Very nice layout at this location, with a large interior area of booths, a section of tables with chairs, an indoor/outdoor fireplace with seating near both inside and outside, plus a very large bench with additional chairs and tables outside that could accommodate dozens to sit to eat. Having the Panera app is best, but their ordering screens in the lobby will also let you order as a guest. The online menu is fairly well organized and I found it easy to use. By entering my phone number, they were able to identify me and I had my favorites available as well as a discount offer I had earned. I had a bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich which was very good. My companion had the oatmeal which comes with cinnamon sugar, pecans and fresh strawberries. In the future I'd request the cinnamon sugar mixture on the side as they were quite liberal with this, and sometimes less is more. They offer light roast, hazelnut and dark roast coffees, and a nice variety of teas. Very clean, attractive and well-organized place. Drive-thru is a nice option. read more

Hmmm, another mediocre experience at this location. Food was just okay. Employees were nice enough, not overly friendly or welcoming. Just not what I expected from this chain after hearing such high praise from friends and family. There must be better locations out there with fresher ingredients and friendlier employees... I've been seeing commercials on TV advertising their new Salad Stuffers. They look so good I just had to try them! I used the drive-thru at the location near my home. My husband and I have been here a few times over the years and the food has been a mixed bag. This location is part of a little strip mall. It's a stand alone restaurant and offers drive-thru service. You can also order online and pick up orders inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru. A convenient option. They have rewards you can sign up for to earn savings on future orders as well. I ended up ordering the chicken salad Caesar stuffer and a brownie. I chose chips as my free side. The total was $18. The salad stuffer was a nice size; half a French baguette stuffed full of Caesar salad, grilled chicken, croutons and shaved parmesan cheese. The baguette was soft and held the salad nicely without getting soggy. My issue was the lettuce was not fresh. It was waterlogged and had been sitting in the dressing for awhile. The dressing had a nice Caesar flavor without being overpowering. The croutons must have been added later because they were still crunchy. Overall decent, but with Panera's reputation of having fresh, high quality ingredients, I was a bit disappointed in the lettuce. The brownie was disappointing as well. It was dry and not a decadent chocolate flavor. I definitely would not order it again. Overall, just an average experience. It wasn't bad and I ate it, but this will most likely be my last attempt at this location. The prices are high, and definitely not worth the subpar ingredients. I'm not thrilled for 2 reasons. All I wanted was a bagel, mayonnaise, and avocados on both sides, left open-faced. It used to be that I would pay for the bagel and avocado. That's it! Now they make me pay for an entire sandwich. Really? What's worse is that they then made my sandwich, but barely used a quarter of an avocado for both sides. It looked terrible, not enough avocado, yet I'm paying about $7-$8 for this. As much as I enjoy the bagels, I need to stop going and go back to my original bagel place. On Friday, September 12, I placed an order for delivery of half a tuna salad sandwich and half strawberry poppyseed salad. I paid $24.50 for these two items to be delivered. When my order arrived I found that the sandwich was only 3 inches wide(at its widest point)... upon calling Panera. I was told there was no way of compensating me because I didn't have an order number and I ordered it through Uber. I was told to call Uber upon calling them I found that the only way to get help was through the Uber app. I could find no option to reach out to customer service. The thing with Panera is that it's always hit and miss, and this place is definitely the latter. We ordered ahead but ate there, and the food wasn't hot, despite the fact that I had been there at least fifteen minutes before our order was ready. There were a lot of delivery orders taking priority. The little things: I ordered a bowl of soup with bread, and then two sandwiches with bread as a side (to dip into the soup). We got two pieces of bread instead of 3. The order said it would be ready in ten minutes, but it was more like 30, and cold. The big thing: My steak and cheddar sandwich was disgusting. They were out of pickled onions so I chose frizzled instead. I opted out of the horseradish for mayo instead. My sandwich was a piece of days old meat (that's what it tasted like) thrown onto bread with no onions and either a really bad excuse for horseradish, or NASTY Miracle Whip, neither of which I asked for. I expected real mayonnaise and can't stand Miracle Whip. I could only stomach the first half of the sandwich, and only that much because dipping it into the soup helped. I brought the second half home to my husband just in case my sense of taste and smell were off, knowing that he's not nearly as finicky as I am. He's a he'll eat anything kind of guy. I did not mention the miracle whip, and what was his response? The sandwich tasted really old and the spread was horseradish that reminds him of miracle whip. I spent $40, not including tip, on two sandwiches and a bowl of soup. Subway does a better job with their sandwiches, and that's not saying much. I ordered ahead mostly because I wanted my customizations done right (because in a busy lunch time line, it's hard to hear everything people say - nothing against the cashiers), and what I got was a sloppy, nasty sandwich that I probably wouldn't feed a dog. read more

Stopped in this very nice Panera before my hair appointment. This is a large Panera. That was very bright and clean. Nice bathrooms as well. The staff is very friendly and I did not have to wait. Long in line before I ordered. The breads all look fantastic, and the cookies. Wasn't on my menu today :-) I'm trying the green goddess Cobb salad, / chicken. This is all large nice salad. I probably should've gotten the 1/2. Very generous. Nicely seasoned chicken eggs, avocado, tomatoes, thin slices of red onion, bacon, and mixed greens. This include arugula. I like arugula, but I must say, there was too much in the salad. There was also Romain spinach, and some other chopped lettuce is. The dressing was delicious. For me it was overdressed. Next time I will ask for on the side. Very tasty green goddess. Got a piece of baguette with that and some butter. Delicious bread. I just want to give a huge shout out to Nikki and recognize her and her drive thru team. Not only did Nikki go above and beyond to help me with my transaction that I messed up, but she calmly and patiently explained what had been done incorrectly on the tablet where you order. She was very sweet and walked me through all the steps. I live pretty far and this is the closest Panera to me, I explained that it had been a long day and her professionalism and wonderful attitude really just helped me get through the day. It was passed lunch time and I had not eaten all day and was exhausted but she was great. I feel like people write more bad reviews than good and I just wanted to really shout her out for being so wonderful, patient and kind. It did not go unnoticed. Thank you!
