Sandwich taste great. Store wise... filthy and disgusting. I came in last week to pick up an online order, the place was a mess. Crushed Cheetos all over the dining room floor, trash overflowing by front door and most importantly the food prep counter and floor were covered in bits and pieces of sandwich items everywhere. Today, I thought maybe it was another bad day, short staffed, etc. when I went in to buy a sandwich. Again, it was filthy. Clearly the sandwich prep area facing the customer, behind the glass; was strewn with all the discarded sandwich making items all over the place. Must not have clearly been cleaned since maybe opening in the morning. I was there at 6:00pm. I was one of two customers in store. There were 5 workers behind counter. None of them doing any semblance of trying to clean up the mess on counter or floor. Maybe wiping the counter down or grabbing a broom and sweeping up every few hours might be a healthy idea? Will be looking for another Jersey Mikes location in the future, that meets good cleaning standards. Where is the manager, supervisor or some type leadership in this mess? read more

Jersey Mike's always hits the spot! I got the hot chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was excellent--perfectly toasted, flavorful, and loaded with chicken, crispy bacon, and ranch. Everything tasted fresh and made just right. Paired it with Mrs. Vicky's chips which were also great. Quick service and an easy stop when you want a really good sandwich. Jersey Mike's has always been pretty satisfying, but my recent visit was a bit of a mixed bag. The new Mike's Hot Italian was actually quite tasty, but the "Regular" size seems to have shrunk-it felt more like a 6-inch sub with noticeably less meat than I remember. For $18 only adding chips, the value just wasn't quite there. Service was also a bit of a head-scratcher. With five people (at least visibly) behind the counter and only two customers waiting, the 15-minute wait felt excessive. The team seemed a bit disconnected and weren't particularly attentive to people at the counter. Making the ambiance kind of tense. One person yelled hello several times before getting their attention. I'm a fan of the brand, so I really hope this isn't a "Quiznos style" decline in quality and portion sizes. I've been coming here for many years. Never fails to be one of the best sandwiches you'll ever eat. Today I got the turkey provolone which is my usual. I get mayonnaise on the lid and Mike's way. I just ordered their Chicken Salad sandwich, since that is my favorite sandwich that I tend to get at other Deli shops. I ordered it to go. When I got in my car, I decided to take a bite before heading back home. First impression, it tasted just like it came out of those cans from the store. It was mushy and bland. When I opened to take a better look at the meat, I saw a hair stuck in the middle of the lettuce! Nasty!!! I immediately went back and asked for my money back. The guy didn't even bother to look at the sandwich. He just refunded me. I wonder if it's because they get that often...I hope not! One thing is for sure, I will not be returning to this location or even at any other Jersey Mike's Subs! If they don't even bother to ask their employees handling the food to wear nets, then they must not care much for their customers. Too bad, so sad! read more

Love the food here and usually no issues, unless if one of the girls are working the line. She is incredibly rude every time single time I gace come in. She never greets customers, is very rude in general, and if you have hearing issues like I do, i usually have to ask to repeat what was said, but she will just stare at you then walk away. Had one issue with the new hot italian sandwich and she made it seem like we insulted her and proceeded to rolled her eyes and walk away. All of the other workers are very pleasant, have a smile on their face, and usually make conversations while making my food, but interacting with her sucks the joy out of my day. read more

I made on online order for my family while I was at work. Regular #7 add mayo, regular #13 add turkey no ham add mayo then add bag of chips. My husband gets there gets the order gets to the car realized the chips weren't there. Went back in an had to get the chips. He got home to tell me that the #13 had writing on it " turk cost extra so you need to add extra meat" it would have been nice if we got a call to let us know about that so we could have had had my order right. He then opens the sand which an there's no mayo! I call the store talk with the "chef lead" she said she made that sandwich an put Mayo on the sandwich specifically I have pictures of this sandwich with no mayo. She then said she made the sandwich's into giants even though we ordered regular size an said if I were you I would look at it as a win win because you got more out of it. Like it doesn't fix our food situation because it's to what we ordered. I asked for her name and she said she didn't have to tell me. So I'm irritated at this point and we have had several incidents with this store an so many wrong things about our sandwiches were done. 100% don't with jersey mikes. They have Uldi gluten free full length sub bread! The staff was friendly and cleaned everything before they made my sandwich (even the meat cutter); then they changed gloves and stopped all other sandwich making until mine was completed. The service here since they opened has been great even when they're slammed. They're well staffed! The sandwiches are amazing! Better than any of the other fast food sub places in town. Don't come here if you want good customer service. I clearly told the girl I wanted a chicken sandwich. When I got home, I realized I got a steak sandwich. I called to let them know. No big deal. I asked them to get it started so it could be ready when I arrived. When I got there they didn't have my sandwich ready, they didn't even start it. The girl told me it would be 5 mins to 10 mins max. That was frustrating to hear. They weren't busy at all. It took them 30 minutes to finish my single regular sandwich. They decided to help other people that came in after me instead. Who the fuck does that? Management needs to retrain those idiots or let them go. Customer service at a restaurant isn't hard. Not once did they apologize. Not once over the phone. Not once in person. If I had someone come in because we messed up their order, I would immediately make that my first priority. The people that came in after that order would have to wait a little longer. The service was okay but they make it extremely confusing especially ordering at the counter if you say you want it mikes way or changing any ingredients you have to tell 2 separate people which i didn't know and then when i told the girl working with the vegetables that i didn't want a certain thing on my sandwich i was "supposed to tell the grill worker" which how am i supposed to know that if im being told thirty different things and then having 4 people tell me im supposed to tell the grill worker. Mike and Hannah at the Mill Plain store are the best. They take the time to actually learn their customers names and spark real conversations. Not the typical. Service is top notch every single employee I have met are outstanding not just happy or helpful just great people above and beyond most of them have learned my name & address me by name are genuinely as happy to see me as I am them. For a sub chain, these sandwiches are pretty darn good. Donnie is the greatest Jersey Mike's sub maker! He is super pleasant and can turn a frown upside down... But the best part about him making your sandwich is that he makes it like it is a work of art! I could watch Donnie make 10 sandwiches and not get bored. read more
