Stopped by around 10:50 PM on 2/15. Right off the bat I noticed the guy on the make line preparing my order was in a bad mood for some reason. I didn't pay much attention to it. At least once I saw him mutter something as I told him how to prepare my bowl. When I was about to pay I asked the girl at the register to add a side tortilla to my order. She directed this to the guy, and I noticed him react with discontent at this since there were more people ready to order. I turned my attention towards the drinks fountain but I did notice when he threw my tortilla towards the register counter in a rude manner. I didn't say anything. When I got my food, however, I took a peek inside and I noticed he had just angrily wrapped my tortilla into a ball (picture for reference). This is when I snapped and the reason I'm forced to give this review. I've been to many Chipotle locations around the country and it has always been good customer service. I love chipotle and the staff workers here are very kind but this location is missing the mark. Mobile orders aren't ready on time (sometimes 20 min late), burritos vary in size, and today I got a chunk of frozen cheese in my burrito. Go to the location on saddle creek as it seems better and give a consistent experience. I would close this location because it's also hard to get in and out of. I would bring this up to the manager but I don't have the energy or time to run the wickets when I can just go elsewhere. I hope they get better. read more

I have a serious sickness, and it's called burritoitis. I hear it might be contageous also, but I don't care. That's how much I love Chipotle. And this is the best one in town. Not only in terms of quality ingredients, but the management and staff are awesome as well and always friendly and attentive. Since it's a chain, I won't comment too much on the food (besides the fact that I obviously love it). I wish the guacamole didn't cost so much and that it wasn't so tempting to eat a whole burrito... But be that as it may, I oftentimes do anyway. The chips toe the line between a nice salty and too salty sometimes so always try them out before you leave if you're getting a 'to go' order. And yeah, the parking at this site is absolutely despicable. With something like 6 commercial spaces sharing the same 30 parking spots, it's a fender-bender waiting to happen. It's almost quicker to park on the street behind the place and walk in the side door. Based on other reviews, I'm curious about Chipotle's in other parts of the country now. But as a rule, I try to only sample 'local fare' when I'm out of town. Maybe if I were in Denver... But the bottom line is that if you need a quick, filling, somewhat healthy meal, or you're looking for a 'fast food' vegetarian, organic, free range option, Chipotle delivers 'Food with Integrity' every time. I waked in to get my order and a gentleman was helping me, the shift manager or whoever she was stood in the middle of the back counter by the grills and says you are coming back to train right now. Another employee walks out and starts grabbing to go orders starting them of course first and says I will finish his. No he can finish because you decided your to go orders were more important then the 1 person standing in front of you. She decided to argue with me and I said if the manager has a problem with him finishing my order she can come talk to me. I definitely will not be coming back. Well, it's Chipotle, and this location is better in terms of taste and consistency when compared to the Bellevue one and the one on Center. Always a solid meal from chipotle. Never gotten a wrong order and it's a fair price for how much food you get. Some friends get a tortilla along with the bowl if you like having something on the side. I usually don't spend the extra $2-3 on guacamole, but to hit the free delivery I splurged and it did not disappoint. They're always sure to add a fork and napkin if you order delivery. read more

I have a bone to pick with the 72nd street Chipotle. This particular one has recently failed me on numerous occasions. And it's discrimination. Yes. I'm a small 5'0"-something-asian-girl. But is it really fair that to give portion sizes based on your stature? EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have come here for the past few months I have only gotten one tiny scoop of meat with my burrito bowl. When I asked for a little more they gave me less than 4 pieces. ARE YOU SERIOUS? His bowl was so big I was wondering if the lid would even close. Now that just really ticked me off. I've had it with this location. I'm paying around $10 for this and you give me the portion sizes that are meant for children. I AM NOT A CHILD. Gone are the days of me having leftovers for the next meal from Chipotle. Of all the fast food chains out there, Chipotle is one of my favorites. The service is super fast and the atmosphere is casual and modern and they actually play some decent music on the house stereo system from time to time. I think Chipotle shines in their simplicity. The menu is limited, but you can customize your [taco, burrito, bowl] in many, many different ways. Just tell 'em how you like it. I usually stick with a burrito, either carnitas or steak, stuffed to brick-like heft with rice, beans, salsa, corn and lettuce. I skip the sour cream and cheese to avoid the extra calories. And honestly it still tastes great in this lighter format. Add in a water and it's a meal or two for under $8. Not bad. When you start adding on the extras -- guac, chips, soft drink, beer -- your bill will be pushing $20, so be careful. read more

Good service, good food. Chipotle has always been that place that if i didn't have anywhere else to go, they would never let me down. As a fast food establishment, they are top tier, but compared to other restaurants, they are average. But, if you haven't been there before or need a quick post workout meal, I definitely recommend! The restaurant itself promotes a very social, bustling atmosphere. Coming to chipotle, you line up, choose what you want and have your food ready in 2 minutes or less (without breaking the wallet). Their menu is relatively simple with basically four choices: A Bowl, Taco, Salad, or Burrito that are all customize-able to add whatever you want in an assembly line style. My go to is a steak bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, and with everything else! Can't complain too much about chipotle, just that toppings and extra guac get expensive so watch out! read more

Pluses: The restaurant was clean. The staff was polite. Atmosphere: It's a chain restaurant. You get chain atmosphere. (It's hard to breathe). Food: Where to start? I had a steak burrito. This isn't my first Chipotle "rodeo" so I knew what to expect. It was what I expected - chain food made to seem Mexican. Here's what I didn't like: The health benefits of avocado are being trumpeted by the various medical groups, so whenever I can, I try to add it to my food. Generally, it doesn't cost too much. When the food prep person asked me if I'd like Guacamole on my burrito, I said yes without looking at the price. She placed a generous dollop of Guac on the burrito, wrapped it up, and I had dinner. So here is the rub: The Guac was $1.80. So, the whole ticket for the burrito, Guac and a small drink was $12. I read the review from the guy who said he could work himself up to 300 lbs eating these burritos - only if he doesn't go broke first, paying for the darn things. Okay, I'm done ranting now. If you're looking for an over-sized meal, go here. If you are looking for good Mexican food, go to somewhere that gets good reviews, and isn't a chain store. read more
