On Friday, September 12, I placed an order for delivery of half a tuna salad sandwich and half strawberry poppyseed salad. I paid $24.50 for these two items to be delivered. When my order arrived I found that the sandwich was only 3 inches wide(at its widest point)... upon calling Panera. I was told there was no way of compensating me because I didn't have an order number and I ordered it through Uber. I was told to call Uber upon calling them I found that the only way to get help was through the Uber app. I could find no option to reach out to customer service. Unfortunately, I am DONE With Panera... They have lost a valuable customer. Such a rip off!

It looks toasted, but trust me, it's not. It's only for show. "Grilled Cheese & Creamy Tomato"

If you're looking to spend $20 for a severely undercooked grilled cheese sandwich and tongue scalding hot tomato soup, Panerai Bread will do the trick. Totally overpriced.

We love Panera's sip club! We've been to dozens of Paneras in five states. We order in the app, walk in and grab our beverages. This location was nice, with an indoor/outdoor fireplace and patio. The staff were friendly and greeted us upon entry. The coffee was delicious as always

It is terrible to see that the soda machine that was provided through Pepsi would not service their machines, knowing that mold is growing. Management is horrible knowing that their employees and the public drinks from this machine I ordered my food here. I ordered a water, but I couldn't even drink the water due to having mold growing underneath and inside the machine. I spoke to them management and the manager at the time looked at me and was not surprised, but at the same time said that they can't do much due to them renting a machine. It's not the employees for his. They say they clean the tips of the machine, but the machine itself is outdated. It should be a new machine. I told him due to people passing away from drinking from machines like this. She said she'll speak to the general manager, but really didn't make no knowledge or anything or anybody to clean it here I provide pictures. Hopefully, the restaurant can get this fixed. This is not only here. There's one location in Oregon that also has Mold. Right by the I five bridge I don't really know the location area but I know it's on exit 308 on I five. . Here I share pictures. Hopefully management can do something about it. It's up to us the people to complain. Please let stop drinking out of his moldy machine . A mandatory update needs to be done regarding this matter Pepsi have to do something about this since they say they rent the machine from you. Peace management if you care about your establishment and the people this matter should be taken care of Pepsi should replace the machine Panera bread is a big established company for these matters shouldn't be affecting the public the one thing about Pierce County King County Washington. They do an alphabet thing they should bring it to Vancouver, Washington to let people know how bad the area is with their location serving to the public.

I payed $14 dollars for Mac-cheese & an apple. The portions are way too small, didn't even fill up to the top. Feels like they gave me a kid's portion. Wasn't worth it, I won't be coming back to Panera bread. Service was nice, but it wasn't worth the money.

Received a grilled cheese sandwich cold, barely any cheese to cover the bread, and the cheese was burnt. So gross. Check out my photo for comparison. Don't go here!!

    $33.00 for this!

Slow, took forever for a bowl of average soup and some bread. The cost is way too high for what you get.

The duo of bartenders covering the area did an awesome job (thank you guys!). I tried a draft cider and we got an order of coconut prawns to start. Not only were the prawns delicious, the slaw they came on was soooo tasty. We both tried the social hour burgers. We got them with double patties and fries. The burgers were cooked beautifully and the seasoning really worked well. The fries were a perfect crisp golden brown and they were salted well. I got some garlic aioli, so so so good! Great service, great venue, great food!

Stopped in for our 4th or 5th visit to celebrate my wife's birthday last Friday night April 17th…read more.. The Cove has always been a great choice in the past for special dinners/occasions. Unfortunately this time, we left very disappointed. My wife has a sensitivity to spicy foods. Upon ordering appetizers for the table, we asked if any of them (that had a spicy description on the menu) had the option to have the sauce on the side. She proceeded to ask how the scallops were and went ahead with that order. There was absolutely no description of having any spicy component on the menu nor any mention by the server. Upon her first bite of the risotto, she went into a severe coughing fit :( I tasted it and acknowledged how spicy it was. She proceeded to just eat the scallops. We were mostly done when the waiter came to check on us ... My wife asked if the dish is typically spicy. Response was "oh yes" ... It was completely lost on us why he wouldn't have mentioned that to her upon ordering knowing how she questioned the appetizers. His offer at this point was a new meal .. which was nice but we were mostly done. There really wasn't much in the way of sincerity beyond that. It seems the right thing to have done was offer my wife (celebrating her birthday) who didn't enjoy her meal ... maybe a comp'd drink or maybe a dessert (no acknowledgment of her birthday at all. When you spend north of $300 ... Disappointing to say the least. Upon leaving, I decided to just express my concern to the hostess and suggested adding the spice level of this specific entree to the menu. I reaffirmed my wife didn't get to fully enjoy her meal. I received a lukewarm "thanks for letting us know." The worst part of the whole experience was a manager/owner type was a few steps behind her, made eye contact and was fully aware i had an issue and made absolutely no attempt to come over and address the complaint. I no longer blame the waiter for his lack of concern knowing it flows from the top. We all go out and spend top dollar at nice restaurants for good food but also, for service and the experience. The restaurant has been opened awhile and maybe is established enough where this isn't as much of a priority as it was early on. In contrast, we went out the night before to a more established fave restaurant of ours in Portland (Ava Genes). Had an incredible meal, incredible experience, and uber attentive service. They even went the extra mile and made a big deal that we chose them to celebrate. Ended our evening with a simple complimentary scoop of gelato/candle. It was a nice touch. Certainly didn't mind spending the $$$ for that evening. I wouldn't dissuade anyone from trying The Cove if they've never been (I'm hopeful they just had a bad night) ... but there are so many good choices out there, it will most certainly make us think twice before going back.

The new renovation definitely feels more elevated, and honestly Vancouver needs more spots like this where you can enjoy a nicer atmosphere without having to drive into Portland. Service was great, staff was professional, attentive, and overall gave off a good vibe. It actually felt like they enjoy working there, which makes a difference. I did read on their webpage that they aim to bring authentic Japanese and Korean food. Personally, wouldn't consider it fully authentic, especially if you've traveled to Japan or the mainland, you'll notice the difference. The food leans more toward American style Japanese/Korean cuisine. That being said, the food was still good and satisfying. Not authentic, but enjoyable. We would come back and are interested in trying more items on the menu. I'll update my review if anything changes.

We grabbed seats at the bar & ordered beers from the tap, then perused the refrigerators. There was a smaller selection that I had anticipated but there were numerous beers and breweries that I didn't recognize so I appreciated what they did have to offer. We sat back at the bar and a few mins later, the bartender let us know it was last call for the kitchen. We didn't get food so I can't speak to that but there were a few things on the menu that I would order next time. I thought the service was fine, nothing to write home about. Music was playing, the back wall was stacked with board games and card decks, people seemed to be having a nice time. I'm sure I'll be back to see what new offerings they have in the cold section. Note - it will cost extra $ to have them open the beer you purchase from the fridge. It's totally common practice for a bottle shop but can be off putting if you don't expect to pay to drink the beer you just bought. Cheers!
