Everyone's been telling me about the sandwich so I thought I would give it a try. I thought the sandwich was a little dark. The meat was still tender on the inside, so that was good. The pimento cheese was only on half of the chicken. The jalapeños were on the bottom All in all, I thought the sandwich was OK. I think I would probably stick to the regular chicken sandwich next time I'm glad that I tried it though I was not blown away and going to be craving it however. The kids that work here are always very kind and happy. I like that. It's a super busy place but today the drive-through was not that bad. I went to drive thru today amd ordered breakfast. I was told to wait in front and the person would bring out my food. I literally waited 15 minutes. I went in and asked about my order because cars are constantly leaving the drive thru with their orders. They couldn't even find my order. When they finally did. I asked for my money back elapsed I had already been there 20 minutes. I left out of there close to 30 minutes later with my money back. All they could day was I'm sorry. I finally tried ordering the food with the app and pick up inside the restaurant. I had no idea what happened. Everything seemed to work fine with the app. I told the app that I was inside the restaurant. The app said that it would be ready in 1 to 6 mintues. I waited and waited. I finally asked one of the workers about the order. It had disappeared and not on their order list. I am disappointed that this method failed miserably. I won't use it again. Of course the best fast food chicken joint in the area. We learned about chik-fil-A when we lived in Atlanta. Since our time in Atlanta Chick-fil-a has been our jam. We ordered spicy chicken sandwich meals with large waffle fries. A sunjoy (sweet team and lemonade) and lemonade no ice of course. The Sunjoy AKA Arnold Palmer was perfect. The key is the sweet tea. Nice and sweet and lemonade fresh squeezed with pulp. Perfect!!! The spicy chicken sandwich was way more spicy than I remember. Maybe I'm a whimp but my head of sweating. Overall a great meal. You ever wonder why they are closed on Sundays? I appreciate this Christian owned business with a taste from the south. Food is good service is good but PARKING LOT IS DANGEROUS. I have damaged my car here. They neglected to check me in when I was in the drive through and told me to pull into a spot in the front. It was really busy and only the closest one was available. When I got my good 15 minutes later, I had to wait five minutes to try to back out in the busy lot. As I I was backing out, there was no room and my bumper hit something and fell off. Terrible customer service every single time we order at this drive thru we have to check the bag and walk in and ask for sauce because they hate to give people sauce in their order. Three times we had to turn around and drive back for chick fil a sauce and ketchup after asking several times for more packets at the drive through order. I told the lady "Kaity" I go up to the window to pay and it was a young gentleman and he asked hi order for (I thought he said Kaity) I guess he said Peggy or something similar and I proceeded to say yes. He then looked at me strange and repeated my Order back to me to Make sure it was correct and I said yes that's right. I paid and waited for my food. And with the window wide open tense girls in the back I assume one who originally took my order were making rude remarks saying "why would you say yes that's your name when it's not." I stopped in on a complete whim, and figured I'd take chance on dining indoors since the drive-though line was huge. Staff was very friendly, to the point of seeming disingenuous or patronizing. The restaurant was meticulously clean, service was fast, and the quality of the food was better than expected. I got the spicy chicken sandwich combo, and while it wasn't remotely hot (spice level), it was very flavorful and juicy. The waffle fries were hot and crisp, and tasted very good, as did the chocolate milkshake. The only real complaint is that the portion sizes are small, especially considering how high the prices are. read more

All the memes and hype you hear about Chick-fil-A is totally on point. It was quite an experience for my first time, and I'll totally be back. Due to covid, they offer drive thru or pick-up (check out their app), as inside is still closed. I don't think I have ever seen a fast food chain be so on-point and organized getting people through, all with great customer service. They have multiple order takers as you pull up to take your order and payment. I noticed as more cars pulled up, more order takers came out; once you pull around, they have another greeter to make sure you are the name that is next in line. Then they had two crew members outside the pick up window handing out the food to two cars at once, and you are on your way. I was very in awe of their system and how quickly everything was. I cant imagine what their SOS is, haha. I enjoyed the Spicy SW Chicken Salad with avocado ranch dressing, and it was sooo good. It's a decent size and I took some home and was still great the next day. Only downside is I should've asked for extra dressing, my bad! I hear (now) they'll give you as many sauces as you want. I also got the criss-cut fries and they were great too. I enjoyed them with the house sauce, which taste like a little bit of everything- super good. My friend said they have bomb lemonade too, with seasonal flavors- I'll have to try that next. I hear only good things about Chick-fil-A and that everything is great! So far, so good! I wish that there was a location more near me, but probably better not cause I be there everyday. Theres this one location in Vancouver, WA, and then only three throughout the Portland area. I did a driver thru order and the staff is there with a tablet to take your order, you pay there then pull up to pick up the order. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and made it a meal, it came with fries and a drink. The chicken sandwiches were crispy and juicy. The fries were yummy, I love the cut on the fries. This chick fil a location is a complete and total madhouse! Their drive thru line is massive! They have multiple workers taking orders outside with their masks on. There's a couple different lines that feed into one drive thru line. Then you have the curbside pickup, which is basically all of their stalls. Lastly, you can order at the front door if you didn't order ahead of time. However, there didn't seem to have someone standing there to take your order. Anyways we came here on a whim today and parked quickly in the curbside pickup stalls to input our order. You must download the chick fil a app in order to place your order. It was a pretty easy process to go through. After finally placing my order it took them maybe 5 minutes or so to bring our order out. I was so surprised how quick it was! The food was nice and hot too! My favorite part was that the waffle fries were nice and crispy with just a hint of salt! I commend these people for hustling during covid! Ordered two items: 3 Pc Chicken Strip: wanted just a taste of their famous chicken, since I just had dinner and wanted just a try, this 3 Pc is perfect portion, the chicken is fried with a light coating and was seasoned well, I choose the Zesty Buffalo & Honey Mustard for dipping, and both sauces went well with the chicken, but I prefer the Zesty one!! The meat was tender and still juicy, if I come here for a full meal, I would for sure order the full order!! Chicken Cobb Salad: Another winner, for a "fast food joint" the salad is actually done very well, all the vegetables were extra crisp and fresh, the chicken pieces were still warm, I love the Charred Tomatoes & Crispy Red Bell Peppers that comes in a package for you to use as topping for your salad, the texture kicks the whole salad up at least 10 notch!! This place is crazy! I came here right after work, pulling up around 5:30 pm, and there were 24 cars ahead of me in the drive-through. Believe me, I counted. Ordering inside was not an option due to Covid-19 safety measures, and I hadn't thought about pre-ordering and picking up, so the drive-thru was my only option. Even so, I had my order in my hands within 7 minutes. I can't believe how fast they chewed through that line. I expected it to take a half hour! The young lady who took my order was tremendously friendly, personable, efficient and professional. I wish I had noted her name, because she was fantastic. I have never had a better drive-thru experience anywhere. I generally tend to avoid fast food restaurants, except on rare occasions, but the quality of the food here, coupled with the incredible customer service and turn around time, has put Chick-fil-A in a completely different class compared to its competitors. I'd never been to a chick-fil-a before but I'd heard of them often on a tv show. My sister and I passed this one on our way to a farmers market and decided to stop there on our way home. Imagine my surprise at how fast the line went and how efficient and helpful the employees were. We each chose different items off the menu and decided the wraps are the best. I'd been here once before in like, 2017 I believe, and I have to say this place improved immensely! I just got a Peach shake, but I was still VERY impressed with how quickly they got us through the EXTREMELY long line! I said in my previous review that I didn't see a spicy chicken sandwich available. According to the app that's not true. Wish I'd remembered that and checked the menu though. I said in my previous review that the waffle fries were great as always, the inside was really well done, fancy and modern looking, and there was even a play place for kids! I believe that's all still accurate from what I could see on the outside! Only possible issue I found with the current way of driving thru (because of Coronavirus) is not being able to see the menu. Maybe they have a paper one they hand out, but unless you did a mobile order I was worried how I'd know what to order. If they assume that they're so popular that everyone knows, I guess I'd get that, but it should still be accessible. Definitely stop by here though! There's so very few Chick-Fil-A's! read more

Our household loves chick fil a but this location is honestly awful tonight was our last time going we will happily go to the one over by the Mall even if it requires a longer drive. Our food was clearly old sitting under the heat for at minimum 30 minutes as a ex chick fil a employee I know how a lot of the menu is prepped and a lot of the hold times(service slang for how long a food is good for once cooked)this was clearly way over that. Bummer....this was the worst meal I've ever purchased at my favorite fast food place. We arrived shortly before lunch time, so maybe they were just shifting over from breakfast. My "grilled" chicken sandwich was ice cold with those awful, fake grill marks. I asked for extra pickles....sandwich had two. We tried the new tortilla soup. It was all beans held together with something pasty and had very little chicken. At over $7.00/bowl, it is waaay over-priced. The mac n cheese was cold with a roof of tough, dried cheese. This Chick-fill-A was the dirtiest and most disgusting one we've ever been to. My 5 yr old twins didn't even want to play in the the play ground because it was that bad!!!
