Again, the person working the window called to another person, "There are really dogs in there". I don't get it, but I don't mind it either. I don't try to bring my dogs inside. After hitting the drive through we park and eat at the outdoor tables. But I have dined inside in the past and as expected, the surfaces are perpetually sticky.

There was no apology for the delay, no acknowledgment that the drink had been forgotten. The overall experience made it seem like customer service is not a priority at this location. Between the lack of flexibility, the long wait, the forgotten drink, and the absence of even a simple apology, the service fell well below expectations. It may be worth looking at businesses like Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane's, or In-N-Out, where friendly, attentive customer service is a core part of the customer experience. I've been to this Dairy Queen a few times, and the service is consistently slow. If you're looking for "fast food," this probably isn't the place to go. I should have known better, but the lack of care during my most recent visit has me questioning whether I'll be back.
