For an outdated Burger King, it's nostalgic for 90's kids. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and gave us a deal too. The play structure is open for ages 4-10 and on a rainy day, super fun for the kids. Just thankful for an easy going place. My expectations are never high when visiting a nationwide fast food chain franchise. I'm always concerned that my order won't be right when I go through the drive-though. This location usually gets it right, but one night, I got home to discover that our drive-though order (four meals) was missing a burger, all of the fries, and the extra chicken nuggets we'd ordered. So, I turned around and drove back, went inside, and explained that I'd just picked up my drive-though order, and it was missing a bunch of items. The employee said, "A bunch of French fries?" and explained that they'd found them and determined they must have missed them when delivering my order. Here's where things got unexpectedly good. An employee (who I assume to be a manager) greeted me and said, "I'll be happy to either give you a full refund, or remake the entire order for you". I opted for the latter, and he said they wanted to make it right and not have cold items at the house from the first order and hot items from the second. This was really great customer service, and they more than made up for the initial error. I'm very grateful for their outstanding actions to rectify the situation. read more

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger without bun...the lettuce looks old and they forgot the bacon. We took it back up and the lady kept telling us the bacon is in between the patties. Lifted the top patty in front of the lady and she goes "ohhhh no more bacon!" Ate the burger but definitely not the lettuce. Pulled up to the drive through this morning, 11/20/20202 about 9:15 and ordered a breakfast item. I was told the order amount and to pull up to the second window to pay. I pulled up to the window, which was covered in signage about many things, including WEAR A FACE MASK when at the window. I was. The window server took my money and turned back to say something to his manager, who was standing right behind him, and I noticed that the server was not wearing his mask properly, it just covered his mouth, not his nose. I was stunned, the server came back to the window with my order. I yelled at him to wear his mask properly. The manager came over and told me I should have complained to him. Dude, you were standing right there and the server was not wearing his mask properly... To add insult to injury, I pulled away from the window to get out the food and it was the wrong order. If you value not catching Covid-19, stay away from this Burger King. It's staffed by plague rats, the kind that don't get your order right. read more

I go to Burger King more than I'd like to admit; specifically this Burger King. It's not the closest location to my house, but the service here is consistently great. They're fast, friendly, the food is good, and they tolerate the fact that my family and I are picky as hell. My opinion has not wavered during this pandemic either. If anything, they've taken more precautions than most other stores and fast food places I've been to. They wear gloves, masks, and tray our food so they're still respecting social distancing. 10/10, I would recommend going here. read more

Short version: This store sucks. Long version: Disclosure: I must admit, ever since they re-routed the turn lane off Andresen forcing customers up to 88th (and not right into Costco), I've always felt sorry for this BK and the Panda Express nearby. Can you imagine spending all that money to be next to Costco and then the traffic gets re-routed so it doesn't go next to you? It's terrible, it really is. Anyway, I finally said, I'm not going go to buy that Chicken Bake at Costco and I'll give this BK my money because they got hosed. Besides, it's only a twice-a-year craving, but I do enjoy the BK Stacker (kind of a Big Mac knock-off), so what the hell. BIG MISTAKE. I decide to go in. Classic mistake #1. I forgot that most fast food joints get graded on how fast they are at drive thru (they've got that big 'ol clock a tickin'). Not so for the dine-in, which pretty much means you're the red-headed step child of fast food diners. Translation: I waited, no joke, 15 minutes for a BK Stacker meal. 15 minutes. Three people were ahead of me. They finally get to my order, and he said, literally, "oh, a BK Stacker". He takes the patty out of it's warming tray, slaps on some cheese, and the nukes the crap out of it! In front of me! Then, because I'm a glutton, I tossed in a chicken sandwich off of the $1 Menu (Spicy Chicken something something). It was orange (oooh, fake spices) and paper thin. Blaghh. I can eat almost anything. One bite was enough to ask WTF Burger King product planners were thinking. Better just to not sell anything than that abomination. Ugggh. No good deed goes unpunished. The five stars is for the staff at this location. I came here often because of the large indoor play place. It is a great place to let the kids get out some energy when it is raining or dark outside. Every time I come here the staff is extremely friendly. I usually pay by card and they look at my card to call me by name. They also bring your food to your table which is unusual for most fast food places. The food is what you would expect from a Burger King. I've never had an issue with my order and the food is always hot. Also the restaurant and place place is always clean. One of my favorite fast food locations to go with the kids. read more

We had breakfast at this particular location one morning on a weekend. There were only 3 other people inside, and the drive thru wasn't packed. It took over 15 minutes to get our food. There was only two of us....hmmm. We only ordered three breakfast sandwiches, two hash browns, and two juices. It wasn't a difficult order, nor were there any crazy orders in front of us to hold it up. The only person we witnessed actually working, was the girl making the food. Just came through the drive-through, and will never visit this location again. VERY unfriendly. Our drinks were handed to us, and I asked for a cup of water, and the cashier rolled her eyes, and never said another word. She practically threw my bag of food at me, and then turned her back. I wasn't even sure if this was my whole order, so I sat there for a minute, waiting to be acknowledged. Nope, nothing, no "thank you"...nothing! Got a coke from the drive through it tasted like dr.p and orange soda ...alright I say I go back and go inside head to the soda machine all while getting eyed from the manager and some other lady ..so I say I think you might have a syrup issue going on with you're coke...in a pleasant tone I might add...she fires back no what you're tasting is the freshness we switched our coke recipe it tastes fresher that's the freshness you're just not use to it! First and foremost I'd like to point out that the manager of this location is wonderful and I've had him serve me on several occasions. I suppose that's why I expect good service when I come to this BK. Unfortunately this morning I had an experience with a gal named Valya that makes me question going back at all. This chick was downright completely rude. I get it that it's Saturday and it's 7 o clock in the morning but that's no excuse for the way she acted. No greeting when we pulled up to the window. Just hands us the bag of food and says nothing. Not only was it awkward, but I didn't know if that was my entire order or not. As I sit and rifle through my bag to confirm I have everything I sit and wait another 2 minutes for her to come back to the window so I can ask for sauces. After she basically throws ketchup everywhere I drive away in disbelief of how crappy her service was. I usually wouldn't go this far to write a bad review but this one was definitely deserving.
