I just want to give a huge shout out to Nikki and recognize her and her drive thru team. Not only did Nikki go above and beyond to help me with my transaction that I messed up, but she calmly and patiently explained what had been done incorrectly on the tablet where you order. She was very sweet and walked me through all the steps. I live pretty far and this is the closest Panera to me, I explained that it had been a long day and her professionalism and wonderful attitude really just helped me get through the day. It was passed lunch time and I had not eaten all day and was exhausted but she was great. I feel like people write more bad reviews than good and I just wanted to really shout her out for being so wonderful, patient and kind. It did not go unnoticed. Thank you! Ordered through Uber eats and was missing an item. Pretty sad and no apology when I called. Just told me go through Uber eats... what a pain that is. Ordered a kids grilled cheese. Pics to show how sad it looks. Barley any cheese, cold, burnt, and hard thick bread. Not worth the $7. Oh and they just threw the baguettes in the bag not wrapped in anything. Probably the worst Panera I've been to. Drinks are all empty. It's very dirty, spills everywhere and the tables aren't cleaned. I ate in and never saw anybody attending to the dining area the entire time I was there. Bathrooms out of order and dirty. I ordered 1 sand which. and it took 15 minutes for that. 3 people in there. it wasn't even a busy morning. it was 10am. Last time I was here I placed a medium sized order. The iced coffee was 95% cream, 5% coffee. We asked for a new one with actual coffee. We got the same drink. We have up and went home only to find that they forgot my pumpkin muffin. Today, I came back and complained but was told there was nothing they could do unless I spoke to a manager. This is my favorite place for breakfast in the morning before my son goes to school on Tuesdays! I love the fact that there is great hygiene and the pandemic restriction are enforce. My son and myself have asthma so we I see a customers turning around from Panera because they font want to wear a mask I know the place and owner are being inclusive about everyone's needs and that it's a safe place for us that want to protect our health and others! Pathetic chicken salad sandwich. We called the female manager over and she said "I didn't make it," and walked away. Horrible management. Too bad they are not able to have someone with a wee bit of a professional demeanor. Never again. Too many other restaurants to visit and spend $30. Super Taco Express is just down the road. I don't recommend eating at this Panera Bread. I got there an hour before closing and they had the drive thru blocked off with one of the employee's car. I went in and ordered and waited over 25 minutes for my food and while sitting in the pick up area with my 2 year old son I hear the employees cussing in the kitchen, I requested NO garlic aioli on my sandwich and it says on my receipt that I said NO garlic aioli, well they put it on there anyways and took my lettuce off instead. Their DI&$ bald head manager should not be in customer service period. I worked at this Panera yrs ago when they first opened. I had a coupon that was legit and I used one last week. They accepted one last week and then their D?!@$ manager said to be in the window after waiting awhile in drive thru that it was "fake" LOL not fake...was signed by another GM at different location and you can use it anywhere. I ordered a soup bread bowl through the app for delivery. I specifically ordered contactless delivery because I am sick and did not want to go in, and expose people. Well, I received my order and it was just a bread bowl. No soup??? I called the store and spoke with the Manager, Renee, who was not helpful. She didn't even apologize for her store's mistake. I asked for my money back, and she said I would have to drive in to the store with my receipt in order to be refunded for an order I didn't even receive. Time and time again I have had incorrect orders, missing items, half-assed slapped together "sandwiches" that are straight up missing ingredients, then today my "Rapid Pick Up" was 25 minutes late. I've been to many Panera restaurants in WA, OR, CA and CO, and this is a subpar Panera for sure. I've only been to it twice- the first time, in the dining room, was ok. It took a really long time to get my food and my sandwich wasn't great - chicken felt old and it was sloppily thrown together. But whatever, nobody is perfect all the time. My second visit, to the drive-thru, was awful. From the moment I ordered to when I got my food and drove away was 39 minutes. As a hypoglycemic I'm glad I keep emergency food in my car because I ended up needing it to keep from literally passing out, as I was trapped. When I got to the window 32 minutes after ordering, they didn't even have my order in the register and I had to order again. Methinks this may be on purpose to cut the time it appeared to take to give me my order- according to my receipt I ordered only 7 minutes before being handed my food instead of nearly 40. They charged me in full for my order and threw in a crappy cookie for my troubles. Cool. I drove off without much fuss because I knew the man behind me in line was going to give it to them based on his yelling "COME ON!!" periodically during our 40 minute wait. I feel ya, man. tl/dr: Why have a drive-thru if you can't manage it? I'll make the 20 minute drive to the Jantzen Beach location from now on because apparently it will actually save time. read more

Worst place ever. I went through the drive through and ordered 1 whole sandwich and 1 group soup. I asked for no crust on my sandwich. I got maybe a quarter size piece of bread on each side of my sandwich. That's it, this is not the first time I've eaten here but let me tell you it's the last time. I also opened my soup when I got home. I ordered this for my kiddos. It had like 2 noodles chopped into smaller noodles to equal about six small half noodles and barely any chicken at all. I guess when I ordered chicken noodle soup I ordered chicken broth to feed my kids with. Whatever they weren't hungry at all. When you charge 15 dollars for a group soup I expect it to have chicken and noodles like a decent amount. read more

What a SaD disappointment this was. Went in for a light dinner, didn't have what I wanted, short staffed and had to wait at the register for several minutes while the one girl who seemed new was running around lime "a chicken with her head cut off". My sandwich had mustered in it and in my whole life i have been getting my sandwich it has never had mustard in it. My mouth was nearly on fire from how much they put on. Before that they charged my card 3 times for my to go order and said there was nothing they could do about it. Which was 100 dollars. Next time my sandwich was so small that it was practically a bite size for 8 dollars! It was basically 1/3 of the sandwich. This Panera Bread is beautiful inside & what's even better? They have a drive thru!! Came here two days in a row for their Greek salad with chicken. For just under $9 I got a whole Greek salad and a piece of their amazing bread; such a big portion I could barely finish. So pleasantly surprised at how affordable this healthy option was. After hearing the radio ad for mac and cheese in a crispy bread bowl, I was looking forward to the day I would get to taste such a delicious meal. The online menu recorded the bread bowl option, but the instore menu did not, so I had to ask if they served it. (They do.) Our food came quickly, and the portion was more than enough. My mac and cheese came inside a bread bowl that was at least six inches across, and it was served alongside half of a sourdough roll and the cut out top of the bread bowl. As a bread fan, I was delighted to have such a lot of sourdough, though I promptly dropped the top of the bread bowl on the floor. Even without that bread, I had more than enough to eat, with a quarter of my roll to take on the road. The mac and cheese was delicious- hot and creamy and flavorful without being heavy or cloying. I ordered a cappuccino. The girl upfront told me they didn't make cappuccinos. I told her it was right there on the menu and maybe they stop serving it? She said no we don't have them. Then after I reviewed the menu to find something else she said oh never mind here it is. I go to pick it up and it is a very large cup full with milk. I asked if this was a latte instead of a cappuccino and they replied no there's some foam. The cup was completely filled with milk. They said they would make me another one and it was worse.
