turkey burger with waffle fries and my wife got a regular cheese burger. The turkey burger was not dry and it tasted decent. I haven't had much fastfood in recent memory so it's hard to compare to other locations of similar value and speed. read more

Service was good worth a 20% gratuity. The staff member was welcoming and friendly. I'm not from this region but had stopped by a BV once before and had their Walla Walla onion rings. Unfortunately their seasonal I had the colossal burger with cheese. I asked about the BV sauce I asked if a burger 1000 style or or like In n Out. They mentioned more like In n Out a mustard based. I declined the sauce and asked for mayo only. Fries are nothing special fairly generic. The burger was good definitely taste the better quality of beef vs a national chain. Burger was sloppy and had good flavor. Personally a blot on the lettuce for excess water to be removed. But definitely fresh. When in the Vancouver Washington or Portland area I'd consider again. read more

Who doesn't like Burgerville? Good food( miss the halibut though) very friendly staff.

NW Burger, garlic waffle fries and an drink. The great . French fries are amazing, if you want crispy fries and are a fan of garlic, these things are for you!The good. Everything but the meat. Just didn't care for the quality of beef in the burger. Bun and veg were fresh, crisp, soft as appropriate. The meh. The patty, taste was not great. The service was efficient and professional. Fast food setting in a clean and well maintained front area. read more

Thai is the time to get your seasonal Oregon strawberry deserts at Burgerville. Most folks may not be aware the the strawberries are from Oregon. Oregon strawberries are much sweeter than your typical California strawberry. The season is pretty short so I'd you like strawberry shortcake or shakes. Checkout Burgerville. The desert was perfect as I expected. They use a vanilla flavored biscuit instead of a cake. The biscuit is most not crumbly. The strawberries are sweet and delicious. Top with vanilla soft serve ice cream. Can you say PERFECT!! read more

Food was cold and it was unseasoned ... everything was EXTRS even ketchup and mustard ... the only good thing was the shake he bought when he went to complain to the manager about the food. That would be the ONLY thing worth going back for. Worse than McDonald's and thats saying something read more

I am always happy when strawberry lemonade season comes around. Today I tried the new fried cheese curds. They apparently have a honey abobo powder on them. Thankfully it gave them flavor but not heat. They had a nice crisp shell and the flavor mixed well with the cheese. The curds come with several options for a dipping sauce but I don't think they needed it. Very tasty and a good portion size for the cost. read more

Got 2 cheeseburgers and a large fry. Total was $13.00ish. Fries are not great BUT if you just want something small, the cheeseburger is the way to go. Patties are small, thin, good for tiny bellies, but it's the buns. The buns on these burgers is something else. How can the bun be strong, soft, chewy and delicious? I don't know but Burgerville "basic" cheeseburgers are the ticket. Never had I eaten at Burgerville, I wouldn't do fries again but I will be getting the cheeseburgers. read more

AMAZING SERVICE, [and great deals] FIVE STARS would come back here. it's great with friends

Now that all fast food restaurants are charging more, there's no reason not to choose Burgerville. It costs the same as eating at other places with a drive thru but the quality is so, so good. I don't even bother with other fast food places because their food is just cheap garbage. Burgerville's food is packed with flavor, and it's actually real food instead of bottom barrel science experiments. The grass fed burger patty is make-you-want-to-cry good. The sauces are so explosive in awesome flavor that I had to save the leftover sauce to eat later with other food- can't waste the stuff, it's so satisfying. The truffle waffley fries are delicious but more salt than I prefer. Otherwise super tasty and great texture- crispy exterior and fluffy inside. The fudge sundae has light and airy whipped cream and the chocolate sprinkles give a satisfying crunch; the ice cream is rich and flavorful; the fudge sauce was more bitter than I expected and I would class it as bitter dark chocolate. I personally would have liked it better if it had been sweeter. Overall, you will not regret choosing to eat here. read more

Overpriced and average at best. For $7 I expecting a decent burger. I double cheeseburger at McDonald's blows it out of the water in terms of value and quality. I never thought I'd say that about McDonald's but their quality was much better for the price. The burger was small and the meat patties were paper thin. read more

Burgerville has lost its luster! The days of juicy turkey burgers, yummy fish burgers and all around quality of food is gone! Ordered a fish sandwich today hoping for at least a decent sandwich. Now their fish patty is frozen, tasteless and not one bit of tartar sauce, But the worse part was the lettuce was old and gross! Never again and what a shame for a PNW icon that so many of us relied on the quality of food once served! read more

First time at a Burgerville and won't be our last. Excellent, fresh ingredients for their burgers and the bun is nicely heated and soft. Meat is grass fed and expertly grilled and just a hint of pink. Lettuce was crispy and tomatoes were firm and not overripe. Fries were quite good as well. The strawberry shake we ordered had chunks of real strawberry but a smooth, creamy texture. Overall, I'm impressed and glad I took a friend's advice to finally try this place. read more

I usually don't have issues when I do an online order for curbside pickup but I don't know why my order took forever tonight. There's no reason it should have over 20 mins for my small order of a shake, a regular fry and a burger. They weren't even busy. I sat at the curbside pickup waiting and watching and only saw 2 cars go through the drive-through as I was pulling up to park. While I sat there and waited, I watched an employee go in from break, another employee go out for break and a third employee sit at the window on break cuz he sat right in front of where I was sitting and waiting for my order. I'm almost positive they weren't paying attention to when I checked in for my order because by the time I finally got my food, my shake was melted and my fries were cold. I believe the only reason I finally got my order is because the employee sweeping the floor saw me sitting there and I watched her go grab my food and come out to tell me "sorry, the computers aren't working"... which I do not believe she was telling the truth. Won't be returning to this location. I'll continue to go to the location near fourth plain instead. So disappointed. read more

I Love to have a Burgerville burger about 3 times a year! I LOVE them. I went thru the Drive thru, it was Great, Fast and Friendly! I ordered a Cheeseburger basket. I asked for extra spread and add pickles. I do not know if this offended the cook or thought putting three full stacked levels of pickles on my burger would be Funny! Why? Unfortunately my first bite was awful. I took the Big stack of pickles off and ate the Burger. It was Good! Messing with people's food isn't Funny! Then you ask for a tip‍ read more

I went to this location for my first time. I had the opportunity to be greeted by JESS. Super nice. So welcoming. She even upsold me on a shake it is absolutely amazing. Hazelnut chocolate. I'll be back in the morning for the biscuits and gravy. It is a bit pricey for a burger but I had a great experience. The fries are better than 5 guys hot and seasoned the way I like. I was skeptical about the spread she told me about, actually really good. Jess is a keeper and definitely will come back here again when I am in town. read more

Chicken sandwich is really good. The coleslaw is not good at all. 4 ounces for $2 something? Definitely NOT worth it.

Everything about this place is average. Price and portions/taste/and presentation is all standard amount fast food joints. They Need to work on creating something that sets them apart. LOVE the mission of this company. Local, sustainable etc etc. still will recommend just to support the cause. read more

First time in area - looked interesting so walked in for a take out order. My first sense was the place had an odd smell. Order board was behind counter - being an older person, it was a little difficult to read so I just quickly ordered a Colossal burger and a shake for take out. While I was waiting for my order a customer came up to the counter and was complaining about the food they ordered. The clerk said she would tell the cook.... Got my order, went to my car to eat since I was waiting for a phone call from a doctor. The burger was a raw mess. I couldn't even take a bit it looked so bad. I Just smashed it up and threw it in the trash. What a disappointment - an expensive one at that! I didn't have time to go back inside so it was my loss - but not really since I'll never go to a Burgerville again. read more

I don't go to Burgerville very often. It was a cheap option when I was a meat-eater (the original hamburger hovers at around $2, less than a dollar more if you want a cheeseburger), but now that I'm vegetarian, the only option I have is the vegi-bean burger, which is about $6-7. Not as good of a deal, but oh well. My friends were craving it today, so I tagged along. It tasted great though! I love their sauce options, especially the garlic aioli. I'm a fan of the waffle fries over classic, and can't wait until they have blackberry lemonade and blackberry shakes in season. As someone who doesn't usually enjoy fast food, coming every once in a while feels nice. read more

what the heck was I thinking? why oh why did I expect better results than my last visit? ...never again! I'm gonna make every effort to be positive... yes, the onion rings were good BUT... $7.00... I must have been out of my mind... NOT 7.00 GOOD, maybe 4.00 good but not $7.00!!! so, hold onto your seat... a regular collassal + medium drink + onion rings... $18.00... AND... THEY EXPECT A TIP! to add insult on injury when I got the burger it looked like it was thrown against a wall... the least they could do is have a nice presentation, I hate it say it but McDonald's does a better job... so I'm sitting there and it came to me... the light went on... BG's marketing strategy is to capitalize on their "history"! I saw mostly older people like me remembering the old days, no young people (who the hell can afford this place)... okay, enuf said... if you wanna overspend on lunch... great! If you are looking for a phony smile, go here... I can however guarantee you a memorable (not in a good way) experience! Cheers read more

I had never heard of Burgerville until my first trip to Oregon last week. I was informed this is a classic local chain that must be experienced. I was not disappointed! It kind of strikes me as a cross between In-n-Out and Wendy's--The same focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients In-n-Out has with a larger menu similar in scope to Wendy's. The Walla Walla Sweet Onion Rings are absurd--you can wear them as arm bangles if you want. They are 700+ calories for 3, and well worth the fat intake. The burgers are fresh and delicious, but it all comes down to the famed Burgerville sauce, which coats everything it touches with supreme deliciousness. I also sampled their shakes and cookies--nothing disappointed. I wish they'd bring Burgervile down south! read more

Burgerville CHEATs it single male customers over age 40. Of the 4 Burgerville Restaurants that I have visited, I never received the Food items that I have paid for. The meal items are smaller than advertised. Family customers receive a more generous food item. My fries are always lesser and the burger is smaller it should. Many people in the north seem to think that single men over don't have right ownership of their paycheck. McDonalds and Wendy's are CHEATs also . read more

Have always loved the Walla Walla Sweet Onion Rings and was excited to finally get some. They were very disappointing, however, I think it's because they're just not meant to be eaten outside of the restaurant. The dining room is still closed, so we had no option other than getting them to go. I think if we had eaten in the dining room, right out of the fryer, they'd be excellent. Also a bit of a snafu using the app to order food. Still waited over 20-minutes in parking lot for our order. Tried calling and texting store to see what the delay is and couldn't get a response. Very apologetic and frazzled girl finally brought food out. An apology really goes a long way to diffuse, because we were not happy, but after her sincere apology and acknowledging that we waited a very long time, her smile and kindness made it all ok. The drive-thru was crazy busy. read more

Alright it isn't too often that a fast food burger joint can get me to write a restaurant review, but if you're homesick for good greasy NorthWest food then you won't find a better place than this. This local chain of 39 restaurants that straddles the I-5 corridor from mid Oregon to mid Washington is an institution to NW values and waistlines. To their credit they seem good stewards of the environment (as much as a fast food place can be). They use only 100% natural Oregon raised beef (or you can substitute turkey or gardenburgers), Tillamook cheese, Willamette Valley strawberries and even buy 100% of their power from local wind power generators (I guess fish killing dams is less politically correct than bird killing windmills). read more

I want to talk about the poor service and poor food on 2 recent visits (one happened last night 7/3, and the other happened this a.m., 7/4). Last night for dinner we ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers with no mayonnaise, that is the only condiment on the burger, per the menu. The person helping me repeated my order correctly twice. We picked up the order which appeared to be correct, the receipt said no mayo too. Getting ready to enjoy our burgers, we noticed that all 3 burgers had ketchup on them! This is a problem because #1- my husband is allergic to the stuff, #2 I detest the stuff. I called Burgerville, talked to a manager, he said that he would refund me the cost of 1 burger and put the $ back on my bank card. I was happy with this gesture. The refund has not even posted as a pending transaction. We didn't know this info. about the charge not even pending yet. We were out and about and stopped by the same Burgerville and ordered crunch biscuits, 2 with meat, 1 no meat, all no onions. The person again repeated our order correctly. We get home, ready to eat and there is A LOT of onions, and the sandwiches are practically dripping in grease, and the hash brown (the "crunch" in the crunch biscuit ) was a soggy, soft thing. I couldn't eat mine it was so yuck! Then they have the gall to ask for a tip! read more
