I've always had great service at the location in 192nd Ave in Vancouver so I headed there hoping I would make it before closing. I did! The lights were still on, and I could see team members inside. AWESOME I WAS GETTING THE PIZZA I WAS CRAVING FOR THE LAST HALF HOUR!!!!!! That is until I walked up to the door three minutes before their website said they would close and it was locked. My was . I called the number and to my surprise someone answered. I said I know it's close to closing time and I get you wanna go home, but it's not eleven o'clock yet can I please get a pizza. The young age sounding man who answered said. "Well, you did pull up at three minutes to eleven." I said, "I know, and according to your website you're still open." I've worked in the service industry.And I totally understand wanting to get off the clock as soon as you can. For that very reason, the tip I was going to leave was going to be more than generous and would have been equal to or greater than the cost of one pizza. I wanted to take care of the team members. Instead what I got was a lot of sass from an employee who was being paid to be there.Till a set time anyway. I asked one more time, "Can I please get a pizza?" And he hung up on me." So I took out my heavy shopping bag, placed it on a table, placed the cart safely in a secured area, and looked up at the menu to contemplate an order. Nope, another instruction, still without a "welcome in!" Are you planning on taking the cart back? Really? The food at this MOD Pizza is always good. They cook the pizza to a nice crispy char. The employees are a little hit or miss in my opinion. Some of them are a little shy and lack a little bit of socialist was a little hard to talk with our employee today. The Mod Pizza on SE Chkalov Dr in Vancouver is very poorly managed. Unless you happed ti be the only customer at that time, the service is so slow. There were 7 people in line ahead of us, and it took 20 minutes waiting just to make our order. I love the idea of making your own pizza and I love how fast they made it. I ordered two normal mod pizzas ($10.50). One that had normal tomato sauce, pepperoni and pineapple. The other had Italian sausage, bacon, jalapeños, and diced tomatoes with pesto sauce. The guy who crafted my pizzas was super nice and pretty patient with how I was picking my pizza toppings and so was the guy who cooked my pizzas on the pizza oven (which only took like 4 - 5 minutes tops). Once you get your pizzas, you're asked if you want sauce on the pizza but you can also have it on the side. They have options like ranch, hot ranch, Dave's hot, etc. I got two ranch sauces on the side and it doesn't cost extra. read more

They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I love MOD Pizza because it reminds me of when I lived in Seattle where MOD originated. This location is near my house, so it's really convenient to get my pizza, salad or caramelized pear iced tea fix! When they introduced the cauliflower crust pizza, my husband and I were SO EXCITED. He eats Keto sometimes and I have to eat gluten-free 100% of the time. This was a crispy crust we could both really sink our teeth into! I don't care for their gluten-free crust because it tastes too sweet, so I had actually taken a break from MOD for years. When they launched the cauliflower crust as a trial, it brought me back as a frequent customer again. Make sure to order it "well done" and it'll be perfect! I recently picked up my to-go order. It was a free pizza I had redeemed from the app. I use the app to collect points and redeem them for free pizza or salad. Thanks, MOD! When I got home, I was shocked and sad to see the pizza was made on their delicious regular crust that is basically poison to me. It was not the spicy-topped pizza I usually order, so I gave it to my husband and ordered another pizza. What happened was when I redeemed my free pizza, it converted the crust from cauliflower to regular and I didn't notice that. I reordered my pizza and paid through the app, then drove right back to get my dinner. The caring guy who brought the pizza to my car recognized me from moments earlier and asked what happened. He listened, apologized and graciously said he will credit me back for this pizza! He did not need to do that, so I was blown away by his customer service. MOD truly cares about their customers! Choose your toppings or a style from their menu. Thin crust pizzas only here, and they offer gluten free. The unlimited toppings allows you to go absolutely nuts!! She added Brussels, corn, cheese and pesto to her perfectly crisp personal sized pizza and was very proud of her masterpiece. I find kids love anything they can make themselves! I on the other hand piled mine so high! Artichokes, pineapple, broccoli, Brussels, mushrooms, and vegan cheese which I'm pretty sure was Daiya brand. I topped with with a perfectly sticky and gooey balsamic glaze. I loved it! Perfectly portioned and thin, the way I like it! Yum! Service was super insanely friendly and I that the company caters so well to plant-based patrons! Deadly dull with the flavor of a saltine cracker. Pizza crust should have the taste and texture of freshly baked bread with a slight tang from a slow rise. We have been coming here often lately. They have a wonderful friendly staff and really fresh ingredients. My husband and I are plant based, so I get the salads (salads are amazing here!) he gets the pizza. We enjoy how fresh everything is and how we can customize our order.
