    Dang!!
    Lea G.

IMO- still the best reasonably priced burger around. Every now and then I gotta do the five guys! Love their french fries, and they have delicious shakes. Sometimes I get a hotdog because they are yummy too! Today I went with a cheeseburger to satisfy my craving. it was great.! You can have it your way, however, that may be. Gotta love the peanuts that you get for free while you wait. I love me some guys :)

Burger time for me is when I can't think of anything else to eat so five guys is my goto. When you order the regular burgers they always include a double patty. I'm not sure why I'm doing that to myself today. But here we go. Of course the fries are forever. One regular order of fries is enough for your household. And it wouldn't be legit unless the paper bag has grease spots on the bottom. Verified!!! All I can say is it hit the spot!!!!!!

Employee went above and beyond. She deserves a raise.

We order delivery from this store every couple of months. We have had a few times where our DoorDash drivers have eaten our fries. This was very unhygienic, unprofessional, and unappetizing. So, since then if we order we also call the store and request extra stickers on our bag of food to completely seal it. We did this tonight. The employee (sounded female and young) was very understanding and promised she would take special care with our order. When we received it we were very happy. See photo. She had ensured that our bag was sealed with stickers including our shakes. :) This employee was not only kind, upbeat and sympathetic to our concerns, she went above and beyond to ensure it would not happen tonight. This young lady deserves a raise!!!! As far as the food goes, no complaints. Hot, yummy, and met our expectations.

You have to treat yourself to Five Guys once in awhile. Their burgers and fries are fantastic. Service was good. Will be back!

Their burgers are tasty with a good choice of free toppings. I had the smallest burger with mushrooms, relish, onions, & mayo. If you don't want a bun, there's a choice to have it wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl. The burger was cooked just right without tasting dry. The fries are hand cut. On the eatery's board, it'll show where the spuds are from in the US. It was worth the wait as the food came hot and fresh. There's other choices such as dogs and sandwiches. If you enjoy milkshakes, this is the place.

Do you like peanuts? I do not everyone is a fan but I look forward to them every time I come here. You help yourself to peanuts while you wait for your order. Most people come here for the burgers which are amazing and I have to say their service is usually very fast and the fountain drinks have never had a problem everything tastes like it should which is really nice. Their fries are amazing love those. The burgers are always juicy and messy so be prepared to use a few napkins but you will not be disappointed nothing will be dried out everything will be fresh vegetables lettuce tomato whatever everything is always as advertised. Definitely worth the money and the time to stop and rest and eat I don't think I would eat one of these burgers in the car just a side note a little too messy for that but everyone needs to take a break anyway so grab a table and enjoy yourself and don't forget the peanuts!

Never ate at a Five Guys and decided to give it a try. It was an ok burger but nothing you couldn't make yourself for half the cost. I guess this place is all about the toppings. The fries were just ok. Nothing special.

Sometimes you're just craving a burger and have to go the place nearest you! I like this Five Guys in Vancouver. It's located in the plaza with other food options, but the family wanted burgers! They have a easy to read menu where you choose the kind of burger you want. All of the burgers come with two meat patties. If you want just one patty, then you'll want to order their "little" sizes. There are a range of sauces and toppings you can add to your burger. In a sense, you get to choose and customize your burger! They are very patient as you go down the list of all the toppings (especially if you like everything!). If you are eating inside, then you can snack on some of their peanuts while you wait. We were taking our burgers to-go. They typically won't let you take peanuts with you home, but the people there were so kind and allowed us to take some peanuts home! We really appreciated their kindness. I really like the peanuts here, but I found some of them to be way too salty. The others were just fine. We ordered five burgers and I really liked their organization system. They have sticker numbers they place on each burger along with a receipt that shows each burger's number. It makes handing out burgers to each person really easy! I found the burgers to be just average. I had a cheeseburger with the works. I liked grilled onions and mushrooms. The buns did get soggy and I didn't feel like the burger itself really wow me. However, it definitely fulfilled my meaty, burger fix. The fries are also just alright. They give you a lot! They fill the cup and then dump more into the bag. We got regular fries and cajun fries. The cajun fries were not spiced very well (I think the worker was new) and the regular fries were just alright. They were more soggy than crisp. Overall, it's an alright burger place if you are craving something! I like the complimentary peanuts for those dining in and the service at this particular location.

Ordered Online: They have a cool webapp for ordering and you can pay right there. I love that I can order as I leave my house and not worry about waiting too long for my food once I'm there. However, I've never come in and there been a line anyway =P. Service: The employees have always been really really friendly and fast. The food: It's simply epic. I always get a loaded burger with just about everything on it. It is on par with the best fast food burgers I've ever had... every single time. It reminds me of Shake Shack in NYC, which is my favorite fast food burger ever (Smoke Shack). The fries are made with fresh-pressed peanut oil (they actually press it in store!). They're soft, and feel like real fried potatoes, unlike McDonald's or whatever... which feel crunchy outside, and like a sponge inside (supposedly due to flash-freezing). Mine were seasoned with Cajun seasoning, which was an excellent bit of something difference, though you can get them plain as well. The portions for everything are HUGE. The large fry is more than I can eat with a huge burger, and I consider myself a bit of a glut. Overall... it's an excellent experience, though and definitely worth a visit! They offer free peanuts inside the store, which is kind of cool, too!

I would like to comment on the visibility of this location. Since it's tucked away and a spa is in the front I didn't see it and had to turn around. Consider additional flags to add to where you're at because GPS tells us it's right there and it's not RIGHT there. I decided on fish tacos and I couldn't taste the fish. It felt like I was eating cole slaw in a soggy crispy taco shell. Consider deleting this item or improving how you make fish tacos. Too much greens and mayo where you can't taste the fish. Overall food, service and ambiance was okay.

Ordered the Deluxe Cheeseburger with seasoned fries, and got a drink also. Service was friendly and fairly quick. My one complaint is that the person making my burger left the burger where it was, partially complete... to go into the convenience store part and do do stuff. So my burger sat there getting cold for several minutes. I did not check to see if she changed gloves after coming back either... after she handled other stuff in the store. She finally came back, and finished putting the burger together... and got the fries... and delivered it to me. I ate in the car... burger was warm, not hot. Fries were hot, and pretty good. But I have to question walking away like that, both for sanitary and hot burger reasons.... not sure if I will go back.

We both agreed this is the last time we'll come here. We came in and were greeted and immediately seated by the host. He was friendly and welcoming. They weren't super busy, but busy enough for a Saturday lunch crowd. It took him awhile to get our drink order, so when he finally came to take it, we went ahead and ordered our food as well. We decided on the bacon cheeseburger with chips, and the reuben with fries ($3.50 extra for fries). I've never understood the extra cost for fries vs homemade potato chips?! The chips have been hit or miss in the past, so we usually order fries for one entree just in case. Our food took about 45 minutes. Seemed way too long. Our server never came back and asked for refills on beverages during our visit either, which was disappointing. My burger looked good, but super greasy, even the bun was greasy on top. Maybe it was brushed with butter?! The burger dripped with grease while eating it. The chips were saturated in grease as well. Some of them so much they weren't crispy at all. Our server was nowhere to be found or I would have complained. They were left on the plate. My husband didn't like them either. He ended up sharing his fries with me. My husband liked his reuben, but the bread was burnt on the bottom. You couldn't tell at first look, only once it was picked up to eat. It had plenty of meat, cheese, peppers and onions. He enjoyed it overall. The fries were good too. Much better than the chips. The restaurant was clean when we walked in, but during our visit many tables were left dirty for far too long. Not sure if they were in the middle of a shift change, but it seemed like no one was around to clear plates or refill beverages. Someone from the kitchen eventually came out to get us our bill. Our plates were still on the table when we left. Overall a disappointing experience. There are far too many restaurant options in this area to spend $65 on lunch for mediocre, at best, food and service. We will not be returning.
