They have their own parking lot and are located off Andresen Rd near Home Depot. Today I stopped in for their current promotion, a small frosty for $1. It's been super hot lately and it sounded like the perfect treat! I ordered the chocolate and it was just as good as I remembered. So chocolate! It really hit the spot! Went through the drive thru to pick up lunch. Noticed the smell of onions and opened the burger to remove them. Guess what I found, lying neatly placed under the patty? A clump of hair. Not a single strand, but a purposely placed clump of filthy hair. What did management do? Well, it took them 2 weeks but after a few visits to the store for a resolution, they eventually returned only the amount of the single burger, even though we told them that we, of course, threw away our entire order after finding the hair. The service at this location is absolutely trash. The staff is rude and want to give attitude to the customers for asking basic questions. I accidentally left my FAVORITE bag here on Halloween and I was sure someone stole it but the staff found it immediately and kept it for me in the back until I could pick it up. They were all so sweet and brought it to me immediately once I had verified it was mine. They also didn't look through it which I wouldn't have minded personally but it was a very nice gesture. For the amount of customers the staff worked well, but the food was well fast food. The only reason I am giving a fast food place a 4 is because of the manager on duty. I believe he is the GM, but what he said to the entire crew made me wish I had a manager that would stop what he is doing tell them ALL how proud of them he was. I could have sworn I'd reviewed this Wendy's location before. Wendy's burgers are objectively (as objective as one can be) terrible, but their fries and Frosties are quite good. Their spicy chicken sandwich packs a notable capsaicin kick, which is a welcome thing. This particular location is incomprehensibly quick! More often than not, you'll have your food at the drive-through window before you can even finish paying for it. If you need a quick terrible for your health but not bad meal, you can't really do much better than Wendy's. This is particularly appreciated during the COVID-19 pandemic, and take-out being the only available option. read more

Wish I could give negative stars. After receiving our 5 meals I five individual bags. My wife and I proceeded to start checking that we had received everything we had ordered and paid for. I had barely opened, not looked into the bag, and the manager comes over to the window and starts asking me to move along and stop blocking the window so she can service the "customer", not customers waiting behind me. I told her I was gonna sit there and check the rest of the bags. As I ignored her, she began berate me for blocking her window. I am officially So sick of fast food employees giving me crap when most people aren't working because of COVID. I'm lucky to have my job and so is she and everyone that works in her restaurant. My company and I try to service our customers as they come to us during these times. I have had it with people doing this to me during this time. We were hungry but not in the mood for a big dinner. Went to this Wendy's location and noted some changes from my past visits. First off, I always note the obvious aspects of restaurant cleanliness, floors, tables, counters, and cooking areas. Here, the kitchen floor was awash in fallen fries, the crew apparently not noting nor caring that they were walking on fries, looking around, I saw other signs that tell me the whole story. And... That is the fact that some people just can't look at themselves as their customers do. If I invited you to my home and my kitchen was a terrible funky mess would you be gleefully awaiting my food, or would you be looking to escape with some excuse about not feeling well? Guys, take a good look now and then at your work area, see if it inspires eating-- or running..I won't be back, there is just too many people doing it right to bother with those who aren't.... read more

Tired and starving this location was on the way home. 4 for 4 I noticed on the menu a new special I guess. A regular bacon single cheeseburger with lettuce a small fry and a medium soda (22 ounces I believe) and a small order of chicken nuggets. It was more than filling and I will say the chicken coating was flavorful but the chicken was dry. If I liked sauces that would have solved this defect but I don't use the dipping sauces much. The bacon on the burger wasn't skimpy..kudos to Wendy's. The fries took the prize being the fresher part of the order. Nothing compares to hot lightly salted French fries. All in all...a modest price for a moderate amount of food. We all need a good deal at the end of the month. Staff, great service..prompt, efficient, clear speaking (some people are in such a hurry they mumble) excellent attitude. It shows when staff is happy. Whomever is in charge of the shift at 1750 on Fridays is doing well. read more

My husband and I went to this Wendy's twice this week. Both times all tables were dirty, floors dirty, the bathroom was filthy. The water faucet had just a trickle of water coming out. I've gone to this Wendy's for years and never had an issue until today. We ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers. We got home and discovered our "burgers" only had cheese... that's it... just cheese. We called and complained and Chris was great. He told us to come back and he'd throw in a frosty. So we drive all the way there (3 miles each way) and get our burgers (we didn't check them because we thought how in the hell could they f this up twice in a row?) But, when we got home and opened our burgers we discovered that although they remembered the bacon this time, they still forgot the tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo. And, the burger was pink in the center. I don't know what caused them to be so off their game, but I wouldn't recommend the jr bacon cheeseburger. read more
