We enjoyed our meals: the chicken and vegis didn't taste too salty, which is nice. The chicken pieces were large and moist. The mashed potatoes I got were a little dried out in parts of the serving. Place is comfortable and staff friendly. You bus your table yourself. There is a cold water dispenser available if you don't want to buy a bottle of water or a soft drink.

Sometimes, I get the chicken alone and other times I need the full meal, with yuca fries, the Peruvian fried rice, CHAUFA. They also have side Latino slaws, vegetables and fries. I sometimes eat a salad meal made with the Peruvian Chicken, which is real good and delicious. I've also like their variety of Latin American desserts like the tres leches, flan, bread pudding, and Latino cookies, ALFAJORES. Every time I eat the cookies, which are made with powder sugar, I end up wearing a lot of the sugar. It is a fast casual place, so you order, and carry your food to your table. The staff are quick and polite, helping you fill your order. The restaurant is low key and clean. If you want something other than fast food, this is a good tasty option.

This time around, we got the Quarter Pounder meal with a Coke Zero and fries. It was exactly as we would expect. Not sure what to make of the people who stand in front of you in line and then get to the counter and can't decide what they want. Perhaps they've never been to a McDonald's before? The menu items don't really change that much (except for Shamrock Shake season and the new McArch). Regardless, if you know what you want, it's quick and easy and predictable. Kudos to the MoMall McD's for being there when I need you.

I think Panda Express is one of those chains where the food taste exactly the same everywhere. I will say this location does not have as large of a variety of menu options compared to other locations. I guess this makes sense since the Panda Express in the food court is a mini version of a fully brick and mortar location. During my recent visit, I wanted to try a new entree; however, I was a bit disappointment to learn that this location does not provide free samples. I thought this was a bit odd because the fully brick and mortar locations let customers sample food as long as they are in the process of purchasing. Also, several of the other restaurant in the food court offer free samples. That said, the lack of samples did not negatively impact my experience because I went with my standard go-to szechuan beef and orange chicken entrees. Overall, I thought the food and prices were fine relative to the other Panda Express locations in the area and other restaurants in the food court. My big plate was about $11 and included two entrees and rice or noodles. I thought the entree portions were fine, but they will really load you up on rice. You'll definately will have enough rice for your meal....and a meal or two after (if you decide to save the remaining rice).

On the other hand, because they were closing down, I feel like we were served heavier portions which I was all for. The dishes I specifically wanted were still available so I was pleased with my experience. Numerous others though were confused at what was happening, and there was a seriously lack of communication happening with the line and new guests. Many of which lined up only to realize after wasting 10-15 minutes that there was no more food coming.

Food preparation probably would have been a bit faster had a person in front of my not made a huge lunch order. But hey, these things happen during a lunch rush. While I did not have a significant exchange with the service team, they appeared to be nice and courteous to other customers.
