I stopped by here on a Friday evening, looking for something quick and easy to eat while driving home from work. I decided on The Chicken Burrito, figuring it would be convenient on the go. The staff was friendly and my order was ready quickly. The burrito was packed with grilled chicken, seasoned brown rice, black beans, pico de gallo, cilantro, cheese, diced onion, sour cream, and mango habanero sauce. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portion was way more generous than I expected, it was huge. In fact, it was so loaded that trying to eat it in the car was a bit of a disaster. The chicken had good flavor but was slightly on the firm side, and I found myself wishing it was a little juicier. Still, the combination of ingredients, especially with the sweet kick from the mango habanero, made it really satisfying. Next time, I'll probably dine in, or try out a different item. read more

Awful service, atrocious customer care, lost a loyal customer for life after tonight. I do have to say that they have delicious food but that is lost when you apply their complete lack of respect for a long time customer. Three orders missing items in this year from them. Each time I've called, they apologize and offer free chips & salsa on my next order. Tonight, on the third time an item was not included, I called and asked that the item be delivered. They put me on hold, came back and verified the item was missing, then another gentleman asked me for my address and apologized for not including an item ordered for the third time and it would be delivered promptly. CRICKETS after that, nobody delivered the item. Nobody called to speak with me. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional - they have lost a corporate customer who has routinely ordered $250+ lunches for our office. I have even met their VP of Development in the past who personally thanked me for my business. All of that good will and loyalty lost over incompetence of basic customer service. I'm speechless, I came into this amazing establishment only in search of Wi-Fi. The guy Kumar behind the counter said they don't have Wi-Fi but he would let me use his hotspot. Their hospitality was very welcoming, Simon let me know first time customers get 5$ OFF so I ended up ordered a burrito. while waiting for my burrito, the owner Simon offered me a plate of rice to try and it was a very generous portion and he even gave me a free fountain drink. Just wow, everything tastes fresh and im so grateful for the way they treated me as a person. For sure coming back here every time im in town. This is the third time that they have messed up my order, refuse to redo the order or give refunds. Food is subpar at best.

I'll give it a 3.5, service was not really welcoming being that it was our first time here. The employee who took our order did not make us feel welcomed. update: a little disappointed to discover the $5+ upcharge on all items ordered for delivery. it's the biggest hike i've seen and a bit of a nuisance to have to order pick up instead of delivery. when i called my local store, they said it was a corporate issue to address. that said i have def slowed down ordering here simply bc its an inconvenience to drive across town to save 10/15 bucks. the pricing in store is market value but the online hikes are excessive in comparison to competitors. just some feedback for corporate. read more

It was one of the new restaurants I wanted to try. Over the last two weeks, I've tried many items. The first item I had was a chicken and Bacon Ranch Burrito. It was delicious a 5/5, burrito was full, chicken was juicy, bacon was crisp, and rice is perfect done. I've had the boneless wings. They were good. My top three sauces I liked were Nashville, Buffalo, and BBQ. Parmesan Garlic is great with rice but not by itself. Tacos are good sometimes great. The chicken is the best with either a crunchy or soft shell. The beef could've been a little bit more flavorful. Taco Tuesday is the best day to get a three taco meal with a drink for about ten dollars. Choose whatever sauce you want for the tacos, but my favorite is Nashville sauce. Now we get into the one item that was cool but is better as a bowl. The General Tso's taco is alright, but much better as a bowl. I still have to try the salad and Quesadilla, but they are hitting the food menu out of the park. Two things I recommend you get before it leaves the menu is the Curly Fries with Nashville Chicken. Spicy with a nice crunch on the chicken. If you order in the restaurant, order the fries extra crispy. Now, to my favorite item, the Philly Cheesesteak Bowl is the best thing I've had in a good while. Cheesesteak, onions, peppers ,Queso, White Rice with Cilantro. The taste is amazing, and the explosion of flavor when you take that first bite makes it a must-have. Keep the Philly cheesesteak flavor it is a must-have.
