Very inattentive service…read more Example: 1) Went there on Friday night 6/19. Heavier thinning hair server confirmed our nachos (no beef, yes to jalapenos). Confirmed the jalapenos 5 times (3 times when placing the order, then twice as follow-up when he came back). Nachos came without jalapenos (and I had to ask another server, who eventually had the food runner bring them). 2) Waited a long time for tacos and the special. I was getting ready to pay anyways and walk out. A different server asked us if we wanted any dessert or a drink. I told him we're still waiting on our food. 3) The restaurant was busy having a birthday cake and sparklers for an employee in the kitchen than worrying about who was eating in the bar area. 4) The heavier thinning hair server was checked out. He was laughing at the bar, and doing just about anything other than checking in with any of the guests. I also had to go to the bar to get waters. Been to this place several times. The time before last, the same server brought chicken enchiladas when I ordered steak. I am not going back. Perhaps takeout is ok. But this place is very inattentive (not asking for a lot), and has made errors on the orders the past two visits. Word to the wise, if you do get that server, be aware that your order may very likely be incorrect and you'll get close to zero service. It's unfortunate for this place. You can do better (and so can they).
