No water cups left. Walked in on an employee in the bathroom just standing there talking on his phone. Don't ask me why after seeing all this I chose to STILL order, but I did. Was going to leave a review, but seeing the overall 1.5 stars, others have already summed up the experience. Plenty of workers, but none seem to care about their jobs. Many items were not available. I'm not sure if the one worker was mute, but only showed that there was no barbacua by tapping on the empty bin. Are you out? She tapped again. Ok.... Message received. Very disappointing experience. I arrived about 6 minutes before closing time and saw the employee serving the customer in front of me. However, when it was my turn, I was told they were closing and refused service. What made it even more frustrating was that another customer who came after me was still served. It appeared that the employees knew him personally, which made the situation feel unfair and unprofessional. If your posted closing time says you're open until a certain hour, customers who arrive before that time should be treated equally and given the same opportunity to order. This was my first time eating chipotle since I got nastyyyy food poisoning from a NYC location 2 years ago and this experience's gonna keep me away for good. Never in my 26 years of life have I seen an establish this comically disgusting. Trash everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE - mountains of trash on the trash cans, trash all over the floor and on the counters. There was food scraps on every single surface and the place was riddled with food stains from what can only be described as a cafeteria food fight level of grime. The lemonade station was spilling into a large puddle on the ground and employees were walking by completely unbothered. I woulda walked my ass straight out the door on sight but unfortunately had ordered my quesadilla on the app for pickup. Don't go to this location. They are ridiculously rude. I placed an order for pick-up, i got to the location on time and waited 15 minutes. I finally went to the cashier and asked where my order was, and they told me someone else already picked up and shrugged their shoulders. I said what do you mean someone picked up my order, because my wife and I didn't. The guy at the register, said "don't come after me, we are two adults". I said what do you mean come after you, I'm just asking where my food is because I've been waiting for 15 minutes. This company has gone completely down the drain. This location is in the plaza so thank fully there is a lot of parking. It's a decent sized location inside. Staff is relatively friendly. I've had burritos, bowls, tacos from this location and they have been good. My only compliant is that the food is never hot. Even when I always come pick it up. Outside of that, I would recommend this location and will come back. read more

I waited as people started to come in- probably 20 in total ordering. I waited til no one was in line and asked again. They were chatting at the register and gave me a dirty look and said to wait. Out of guacamole at 7:30 and the store closes at 10pm. I had a veggie bowl with no meat and it comes with guacamole but since they were out of the guacamole I asked for queso as a substitute and they charged me for it. 2. Out of chips as well. 3. I placed an order to be picked up and I waited 30 minutes past the pick up time. The order was also missing toppings.

Never really had a problem until tonight. I was about to begin ordering the food, so I asked for a bowl and asked for white rice. The amount of rice given was an insult considering it was 9:00 pm and almost closing with plenty of rice left over. I was super excited when this location opened because it's very convenient for me, but every time I go I've been disappointed. I've had undercooked rice where it was crunchy, stale chips, an order of 5 different burritos that weren't labeled so we all had to dissect it before eating... Today, I'm finally leaving a review. There were signs for a new garlic guajillo steak everywhere so I thought I would try it, but I was informed they didn't have it. I wanted to order chips and guac, but there were no chips. That's like McDonald's running out of French fries! I got home and my burrito had exploded. I tried to contain the tear with the foil wrap, but by the time I was half way through I had to resort to eating with a spoon. And then there was something so hard that I spat it out. It appeared to be a bit of the core of corn on the cob. Poor quality control. I don't know Chipotle, you have to get your act together. The great thing about big American chains is that you know you're going to get the same thing no matter where you go. I've had my fair share of Chipotle and it was always solid. The vibe at this Chipotle is absolutely cursed. The staff move like they just popped a perc 30 and look like they sell them too. No music was playing when we were there, so the only sound was us chewing and breathing and a chorus of pissed off soccer moms asking the employees why their take out order was taking an hour and a half. The fajita veggies were straight up raw onions and green peppers. They were out of forks. There was no white rice. The tables were dirty. It's worth going to the Greenwich Chipotle over this one. It's always messy. There are flies hovering over the food in the containers. The staff clearly don't like their jobs. Always give you half the portions you paid for, and they're always out of food by midday. It's a mystery how this location is still running. Food items are often sold out or not available, food is cold and not prepared well, restaurant is unkempt and service is spotty and indifferent. This location needs to be managed in a different manner from top to bottom.
