This was a late night trip for a hungry family on a move. Yes we pulled up in a UHaul. So I Mrs. Mom, decided to walk in with our orders. I don't remember if there is a drive through. The place is well organized due to Covid and very clean. It looks as if they just had a renovation or the manager is simply that good at keeping it clean. After driving 3 and a half miles to get and bring back an order for the family bundle, I get the bags and confident I leave. This has happened several times and they will never understand or compensate the inconvenience of the whole matter. I get home, check the bag missing three cheese burgers. Of course I called to complain after this happened a few times, everybody gets their stuff confidently thinking people can be competent enough to complete an order but sadly no that's not the case. Check your orders take every single item out and check hold the line, they can't be trusted to perform their paid jobs. Ambience is always ok and clean but this takes the cake. CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!!!!!!! Nobody wants or should have to drive back for something that should be done properly. Like an order or a job. Popped off the highway to get Whoppers on our trip from Philly to Boston. This is a decent BK! I don't know why it only gets 2 stars. I mean, it's still a fast food spot but of the BK's I have been to, this one seemed about average. You're supposed to enter from the front of the restaurant and leave through the back. We parked in the shade behind the restaurant and came in and out the back door, woops. You can order from the counter or use the kiosks. I thought the kiosks were a nice feature. I hadn't seen those yet. (It has been almost a year since I have been in a BK though.) You can adjust your toppings to customize your order completely. Fun stuff. Our order was ready quickly, within 5 minutes. We filled up our drink and ate outside in the car (little too busy inside for us). My Whopper was exactly as I expected it to be. The pickles were a little crowded around the middle but that's okay. My husband's bacon Whopper was also good but the bacon isn't super crispy like commercials might have you believe. We used the bathrooms before leaving and they could have used a cleaning - just some extra TP laying around and the paper towels had overflowed the brim of the trash can. Overall, not a bad spot! Where do I begin with this location. This place should be called slow food, instead of fast food. There was one cashier working, which happens to often and there was a wait as usual. The orders are constantly incorrect. One particular time they had to replace two double cheese burgers 3 times until they got it right. The decor is nice and there is parking but the point of fast food is to get in and out as quick as possible. Also, very important there is no drive-thru at this location. Not sure I will be back! Wow...Just horrible. I ordered an original chicken sandwich and what I got was not edible. It was smothered in mayo and then tossed into a microwave I guess. You can imagine the outcome. The mayo took on a funky blueish color and the chicken patty itself was ultra greasy and soaked to the point of being floppy. It tasted worse than it looked. I threw it out. I also got a medium fries which is now more akin to a small fries. What a rip off! How can you serve food like that to people and remain in business? It was surprisingly expensive too. I will NEVER eat at a Burger King again. It was that bad. Also, the help could seemingly care less. Your money would be better spent elsewhere. read more

I took my grandson to BK on High Ridge Road for takeout last week. What a gross experience! I parked right by the side entrance. The garbage can there was overflowing and trash was strewn all over that part of the lot. Inside the place felt like a sauna. No AC. It was dinner hour and there were two tables being used. The service was OK and my grandson ate his BK order in the car without any complaints. (I didn't eat.) 5 Guys is just up the street. Worth the extra dough. read more

I've definitely been to BETTER Burger Kings before but I've never had any MAJOR problems here. Small issues such as forgetting to leave out mayo from my impossible whopper or forgetting something, etc. But nothing really that would stop me from coming here. read more

Went to BK recently on a hot humid day. No a/c in the place!!, couldn't wait to get my order & get out of the inferno. The staff was slow & it took a long time for food to be ready. I'm not proud of this, but I'm on the road a lot, so I eat a lot of Burger King. I've been here twice, and both times the food here just tastes weird. The burgers just have no flavor, like at all. The fries are overdone and over salted, even the soda tastes like it's Generic and not real Coke. I was waiting in line for the ladies room. A women came out of the kitchen - saw that there was a line to the ladies room, and went in the men's room. I am fine with that. What bothered me is that she went in there with her plastic gloves on, and came out moments later with those gloves still on. My guess is she did now wash her hands. I like this Burger King. It's an older design and the parking lot can be hard.The menu is standard, but I've never been disappointed. The fries are amazing, & some of the sauces (i.e. Zesty) are like none from the other fast food spots. My only complaint is it never seems to be enough people taking orders read more

As mentioned--no drive thru. Parking lot is full of cracks and crevices! (Lawsuit waiting to happen!) They have no "rope" system for the lines, so the one line ends up leading out the door. Instead of forming 2-3 lines, employees just let people pile up at the entrance. Staff does not really speak English. Very slow service. They have one slow person expediting all orders, so you end up waiting a long time to get your food. Food is not as fresh as the Burger King in Norwalk.
