This may have been the best chipotle I have ever had. The young man who made my Tacos (Friday, afternoon-had curly brown hair) was super friendly, talkative and made the tacos so, so good. Everything tasted fresh. Chips were salty and delicious! read more

Best chipotle in Omaha! I know quite a few people that drive out of their way to go to this location cause it's always fresh / quick / has good size portions / and quick service! The restaurant is clean and well ran. Very rare it's not full at lunch hour. read more

Very poor service, I showed up to the chipotlane a 5 minutes early and sat there for 10 minutes, I was then told to do a lap around and sit in the line again that I had already sat in. I sat there for another 15 minutes and got my food much later than the time it was supposed to be ready due to the employee telling me I had to take a lap around. read more

We have gotten online pickup and walked in many times at this location. If you order and eat in the store it's great service, fast, and well made, the online pickup is more hit or miss on the quality/portions and service. Inside is generally quite clean and is your typical Chipotle interior. read more

This was a very essential trip to my day. I just got off of work and was hungry I chose chipotle & I was surprised how good the service was, a younger male with dark hair, made my food with care and took his time. The food was of course mouthwatering. The overall setting and ambience was very peaceful and easy to relax and enjoy my food in and I will be back! I highly recommend. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bag says it ALL - Fast Food Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

I ordered a steak quesadilla and it was greasy and the cheese not melted. I was the only one in line! I don't think I will return!

The Chipotle on 132nd and Center is the absolute dirtiest location I have been to. The line was messy, tables had crumbs and the dining room floor was dirty. Even the guacamole was brown. The people behind the line were dry although their words were polite. If I had driven here instead of taking the bus hungry I would have gone somewhere else at the site of the line. I praying that all of the effort these guys had went into making sure the food was safe. read more

I ordered a salad bowl with Steak when I got home I noticed that over half of the steak was fat and then about 50% percent was tendons and extremely tuff to chew, looks like they are cutting corners again or at least this location is for sure. I won't go back to this location, I oder that to eat healthy not to eat disgusting fat. read more

I frequent this location to pick-up lunch and I will say that they always have great customer service and for the most part good portion sizes (no half bowls). But the one thing this location just can't get right is the chips. Whoever is in charge of the chips at this location cooks them way too long every time. Usually chipotle has very good, light, and salted chips. This location always has very brown (overcooked) and minimal salt on their chips. It is the only downfall of this location. They just can't get it right. Please fix the chips! Please!! read more

I mean, it's chipotle. Me and my guest arrived at 11:30 AM. The service was very fast and maybe even a little too fast. They seem to rush you through the topping selections and at times are lucky with toppings as well as throw the items in the rice bowl. I did get the steak rice bowl and overall it was pretty good. The restaurant was clean but it did seem small inside as compared to looking at the building as a whole. Anyway, nothing too bad nothing too great. read more

Ordered for pick up through the Pick up lane. The order was for chicken taco, kids meal.... Clearly.... They forgot the chicken. When contacted, they argued stating they did have chicken in there.... No way I was going to go back to pick up another order. seriously, there was a mess up and you argued about it and then wanted me to bring it in to get a replacement. It's a kids meal for a child, they are already hungry and now crabby, so lets try to get them back into the car to go fix it.... read more

I eat chipotle nearly everyday of the week at this location. The staff is always fun to be around, they portion the food adequately for what you are paying, it's always fresh, customer service is on point. I'll leave it at that. The management and operations of this location should be replicated across all locations. I never write reviews for "fast food" types, but this group has got it going on. Keep up the good work and I'll see ya'll tomorrow for a $13.85 double chicken burrito! read more

If I could give 0 stars i would. The young guy at the counter can't wrap a burrito to save his life. This is the third time I've gotten one and by the end of my 5 minute drive home, it is a soggy mess that is not edible. If you go here and he is working, get a bowl, or anything but a burrito, unless you get like 3 things on it. But even then it's a risk read more

The CEO told Yahoo Finance on Feb 9, 2022, that they've never had resistance to price increases. Well, you've got resistance from me as I'm never coming back. What really irks me about Chipolte (other than less than average food at high prices) is all the costs expended in virtue signaling. As if eating at Chipotle could save the planet from global warming. There are plenty of local Omaha Mexican restaurants that are way better than Chipotle. Support local! Do the right thing!! read more

I eat at Chipotle a lot, probably too much. I go to them all over the country as I travel for work and they are consistent and pretty much everywhere. That being said, most are good, but some are better than others. I've been to this particular location a handful of times and am always happy. Portions are good, they are quick and friendly and it's in a convenient area. What prompted me to leave a review was the owl I took the picture of. Not sure why but this one was very "photogenic", if a salad bowl can be such a thing. Cheers! read more

I really enjoyed my visit to chipotle at this location. When I went up to order, I was helped by a young man named Britton. I told him right away that I was gluten-free, and immediately he went into action. He replaced his gloves, removed the serving, spoons, and began prepping the area to keep me safe. I just want to mention that seeing someone take my special circumstances seriously, made me so comfortable to enjoy the food that was served. It is hard to find a place that understands being GF, so I will be eating here more often. Thank you Britton. From Gayle read more

Major problems wrapping burritos. Done with this location. Door dash, online order or in person they can't wrap a dang burrito at this location! Moved across Omaha and am now ordering from this one as opposed to 156th and maple. Every burrito I have ordered from this location has completely fallen apart at the slightest unfolding of the foil. EVEN WHEN I ORDERED THE BURRITOS DOUBLE WRAPPED. It is so frustrating!!! If I wanted a bowl I'd order a bowl, this is a mess and it's been this way for a month and I finally called to say something and I would have to drive back to the restaurant for a refund!? So inconvenient. I am done with this location. read more

The Chipotle here is in my opinion a little small for how busy it is during lunch time. There is usually not a place to sit if you going to lunch. I do get through the line pretty fast. We drove into town yesterday from Washington, DC. We were tired, dirty, and hungry. Chipotle is my husband's favorite so I was not surprised he recommended we stop. Best chipotle in Omaha. Right proportions, fresh, good guacamole, and just good food.

Chipotle is set up much like a Subway, except with burritos instead of sandwiches. You pick the ingredients you want and the people behind the counter assemble your burrito, or if you prefer, tacos or a salad, while you watch. The basic burrito contains rice, pinto or black beans, one of 4 kinds of meat (there's also a vegetarian option), one of 4 types of fresh salsa, cheese and sour cream, wrapped in a large flour tortilla. They also offer a fajita burrito which contains peppers and onions instead of beans. Or you can skip the tortilla and get a burrito bowl. You can also get 3 hard or soft tacos made with meat, salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. And finally, you can opt for a salad topped with beans, meat, salsa, cheese and a chipotle-honey vinaigrette. All items are priced according to the type of meat, with prices running from $5.95 for vegetarian or chicken to $6.35 for steak or pork. Anything extra costs money, and quite a bit of it. A small bag of freshly made chips costs $1.15, plus 50 cents for salsa and another $1.80 if you want guacamole. They serve beer and margaritas, but be prepared to pay through the nose for them. Portions are fairly large if you order a burrito; the one I received was about 5 inches long and 3 inches wide. The tacos, however, seem rather small for the price; just 3 normal-sized tacos for $6 is a bit overpriced. I haven't seen the size of the burrito bowl or salads. The food is pretty good, but I'm not sure it's worth $10 for a burrito (which is mostly rice and beans), bag of chips and a drink. When I visited, they had the music cranked up to just shy of excruciating. I could not hold a conversation with my companions. The outdoor seating was full, probably with people trying to get away from the noise. I deducted a star from my rating because the volume made the place so unpleasant. read more

Never been here, a ℅ worker talked me into it. What an experience, can not believe the options for building my rice bowl, almost overwhelming. The portions are big, the food quality is there. Chipotle Mexican Grill - Crazy cool sculpture - Fast Food Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

If you have ever had Chipotle, you know exactly what to expect. This location is no different than any other location I have ever been to. It is fast casual, so you stand in a line and order your food. I like to think of Chipotle as the Mexican version of Subway where you choose your entree and all of its fixings. My favorite thing to get is the rice bowl. I get half chicken, half steak and it is extremely flavorful. If you have a sensitive palate, don't get the steak as it is a little on the spicy side. My husband likes to get a side of chips and eat his rice bowl as a dip, you get a lot more food that way. As for me, I can barely finish the bowl by itself because it is SO filling. Be sure and try the corn salsa, it gives your meal a bit of the sweet and spicy vibe that we all love so much. read more

Good food. They have added brown rice as an option and now they have corn tortillas for the soft tacos. If you are working on a gluten free diet these can be a nice addition. Portions are a nice size and very tasty. My family and I enjoy going here for a quick lunch. But I would say that the music is too loud. Particularly at this location. I have been to other Chipotle's and they don't seem to have this problem. read more

Yes, it was fresh food. Was still very disappointed. There was no salsa as I know it, and certainly none that was mild. The tortilla chips tasted stale and tasteless. I had a 10 year old child with me, not a picky eater, she enjoyed nothing but the sour cream on her taco. Hated the shell, missed having taco sauce, and was very disappointed she couldn't have tomatoes on her tacos without raw onion in them, which greatly disappointed me also as I can't eat raw onions. No drive through, so I had to go inside to interact with more people. The only seat that was available to sit at (busy lunch time) was next to a couple who seemed like they were in a "situationship", who did not have the same expectations of each other. It was absolutely awful, hearing them speak at each other for such a long time. I would have moved, but my bowl of sofrita and guac was so, so delicious. A chip stabbed my gums and made me bleed, but that was a nice distraction from these awful people. Next time I will eat in my car, I guess. read more
