This was a catering order that was placed in advance. The ordering process was smooth, and it was ready upon the agreed upon time, which was nice to see. The staff did help with loading everything into the car as there was a lot, which was helpful. Everything was prepared nicely too. Inside this particular location was very messy, however. I had chicken and steak burrito bowls along with tacos with a number of fixings ranging from Pico de Gallo, corn, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, cilantro-lime white rice, along with fresh tomato salsa and their salad dressing. Everything was solid, especially the salad dressing. It had a slight kick to it, which was appetizing. The steak was a little overcooked, but still flavorful. It was what one expects here. This is the BEST freaking chipotle EVER!! I swear my husband and I can only go to this chipotle. All the others don't even compare. The flavor is on point every time!! Came here after my workout last week, and my bowl was soooo good. Like im not sure what made it better than Chipotles ive had in the past but this particular bowl was so fresh, and loaded with a lot. I want to give negative stars. Staff is horrible. Food nearly empty. She sparingly threw my orders together, so messy and horrible. Nor did she roll the burrito completely before she wrapped it up in the foil, I knew this was going to completely fall apart the second I open it. Then the cashier was literally throwing all items including my salsa and my side of queso into the bag, upon getting to my car I looked into the bag and part of the queso had already leaked out. Do we have any common sense? Are we even concerned about how we treat our customers? They need to completely hire new staff and change management in this location. Couldn't even order a quesadilla.. Visiting Potomac from California to see family and decided to stop by Chipotle for a bite, as it's one of my favorites back home. Tried ordering a full sized quesadilla, but apparently according to the unsanitary worker at the tortilla machine, I couldn't unless I ordered it on the app, unlike what I'm used to back home. I tried asking them to just fold over a quesadilla with meat in cheese inside, but they wouldn't budge and I had to order a KIDS quesadilla. I rarely get on yelp, but I need to alert to people about the pure filth of this location. I walked in here at 630 on a Saturday and there were about six workers and no patrons. The restaurant was so disgusting. Every table was covered in food and trash and the floor was a mess. The trash cans were overflowing. Ordered 4 dinners for pickup. (4/24) Most were OK, but there were some issues: 1. Kids meal was supposed to come with choc milk -- nothing provided. 2. Quesadilla was a total flop - nothing but 2 shells with NOTHING inside them. Had to work through kid's upset, and then make an entire meal for child. I think everyone knows what Chipotle is at this point. I want to give this one a good review! They're usually fast, friendly, and reliable, especially during peak hours. Last time I went in there (8/1/2018 at 12:10 PM, if anyone from corporate is reading), they accidentally dropped my burrito on the floor when moving it over to the cashier. They immediately apologized and made another identical burrito within about 30 seconds. They remembered exactly what was in it, despite the place being busy and having several orders going at once. And here's the kicker, when I went to give the cashier my credit card, she refused, and said it was on the house. For an extra 30-second wait. I would have gladly paid for the burrito and been on my way, but the goodwill they earned was worth far more than the eight dollars that my food cost. read more

You know what to expect when you come here. Finally something good to eat in Potomac besides calzones. I found the staff friendly and fast. The food is great. My family gets food at this location very often, sometimes in person, or online orders. My advice, DON'T EVER USE THE ONLINE ORDER! They seem to screw up you're order every time. You want an example? They forgot 2 out of 4 of our chocolate milks, so 2 kids were left with nothing to drink. They forgot to give us a cup for fountain drinks, and forgot a WHOLE bag of chips. We are huge chipotle consumers. We honestly love it. Today, NYE, we decided to stop by the Potomac village location for lunch. It was a BAD experience. First of all, the manager, who served us our food was stingy beyond reason. I had to ask her several times to add a little bit more. We understand there are corporate limitations on portions. However, we found it discouraging that we could literally count the pieces of chicken we had on our bowls. The employees were also really sassy and acted like they'd rather be elsewhere. The ladies who work here do not understand English or listen to you when you tell them to not add salsa and then they go ahead and add salsa to your burrito. Not only did they not have my order ready at the time is was meant to be ready they hadn't even look at the orders there was traffic problems in the center of Potomac so I got there 15mins after it was meant to ready .. it was 3pm 3 people in the store not busy at all what were they doing?
