When I go to Quiznos (and it's not often anymore), I almost always order a Chicken Carbonara. The sandwich itself isn't the problem. The problem is I had to pay $21.50 for the sandwich. That was only the sandwich. No drink or bag of chips included. The prices are too much. Even with prices as they are, I could have saved $5 - 10 by going to other places that serve food. For $21 I expect something exceptional for my food. Quiznos subs have had the same tastes for years, which I'm not complaining about. The prices are far too expensive. read more

These prices for a regular sub are out of control. I haven't been to a Quiznos for at least 15 years. I was glad to see they still had the chicken carbonara on the menu. It tasted the same but for $17 I can go somewhere else and get better food. Two regular sub subs and two drinks for $50. Never again read more

Gluten free review only: Hh My family and I stroll into Quiznos, ready to conquer the gluten-free world one toasted sandwich at a time. I order the turkey on gluten-free bread. The bread? Delightful! It was a great size, It was toasted just right, which is absolutely perfect for gluten-free. We all know if it's not toasted we're choking. This was golden. But hold on, let's get to the sandwich's architecture. The back portion of my sandwich was good, but the front portion of my sandwich was missing a little. One side was practically a vacation destination, a little empty. I'm not sure if there's a certain amount they're supposed to put on sandwiches? It was still good. And I still enjoyed it. The sandwich was $15. That is including the gluten-free bread. I applaud Quiznos for giving me the gluten-free option. Sandwich was made wrong . They tried to charge for stuff that's free. Super rude . Called to get refund they hung up on me called to talk to owner said she was in charge asked for owner to contact me she said no . So how are we suppose to get a refund when they messed up ? I will start out by saying that I love Quiznos food; however, I see everyone giving similar feedback - the prices are out of control. It was close to $18 for a simple regular Turkey sandwich, but normally you need extra meat because Quiznos doesn't give enough. Extra meat for a regular sandwich was close to $8! That's more than what a sandwich should cost in total. Add in chips and a drink and you are looking at $30 which is shocking. This location is WAY more expensive than the 117th (Orchards) location. I like the food but I'd have to take a second out on my house to afford it! $5.95 for double cheese?? $1.50 for a TINY side of dressing? The other location charges $1.50 for double cheese and .50 for dressing side (both location prices are online) I got the EXACT same order yesterday at the orchards location and my total was $26 WITH tip and today was $35 without tip. If a sandwich comes with 6 slices of cheese and I double it wouldn't I get 12 slices ESPECIALLY for that price? The lady said I'd have to pay the extra cheese price TWICE if I wanted true double cheese (so $12 extra for 6 slices!) Their sandwiches are crazy priced to start with! I'm bummed. This was quite possibly the worst sandwich I've ever had. Recently moved back to Vancouver and noticed that there was a Quiznos, hadn't had one in about 20 years. I thought all of those sandwich shops had closed. Ordered the turkey bacon guacamole with Swiss cheese. It had a terrible taste. I don't know what was bad, but the tomatoes were so old that they were almost white not even orange. The shredded lettuce was rotten. The guacamole was squirted on from a bag. Overall, it was awful. I should've walked out when the four people in front of me all brought their food back up to the counter to complain. Either their soup was cold or their sandwich wasn't good. Ordered a sandwich for pick up and the place was empty so I don't understand how they got the sandwich wrong. Instead of jalapeño cheddar, I received rosemary bread which is a strong pungent flavor I am not a fan of. Also bacon bits on the sandwich instead is bacon strips. Will not be coming back. The person who helped us was very friendly and helpful. But I couldn't believe how much two 8 inch sandwiches and a medium drink was!!! Worst customer service ever. Two females working with red hair. Requested our order my husband was very specific about no vegetables on his sandwich. We left and noticed they packed it with lettuce and tomatoes. I went back in to request a new Sandwich it was $14.79 and the girl said she will have to request their manager to come down to fix the sandwich. The boss drove up about 5 minutes later comes in and asked what happened, I told her I just needed a new sandwich as my husband ordered it with no veggies. She then tells me "I'll have to go to the back and check the cameras because the video would have recorded us to see if he asked for veggies" I told her to go ahead and do it and gave her the time we were just in there saying it was less then 2 minutes ago.. (absurd someone would need to check the cameras) She then went to the back. Came back and remade the sandwich. The food is amazing. Always fresh, and very consistent. My work place gets 4-8 subs every Sunday and we have never been disappointed. Great service! My favorite is the Southwest chicken, and the black Angus steakhouse. This is my "go to" lunch spot during my work week.

Lisa gave amazing customer service. The service was quick and easy, it took no longer than 5 minutes, we were in and out. The food was awesome, the bread is better than Subway. I was craving a sub and ran into Quiznos and I'm so glad I did. We were immediately welcomed by a friendly smile and greeting. The employee was helpful and patient while my elderly mother figured out what she wanted to eat. Food was prepared quickly and correctly. The store was clean and well maintained. Pregnant and hungry thought I came to the right place, I walked in and I was noticed with a hi. We had driven for 40 mins and I had to use the bathroom, I asked and the lady if I could use the restroom and instead of saying it was being cleaned I was told it's out of order. The other girl came out with a mop and i asked about 10 min later if I could use the restroom and she said yes (it's cleaned up). I hadn't been to Quiznos since I was probably like 12 years old, this same one actually this is the only one I have ever been to. The food I got was pretty good I got a twelve inch honey mustard chicken sandwich I would definitely eat one again. My wife got a four inch southwest chicken sandwich and she said it was okay her bread was kind of burnt. I probably won't ever come back just because of how expensive it is there, it was about $22 for those two sandwiches which is so wild in my opinion. A bottle of soda was $3 and there were other bottled drinks that were $4. The restaurant was also uncomfortably hot. Food was good though read more

As a delivery driver we depend on our bathroom breaks at the restaurants we deliver from. It is hard to believe the bathroom at Quiznos is always broken. Sometimes we have long order. It is not like we can cancel the order or make our customer wait, it hurts our ratings and with as little we get paid, we can't take any chances. I also find it hard to believe they do not use the restroom the entirety of their shift. These ladies are also very rude, in general. I have always wanted to try Quiznos but will not because of these reasons. Reading the other reviews I can see I am not the only ones who sees rudeness as a deterrent. Do better Quiznos.
